I love the lazy river and the fact that they have a indoor heated pool in the winter as well if they also have a hot tub that is wonderful and always working and it’s very clean there. I love the hotel overall the breakfast is also wonderful options.

Staff was very nice, hard workers and everything clean. Hot tub was nice and hot with towels, Indoor pool very nice and cool. The lazy river and outside pool were also very nice.

The breakfast was cheap food, no quality ingredients and definitely not healthy.

Beautiful front porch with benches and rocking chairs. The kids loved the outdoor pool and lazy river. We were so thankful for the indoor pool and hot tub when it rained. Our favorite part was the hot apple cider in the lobby every day. Eating breakfast outside on the balcony every morning was nice.

It is a bit older so the walls were thin and our neighbors were very loud. Bring a sound machine!

I loved how it was near everything but felt like it was tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of town. The lazy river was relaxing, great breakfast options each morning and our room was perfect!

There was a tree that completely covered our balcony view. I would have loved to have been able to sit and look out from our balcony.

room was nice, AC worked great, lots of space in the room. Nice facilities.

The TV wasn't working when we got there. It was unplugged behind the big wooden panel on the wall and a guy had to come take the panel off the wall to plug it back in. Before then, a lady from the front desk came in and suggested that we just turn the TV from the "living room" area around and point toward the "bedroom" (by the jacuzzi), but that couldn't be done because the tv was bolted to the table it was on, and the cables are so short you couldn't turn it around to face the other room. That was kind of a lame solution anyway, but that's what was offered.

It has old musty carpet over sprayed with room deodorizer that was horrible and messed with my allergies and made my skin crawl. The beds are worn out and old flat pillows.

Greeting staff was great. Room was very nice. Balcony was awesome. Ants in the room were not good. Outdoor pools were great. Indoor pools were great. Food was great. Kitchen staff was a little rude.

We were on the 3rd floor and somebody had to be smoking pot. The odor was really bad at the elevator area and we think it was a staff person.

Conveniently located near the Sevierville Convention Center. Parking area for truck & trailers. Breakfast area was nice.

We typically stay at this hotel For a Hardware convention that we attend about three times a year.  This visit was not the best, due to ants On the wall near the refrigerator and a few in the bathroom. The mattress was horrible. It had a big hump on the left side of the mattress facing the TV Which made it for several bad nights sleep. I felt like I was going downhill And had to get a pillow to put in that area to make it more comfortable.  We have stayed here several times in the last couple years and did not have issues, but this time was different. When I was checking out, I also heard another Guest Complaining that they were ants in their room also.  We were on the 2nd floor.  Other than that, the stay was OK.

The location was nice it's not in the mix of the hustling of the tourist attractions but yet has many place to eat from without have to stand in long line just to crab a bite it's also near the Soakey Mountain water park which is why I choose this location. Let me not forget the indoor pool that is available for use all night. The staff is very friendly and super nice, and the complimentary hot apple cider was a very nice change not every one drinks coffee.

The hotel is very outdated as far as the rooms. The room I was given had a moldy smell to it. I immediately got the impression that there was a leak in the walls or the old carpet needed replacing. But for two days it was not worth complaining about. I just went to Bath and Body Works and purchased a candle and lit it when we were in the room. And the selection of Tv channels is just truly boring. Please update the tvs. I am pretty sure that most visitors have subscription to their personal steaming apps and can log into them. That anly would make the stay just a little dit more comfortable. The outside eating area is small, and the heavy rod iron furniture can diffently use a good repainting or replaced it is hard to move a chair and hold you food at the same time.

The room was excellent clean, large and beautiful. It came with a fireplace and a sunken bathtub and two flat screen TV's.The staff was excellent they listened to all my complaints and reassured me everything would be fixed on my next visit. The food was great and there was lots of it.

The ice machine, elevator and the luggage carrier's were at the back of the hotel this was not good for seniors, I had to use the front porch door to get the luggage in the room. It was like they built the hotel backwards. The room I was in was next to the hotels AC units and was very noisy and the lights in the room blink every time the AC was turned on. The room door was very hard to lock and after two day's the front porch door would not open at all and one of the tv set screens only showed snow on it.

1st stay at this hotel because we wanted something different from the normal place we stay when we come to the area. We don't live far away, we often come down for a night to relax, let the kids swim, enjoy a little getaway. Great until checkout at 11:00 a.m. We ended up leaving around 11:40–11:45 because our kids wanted one last swim before we hit the road. Around 11:35, a staff knocked on our door to remind us that checkout was at 11:00, even though we were literally walking out with suitcases. I understand that we were late, and I'm not saying we shouldn't have checked out on time. That was our responsibility. It was a Sunday, and the hotel not fully booked, When I got downstairs, I handed the front desk our room keys, apologized, and explained that we had gotten behind. Instead of asking if we had enjoyed our first stay or hoping we'd come back, the employee repeatedly and rudely reminded me that checkout was at 11:00 and told me we should have called. I had already said that we were late, so the repeated comments felt unnecessary. We truly enjoyed everything else about the hotel, which makes this even more disappointing. Kindess would have gone a long way. We frequently visit this area and stay overnight. We won’t be returning. Mind you most hotels let us go over.

The Clarion was a gorgeous place to stay. Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and a lazy river which made it fun. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was very clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The pool and lazy river was great. We stayed in king suite which was very nice.

The free breakfast was the worst Ive ever had. The lady who was over it was very rude. I was very disappointed since the reviews said it was good. The pillows were small and uncomfortable.

I love the hotel. One of my favorite breakfasts is good. I love eating out on the terrace. I've always enjoyed going to the hotel. I've been there several times it is one of my favorite places. I love the lazy river. I loved that the pool and jacuzzi were open late hours.

Staff was not as helpful this stay. A water line had busted, and there were black things all in the water when we tried to use the jacuzzi tub at our room. When I asked the staff about it, they said it wasn't their fault.It was the cities and there was nothing.They could do.They were not helpful about it or very friendly about it. Plus the lazy river had a lot of dirt in it. And leaves.

The bed was comfy. Indoor pool is 24hrs. Breakfast was really good.

Pool & lazy river needs more regular maintenance maybe even some upgrades. Hallways were super humid and smelled funny. Outlets were loose and one fried my phone charger.

The television quality and channel selection in the room and in the dining area was poor. There were not enough towels provided in the room. The room AC was loud.

The air conditioner kicks on and off constantly instead of just running so You have that good sleeping sound when its running then it shuts off and you have total silence and it to quiet so I didnt sleep good (But thats my fault for forgetting my fan)

The old timey charm was beautiful with the staircase leading to breakfast on the patio! My kids loved the lazy river and indoor and outdoor pool and that they were open 24/7.

Bed was a little stiff not the worst bed but it wasn’t the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve slept on. Only other negative was the bathroom. There was no lip in the shower and taking a shower made water go all over the bathroom.

We loved our river view, the breakfast was fantastic tons of choices. Rooms were clean all the staff was so kind! We will be going back! Has a lazy river andddd the indoor pool is open 24/7

Parking, not enough

Location was nice. It was away from the craziness but close enough to everything. Pam at the front desk was awesome!

Our first night booked in a King Suite it was extremely moldy smelling upon checking into our room. Upon our second night there my husband stepped onto the floor and completely soaked his socks. We thought maybe it was the AC unit. He placed a towel down and it completely soaked through. We called the front desk and they sent help to check things out. Wasn’t the AC it was the juice machine behind our room leaking in the wall. By the time it was discovered it was late probably approximately 10pm. They told us hotel was very full and we told them we could stay in room but requested a discount atleast for our troubles. They agreed. But then about 1130ish phone rang and they told us we had to switch rooms per the owner. So we had to pack up hastily everything and move to the first floor Room #124. It as totally different than I booked with two queens. We finally got resettled in about 1am. Then couldn’t sleep because there was pressure sounds from pipes going through the walls that effected the toilet buy mocking this awful noise and water would just run in the bowl. By this time with my handicapped abilities i couldn’t even get into a bath to clean up. I was so nerved up my heart was racing and pounding all night. So we restlessly tried to goto sleep finally about 3:30am. My heart rate was in the 150’s. About 7:30 am we got a call to our room waking us up. It was the desk telling us they were moving us to the third floor. I couldn’t not with my health problems. Plus we were exhausted and stressed out! Then tried to fall back asleep ( heart still racing). Around 9ish the fire alarm went off and again awoke us startled. It was above my head and ear piercing. It was killing my ears and I couldn’t even hear. Now we went to the doors and waited in the halls to have someone let us know what was going on. They are placing blame upon someone pulling an alarm in the halls but could watch the tape from security cameras.

Stayed here 4 years ago and was so glad it is still as nice now as it was then! This hotel is wonderful. It is clean , has spacious rooms with comfortable beds, a couch, and a balcony. Bathroom is a decent size with a nice tub/ shower. The hotel continental breakfast buffet offers many items both hot and cold. The breakfast area is a decent size and you can also eat on the balcony. The hotel has a nice lobby area, indoor and outdoor pool as well as a hottub inside and lazy river area outside. Parking lot is a decent size. Staff were pleasant. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to come to this area. My only suggestions is decaf tea bags and that the indoor pool be just a little warmer. Will gladly stay here again as I hope to visit again in a couple years. Prices were decent for the rooms as well.

The stairwell smelled like urine. There was one staff member that acted like we were interrupting her time on her phone when asking a simple question.

The 24-hour access to the indoor pool was great. The staff were friendly, and everything was clean and fresh. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of options. The location was good, too.

I really loved the location. Close enough to everything and far enough away from the noise and traffic! The hotel could be refreshed but it is still very nice. Beds are comfortable and water pressure is good! Breakfast had different options each day along with the same things. That was a very nice way to start our day! All of the staff were so polite when meeting them in the hallway or pool area. The kids really loved the pool being open late into the night! Overall we had a wonderful time! I'll be back at some point in the future to explore the area again! Thank you all so much for your excellent service during our trip!
