The Peace Arta Bungalow

Muy cerca del puerto de Buyuk, 5 min literal andando, zona tranquila pero cerca de comercios y negocios de hostelería, destaco sobre todo la comodidad de que está al lado del puerto y eso lo hace ideal para transporte, menos necesidad de movimientos. Estaba limpio. Además, la chica que gestiona el alojamiento es súper atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte, un 10.

La zona de acceso para encontrarlo es un poco difícil pero te acostumbras. La cabaña es humilde, ósea que no esperes encontrar un lujo, pero suficiente para dormir. Acostumbraros a la fauna local porque puedes encontrarte alguna sorpresa por ahí jejej

Les chambres sont super propres et très jolies, le ménage est fait tous les jours, les draps sont faits et de nouvelles serviettes sont apportées tous les jours. Il y a un petit frigo pour les boissons et il y a l’équipement nécessaire pour préparer le petit déjeuner. Le personnel est accueillant, possibilité de louer un scooter directement sur place. Je recommande vivement ! Juste à côté de la plage !

La simplicité du lieu, le confort du lit et le soin apporté aux nettoyage quotidien et la gentillesse de la gestionnaire.

Logement typique pour Nusa Penida, au coeur de l'île, et au milieu des locaux. Literie satisfaisante, climatisation appréciable, et taille du bungalow très correcte, prix attractif. Malgré une hôte peu agréable, nous avons réservé via l'établissement un service de voiture/guide pour une journée entière, le jeune homme souriant qui a été notre chauffeur et guide pour la journée, a été particulièrement attentionné et nous a permis avec mon conjoint et ma fille d'apprécier ces visites. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de sa gentillesse, et de sa disponibilité.

L'accueil n'a pas été très agréable à notre arrivée à l'établissement, dame peu souriante et communication compliquée lors de demande de conseils. Service de transport à notre arrivée au port très chaotique, le chauffeur a justifié le gros contretemps grâce à un trafic dense, mais le choix du parking de l'autre côté d'une plage à traverser avec grosses valises et sacs à dos ne m'a pas paru judicieux Photos bien prises qui ne montrent pas la réalité du terrain (très petit) où sont situés les 4 bungalows, et l'accès (piéton ou scooter uniquement) qui n'est pas facile avec des valises, malgré l'aide de l'hôte pour les amener à destination.

Small but comfortable bungalows run by a local familly who are very helpfull and friendly. Very clean house souround by authentic village. Good restaurants nearby.

The owners are a husband & wife who cannot do enough for you, we booked East + West Island tours through them and had the best couple of days. Rooms are cleaned every day with coffee and tea supplies and a mini fridge so you don’t need to worry about running out of water. Had a lovely stay and would 100% stay again.

Location is a little out of the way but only if you are walking. You can rent scooters through the accommodation and it would only take a few mins to get to all the restaurants and shops by scooter.

Il contesto. In un quartiere di giovani indonesiani , pieno di bambini sorridenti, animali da cortile e tante piante. I bungalows sono curati e dotati di acqua calda (cosa non scontata da queste parti ) , frigorifeo e bollitore con bustine da te e zucchero. Viene fornita acqua in bottiglie . La signora è estremamente cordiale e disponibile ( ci ha persino accompagnati al molo con il motorino) PS c'è un ottimo ristorante a pochi passi a piedi (comodo se si torna stanche e non si ha voglia di guidare (Medaran restaurant )

Nulla. Anche i galli , che potrebbero risultare un disturbo al mattino , sono educati e cantano quando fa giorno .

Tutto, la signora è super disponibile. Ti prenota lei i driver se necessario oppure ti dà un passaggio in motorino. Ma è davvero súper!

Very tidy and well organised bungalow with a fridge, Kettel, air-conditioning and a comfortable bed. What I like most about this place is how centrally located it is. You can easily walk down to the beach and to the local shops. It’s a great budget stay for a few nights. I also enjoyed the friendly gecko neighbours.

Having roosters wake you up from 430 onwards isn’t ideal but I guess it’s part of the experience.

Petit bungalow sympa et cocooning.

Lit très dur, l'hôte n'est pas très agréable, nous ne sommes pas senti très bien accueilli. La salle de bain est à refaire.

Tout était super ! Je recommande vivement Peace Arte bungalow ! La dame est très gentille et toujours prête à aider.

Le bungalow est spatiaux, fonctionnel et plutôt joli. Il y a une coiffeuse, un placard, une bouilloire. Le linge est changé chaque jour, lit refait. Petit coin terrace très agréable, possibilité de mettre du linge à étendre. La clim fonctionnait bien.

Il ne nous a pas été proposé de prendre de petit déjeuner, pourtant cette option est mise sur Booking.com... Nous avons dû demander du café et il a été piqué dans une autre chambre. C'est vrai que les environs sont très bruyants (chien, coq, scooter...) et qu'il y a beaucoup de petits visiteurs ! C'est Bali évidemment ;) mais nous n'avons pas eu autant dans les autres logements que nous avons fait. Je conseille vivement des bouchons d'oreilles. Concernant le lit, c'est à l'avis de chacun, pour ma part il est très dur.

Lo staff è estremamente gentile e disponibile, la sistemazione è molto caratteristica e carina. Le lenzuola sono state sistemate anche durante il soggiorno e la pulizia della biancheria era buona

La posizione, anche se in un punto strategico, non è ottima in quanto posizionata in mezzo ad abitazioni locali un po' fuori mano. Nella camera mancano alcune cose come l'asciugacapelli o un mobiletto in bagno. In generale è molto bucolica, ma le camere sono soggette a molti rumori della natura circostante e non è raro avere dei visitatori in camera.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans l’hôtel. Il est situé dans un quartier calme, au milieu des locaux et à quelques minutes de la plage à pieds. Mention spéciale pour la famille qui a été ADORABLE, le mari propose notamment des services de taxi, il était disponible et au petit soin. Un grand merci pour votre accueil !

I really enjoyed my stay here. The lady is lovely & it was super easy to organise a scooter rental with her, also a taxi to the harbour etc. The cottages are super well equipped, with a fridge & a hot shower. The AC also works very well. The area is very nice - away from the main tourist crowds therefore it feels authentic. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect

The bungalow was cute, the room spacious and clean. Great if you’re on a budget.

As a solo female traveler, the location felt a bit isolated — small dark streets and several stray dogs (they weren’t aggressive, but it was a bit intimidating). It was also hard to find the place again after going out, as Google Maps led me to a dead end. I didn’t feel very comfortable with the hosts, as I felt pressured into overpriced extra services.

The owners and staff are most incredible human beings. The place might be hard to find but when you get there it's all worthwhile. Owner has said they trying to get a more exact location but hey if you lost they just a call away and they come and fetch you.

That my stay was short.

The family were incredibly friendly and helpful, Ketut took us on 2 tours around the island which were fab, taking us to our top places. He also helped us and took us to a restaurant when most places were closed due to a festival. Ketut also arranged for some personal items to be delivered to Sanur harbour after we left them behind which was very kind . So overall, they made our stay very enjoyable and welcoming. I would highly recommend staying at Peace Arta Bungalows when vising Nusa Penida.

bit loud in the morning due to chickens but didn’t bother us that much (you should bring earplugs tho if u are light sleeper) during wet season bugs can come in so u gotta b a lil strong

Very nice stay in a calm, quiet part of the island. Only a short walk to the coast. Warungs nearby and day/night market a short bike ride away. Comfortable room, good bathroom and convenient fridge in room. Property can be hard to find using Google maps so take the road that has Gedhong hostel on it, property is signposted from there.

Good place to stay in Nusa Penida. Close enough to the harbours and the main restaurants and bars. There’s the possibility of renting a scooter for a very cheap price. Amazing hosts, kind and helpful!

The Peace Art Bungalow Is the perfect place if you want to relax. Room and bathroom are big and there Is hot water. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful. Ketut drove us around the Island, he cared about out request. We suggest to ask for his service of you don't have a lot of time to spend on this amazing island.

Really good just a little bit noisy

I loved the cozy, close to the locals, location. The value for money is exceptional any the staff is very lovely, forthcoming and helpful. Ketut and his wife are most of the time there or available on WA. They help with tour planning or transport organisation. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed.

Access to the property is a little tricky, I missed soo often the entrance. 😀

We experienced Mosquitoes, Scorpions and Asian Water Monitor in the bathroom. Also there are A LOT of Roosters very close and they started making noise at 3 at night. We did not sleep for more than 4 hours each night. In general a lot of noise nearby from dogs, scooters etc.

Staff is really great and helped organising the stay.

At first we had to stay only one night but then we extended to three nights because the place is magnificent. Perfect to relax. The owner is super helpful and helped us organize two tours of the island, east and west nusa. Ketut, our driver, took us around the island answering our questions, giving us great advice on where to eat. He has always been at our disposal and happy to help us. I recommend everyone to spend a few nights in this place!

Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Shower had loads of hot water and was very very good! Drinkable water was available at all time. Scooter was great quality and came with helmet. The property owners were very nice and extra helpful. AC in the room worked well and that was a must because of the ambient temperature…..

Everything. Such a cute little place with only 4 bungalows. Quiet, secluded and peaceful away at the end of a lane but still surrounded by children and roosters. The owners are so helpful, the room was serviced each day. Highly recommend.

We stayed here 5 years ago and had the most wonderful time. Apil is an amazing man and is so friendly and helpful. We decided to come back to nusa penida and knew there was only one place we could stay. The bungalows are very clean and cozy, the shower has great pressure and hot water. There is also a fridge which has drinks at the same price as a supermarket which is good. It is only a 5 minute walk from bukuy harbour so no need to get a taxi. If we come back to nusa penida we will 100% be back here. Thank you Apil for being an amazing host!

We LOVED our stay here. It's a beautiful bungalow and the hosts really go out of their way for you. Perfect.

- Owner brought us scooters to the harbor. He also picked it up from the harbor when we were finished - mostly clean - owner is nice - The minibar contains drinks that can be purchased cheaply

- Rooster and chickens crowing 24/7, not really thinking about sleep. - The location can only be found in a roundabout way. The bungalow is located in a side street which is only accessible via narrow paths. Not clear.

Staff here are absolutely exceptional and made sure I had anything I needed, thank you for sharing your beautiful island with me :)

The location wasn't appropriate if u don't have a motorcycle. But it's safe for a night walk.

Perfect for a couple out of the chaos. Everything as expected!

The property was brilliant and the staff were extremely accommodating. The bungalow has AC and they provided a laundry service as well as a moped rental.

The property was slightly further down the coast from many of the nicer bars/restaurants and so we needed to travel 20-30 mins towards the harbour each evening for dinner. But that wasn’t a huge issue at all.

Friendly and kind staff. The houses are nice and every day cleaning.

Environment is noisy in the nights. Dogs barking a lot.

The hosts were very kind, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a big size.

Nothing, this was a perfect place to stay, wish we could stay longer

Property was off the main road, less traffic and noise. Air conditioning was new and cold. Beds were clean and made everyday.

The wifi wasn’t as good, a bit slow for work or recreational purposes. Location is not actually on the map so it was hard to find but staff was helpful to provide directions.

The location is perfect because near the port and in the area where most restaurants and bars are. The rooms are clean and spacious (they clean every day) and the staff is very kind and generous. They can help you renting scooter or organizing a tour of the island (for this, I recommend you ask for Ketut, very nice and funny guide). We definitely recommend this palace for your stay in Nusa Penida.
