Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Lovely views from the rooftop and very helpful hosts. They printed some paperwork for me for free, which was very kind of them. Private rooms have balconies also and the neighborhood is very quiet, 10 mins from the airport.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026離発着の飛行機が見える屋上テラスが最高。食器のそろったキッチン、大きな冷蔵庫に電子レンジやケトル、ウォーターサーバー（お湯も出る！）もあり、近所で買ってきた食事を取ったり、ゆったりと時間を過ごすことができました。 スタッフは親切で、到着時間が午前中だったにも関わらずチェックインさせていただきました。 またランドリーサービスも当日中に受け取りができ、大変助かりました。空港への送迎サービスも200THBでされています。 ベッドシーツの触感も良く、シャワーの湯音や湯量も安定していました。
ベッドサイドランプが点灯しなかった。部屋に簡易的な椅子があると嬉しい。

As a long-distance bicycle traveller, I really appreciate its convenient location near Suvarnabhumi Airport. The staff are always warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrive. A small detail I especially love is how incredibly soft and comfortable the bed sheets are—they make for a great night's sleep before or after a journey.
Because the hostel is so close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, you will hear airplanes taking off and landing, especially at night. That's simply the trade-off for such a convenient location. Just pack a pair of earplugs, and you'll be fine.

C’est logique mais les avions passent juste à côté de l’hôtel donc le bruit est très fort. Nous ça ne nous a pas dérangé. La douche est assez vétuste… pas beaucoup de place pour se doucher

Reviewed May 31, 2026The staff are flexible with check in times and also provide transport to the airport for a small fee.
There are no windows in the rooms, so no natural light. We booked a twin room and ended up with a double bed and a single bed, rather than the advertised bunk beds, which is fine apart from there was no duvet or top sheet for the single bed, only a woolly blanket that didn’t look very nice to use and was far too hot given the climate, so we ended up having to share the double bed anyway. We did ask at reception and they said the only option was the blanket which we found very odd. The AC is also not that powerful, but eventually managed to cool the room down. Also be aware there is no lift, so you will need to carry any cases up the stairs or leave them down in reception.

I arrive about 8pm, so not late and I kept the hotel up to date on my arrival. The staff who check me in was really unfriendly, almost hostile. But the other staff I saw the next morning were much more friendly. No chair or table to work on. No elevators in the building.

Reviewed May 4, 2026O hostel é limpo, o staff é muito simpático. Cheguei tarde e tinham deixado tudo para mim. As camas têm cortinas, apesar de não mostrar nas imagens, o que foi bom.
A localização. Apesar de parecer perto do aeroporto, não é possível ir a pé, apenas podemos ir de táxi. A zona não é muito boa. Apenas compensa se não quiserem perder tempo a ir para a semana, em termos de custos não compensa muito.

Der Manager ist extrem hilfsbereit und fährt für 200 Baht zum airport, der etwas weiter entfernt war als ich dachte. Das Hostel liegt in einem typischen Altstadt Viertel mit den zahlreichen billigen Garküchen wie früher. Sehr authentisch und deshalb komme ich mmer wieder sehr gerne zum YamYen Hostel.
Alles war perfekt.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Location to Airport, you can walk up to Airport Rail Link station to get to the airport at 15 THB only. Be careful when you go in the night there are mental begger who shouts around with wild stray dogs who barks at you.
The communication before and during check-in was quite poor. I felt urged to provide an exact arrival time, yet my own questions about the room were ignored. The staff seemed to value their own time more than the guest's experience, and the immediate attempt to sell me an airport transfer felt misplaced given the lack of basic hospitality. Bunk beds do not have enough length of curtain for accommodating guest's privacy needs. Walls are thin, sounds travel across rooms.

Habitación completa con buena presion de agua, las instalaciones de la azotea con equipamiento para prepararse el desayuno o calentar una comida fueron muy útiles. Personal amable, ofrecen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo!

Thankfully this hostel had vacancy and the price didn't cost difference isn't that high. I only had to stay for a few hours before I had to leave by an hour past midnight for my flight, and had a peaceful sleep during those hours. The person at the lobby was super friendly and accommodating.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Отличный отель!Остановилась перед отлетом.Специально выбирала место поближе к аэропорту.Останавливалась в комнате на 6 человек.2 ванной ,один кондиционер.Удобно добираться с метро и до аэропорта.С метро расстояние мне показалось не существенным по карте,но на месте лучше взять такси за 100бат.До аэропорта от 100-200 бат.На 4м этаже прекраснейшее общее пространство!Которое не оставит равнодушным никого!Кухня,чай,кофе,холодильник,чайник,микроволновая, кулер с водой.Посуда вся есть.Комната отдыха с телевизором,диванчиком и инвентарем для йоги и посидеть на мягеньком)Красивые вазоны с лотосами и водными лилиями.Разрешили за 200бат остаться до 16.30,чтобы сразу на самолет добраться без гуляний с рюкзаком!Очень удачно!Рекомендую!Почти все время любовалась на приземляющие самолеты!Такое соседство очень понравилось!На улице в 3 минутах огромное кол-во магазинчиков и уличной еды!
Наверное только наличие ванных в спальне.Так как ночью вставая,можешь кого-то побеспокоить.И замерзла от кондиционера.Одевала толстовку)Но это ерунда)

What I appreciated the most was the location – very close to the airport, which makes it especially convenient for late arrivals or early departures. It’s easy to call a taxi, and getting there is quick and simple. I arrived late in the evening but still managed to take a short walk around the area. It felt safe, quiet, and pleasant. During the day, there are also shops nearby where you can buy souvenirs or small gifts. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the fact that there was hot water in the shower – everything you need for a short rest before continuing your journey. Entry to the hostel is done with a key card, which is convenient and easy. Although there was no staff on site, all the necessary information was available at the desk, and everything was clear and easy to understand. A great choice for a short stay near the airport.

Очень маленькое окно, больше чем на 1-2 ночи я бы не стал тут оставаться. От аэропорта 20 минут на такси, хоть выглядит - что совсем рядом.

I didn’t like the hard mattress and I also didn’t like the material used for the bedding. It was very slippery and silky and not very breathable.
