Free valet parking. Excellent. Took the stress out of parking etc. And so nice to have happy accommodating parking valet attendants. Was very much appreciated.

The weather was VERY WARM, the pool should've been open longer hours than it was. A swim later in the day would have been excellent. Checking in was a VERY LOOOONG wait with only a couple of staff on, have to wonder WHY?

Malheureusement nous avons du attendre 3 heures pour faire le check-in car il y’avait particulièrement beaucoup de monde et très peu de personnel. Nous ne restions qu’une seule nuit, donc cela nous a embêté de perdre notre soirée à faire la queue pour le check-in.

En relación al precio pues excelente, si vas a ver los Bsb esta justo frente al Palazzo y cerca de la Esfera. Tiene un Cbs, El Cirque Soleil en el hotel, y pues cómodo en ese aspecto. Tiene un mall tambien al que conectas. Tiene Jacuzzi en el area de la Piscina, el hotel es cómodo y funcional, area de Pick up de los tours.

El Desayuno👎, es un ticket para cambiar en el restaurant que incluye : es un Huevo hervido frio, con un Crossaint pequeño, frutas y un pan dulce con café.... Nada que ver con un "Desayuno Continental" y que la Piscina cierra antes de las 6 Pm..

Lokalizacja idealna na wieczorne wyjście. Darmowy parking. Możliwość check-in i out z poziomu automatu/ TV w pokoju. Niewielki, ale wystarczający basen, żeby się schłodzić. Na naszą prośbę dostaliśmy pokój na wysokim piętrze, więc widoki były piękne.

Wifi było płatne. Dla osób spoza USA śniadanie nie było darmowe. Automat do check-in nie wydał nam karty do pokoju, więc musieliśmy czekać w długiej kolejce, żeby ją otrzymać. Został pobrany dodatkowy depozyt z karty, zwrócony po check-oucie. Dobrze byłoby wiedzieć wcześniej, że depozyt zostanie pobrany.

Your pool shuts down at 6 pm. What? You are Treasure Island Resort?!? Isn't the whole theme water & island???? People like to use the pool/ hottub at night. It should at least be open until 10 pm. Seriously, you need to go with that theme and make it a resort destination. I felt like I paid a resort fee for nothing. Even when it said I had free internet with the resort fee, I had to choose a paid option to use the internet, even though it said my resort fee would be applied. Really, $10.99 or $21.99 internet? FOR THE LOVE OF PETE! Every hotel has a pool open until 10, free internet service, and free use of the gym. Most hotels I stay at have a breakfast buffet as well. All those normal amenities were stripped away. It's like the mob was coming at me with a baseball bat and asking me to empty my pockets. It seems like there is no value added in your resort anymore, that you expect people to come in and want them to give you all their money. Food is unreasonably priced, Gambling is at the center of everything, but it's not even the fun coin operated slots anymore. It's like Vegas has turned into a "we don't care about you, just give us your money" location. It used to be a lot more fun! You guys used to have a cute pirate show with the boats out on the strip. That's gone too. Bring that back. Make something at your resort "destination worthy" that destinguishes it from every other casino. We stayed one day on the strip and another day off the strip. My experience off the strip at a Hampton Inn (without a working elevator) was 10x the experience at your "resort". They offered free breakfast, gave out free water bottles. Check in took a total of 1 minute. (Check in at your "resort" took us about 45 min. Half of your kiosks were broken, and because we paid ahead of time including the resort fee through booking.com, your kiosk didn't know how to handle that.

Worst experience ever for checking in! Queue for the check in desk was a mile long, queue for the self check in wasn’t much shatter and when you got there the machine didn’t work properly!

Este hotel fue renovado hace poco, lo que hace que sus alfombras y habitaciones sean mucho más funcionales y limpias. Adicionalmente la relación precio-calidad es muy adecuada, entendiendo que es un hotel que está en Las Vegas Boulevard, cerca de grandes otros Hoteles. El hecho además que sea más bien un hotel "pequeño" hace que la llegada a la habitación no sea una tortura caminando.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Si quizás sugeriría un poco más de variedad de comidas en sus restaurant.

Everything was great overall! The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Breakfast was included with our reservation, which I appreciated, but the included breakfast had very limited options and was the same every day. If we wanted something different, we had to pay extra. I would have preferred a buffet or more variety for the included breakfast.

The hotel smoke smell is prevalent throughout the lobby. Non-smokers and those will breathing issues need to avoid. Hotel Bathrooms do not include soap for whatever reason

L'hôtel est très bien situé sur le Strip, et le spectacle Mystère du Cirque du soleil est sur place. Le petit déjeuner continental inclu est bon mais sans plus, il n'y a pas de choix, c'est une assiette composée.

L'hôtel n'avait pas les enfants dans la réservation, ils n'ont pas voulu nous donner les bons pour les petits déjeuners inclus, ils n'ont rien voulu savoir malgré le bon de réservation booking.com que je leur ai présenté . Nous avons dû appeler le service client booking.com pour qu'ils fassent le nécessaire. Les horaires d'ouverture de la piscine ne sont pas adaptés, et à la piscine il n'y a pas d'ombre donc on ne peut pas y rester très longtemps avec des enfants. La piscine est petite.

Habitación limpia, cómoda y la ubicación del hotel para asistir a otros lugares. Lo mejor fue que en el mismo hotel estaba el espectácular show del Cirque Du Soleil al que asistimos. Maravilloso.

Por ser fin de semana de tres dias del Labor Day, perdimos demasiado tiempo haciendo filas para hacer el chek in, para entrar al show y hasta para comer. Pero el hotel estuvo muy bien.

I reserved months in advance an request a 2bed strip view and they gave me a one bed with a view that it was not what I requested. I also sent a message to the property to verify the will provide the room I requested a they never responded. The booking.com app asked for some verification to access the reservation online and after receiving a verification code they sent me into a loop. Overall it was a very frustrating experience

solidna soba (sicer ne za 4 zvezdice), ampak nič ni manjkalo, pokrito parkirišče, dobra lokacija

Plačljiv wifi v sobi (samo v lobiju je brezplačno), izjemno arogantno osebje. Ena noč je bila že vnaprej plačana, doplačati je bilo potrebno še za eno noč in 200˘$ depozita. Na njihovi strani je bila napaka in preden bi za to vsoto morala vtipkati PIN (imam varnostno nastavitev, da se nad 50€ treba vpisati pin), je napisalo, da je kartica zavrnjena. Poskusila sem z debetno, moževo... ni bilo ustrezne povezave, niso hoteli vzeti gotovine. Seveda s karticami ni bilo nič narobe, ampak tako arogantno in ponižujoče nama je receptor (Indijec) zabrusil, da pač nimava denarja oz. naj se obrneva na banko. V Evropi je bilo seveda to ponoči. Kljub temu sem poklicala dežurno službo in zagotovili so mi, da je napaka pri hotelu, da je vse v redu tako s karticami kot povezavo. V hotelu sva nekaj kupila za dokazilo in preizkus in je kartica normalno delala. Po treh !!! urah obupnih poskusov in prošenj, naj preverijo še pri sebi, nama je drug receptor (mislim, da s Koreje - piše jim na tablicah) le naredil uslugo in sva lahko plačala z gotovino. Obupno, ponižujoče... Torej bi lahko že takoj plačala z gotovino... Enako neprijazni so bili pri zajtrku, kot bi prosili za miloščino: slaba hladna kava, mala skodelica sadja, trdo kuhano jajce brez kruha in košček obupno sladkega peciva je bil zajtrk in skoraj na daleč vržen pladenj... Za vse ostalo bi bilo potrebno doplačati... Da ne omenjam, kako je smrdelo, ker je bil zajtrk (in recepcija) praktično v igralnici, kjer je očitno dovoljeno kaditi. Vem, da je to Las Vegas in imajo prednost igralnice, ampak vsaj zajtrk bi lahko postregli v kakšnem nezakajenem prostoru.

Nice view from the room, good value for price.

It is very obvious it is an old hotel, could use some touch ups. We choose this hotel for our wedding day and honeymoon and they did absolutely nothing to make our stay a bit more special, which was very disappointing. Pool area was outdated and disappointing as well. The online check out did not work, so we had to wait in line.

Es war alles sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett. Was uns sehr gut gefallen hat war die Westernbar (Gilley‘s), da gibt es immer Livemusik oder Karaoke.

Das einzige was nicht zu empfehlen ist, ist das Frühstück, da bekommt man einen Kaffee und ein kaltes hartgekochtes Ei und ein paar Früchte, dann wurde uns gleich die Speisekarte mit anderen Frühstück Varianten gebracht, diese musste man wieder extra bezahlen.

I am an Accor Diamond Member, but because I booked through Booking.com, I was rudely told that my membership meant nothing and that I would need to queue for check-in. Normally, I would not have minded waiting, but the check-in process took 1 hour and 15 minutes. What was particularly disappointing was the apparent lack of urgency from the check-in staff, who made little effort to move the queue along or get guests checked in more efficiently. This was, without question, the slowest hotel check-in experience I have ever had anywhere in the world. The issue wasn’t having to queue; it was the excessive amount of time it took and the way the situation was handled. It was a very unpleasant way to start our holiday in Las Vegas. .

Habitación amplia y muy bien ubicado.

Las máquinas de self check-in nos daba error y nos hicieron ponernos a la fila para hacerlo manualmente en una sección supuestamente más rápida, estuvimos más de 1h y 30min para hacer el check-in. Nos fastidiaron la tarde que habíamos organizado por un simple check-in, los recepcionistas muy lentos y hacían caso omiso de las quejas de todos los que estuvimos esperando tantísimo tiempo. Había gente que se iba por no esperar tanto, fue decepcionante. El manager lo único que nos decía continuamente a todos era “tienes que esperar tu turno” de forma bastante desagradable, no tuvieron ni siquiera un detalle por los problemas que nos estaban poniendo. Nos tardaron 30 minutos en dar las maletas y a una chica que teníamos delante no le encontraban las llaves de su coche. Además, uno de los cajones del armario de la habitación estaba roto. No recomiendo nada alojarse aquí a no ser que quieras perder tu tiempo en Las Vegas.

The price and location was great

My room was dirty on arrival and the safe wasn’t working. They took me to another room and it was very poor service all week with housekeeping I had to keep asking for clean towels and for them to come and clean my room and take out my trash, it was ridiculous very poor housekeeping.

Je me conseille pas de prendre le petit déjeuner compris… œuf dur un petit bol de fruits frais et des viennoiseries … pour moi qui ne mange pas de sucre le matin pas top et en plus c’était tous les jours le même, aucun autre choix. Par contre si on veut un bon petit déjeuner payant c’est relativement bon marché et là c’est très copieux donc plutôt le prendre à part 👍

Top locatie op The Strip, veel restaurants en activiteiten in het hotel. We kwamen niet voor de casino’s, maar er is genoeg keuze als je daar wel voor komt!

Bij het inchecken kregen we een kamer toegewezen. Je bent wel even onderweg naar de kamer, want het hotel is huge. Aangekomen bij de kamer bleek de kamer bezet te zijn. We konden zo een kamer in die vol lag met (waardevolle) spullen van anderen. Dit gaf wel een knauw in het vertrouwen, want dit had bij ons dus net zo makkelijk kunnen gebeuren. We moesten dus weer terug naar de receptie om de kamer om te boeken. Hiermee werden we goed geholpen, maar ik vond dat er wat tam op gereageerd werd. Het gaat toch om privacy en waardevolle spullen van onwetende mensen die deze in vertrouwen achterlaten op de kamer.

Location, very clean, big room

Check-in process was long. There was a massive line to do it with the staff so we were directed to do it on the machines, what took us forever as well. Wifi was not free (probably it was written somewhere but I just assumed it was free as in most of the hotels) and continental breakfast was a bit small.

Nous avons attendu 1h46 pour passer au Check in car il n y avait qu’une personne pour gérer les 30 clients dans la fil d’attente, de part ce stress la dame a oubliée de nous délivrer un jour de voucher petit déjeuner, nous avons attendu le lendemain et avons découvert le petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation ! Il s’agit d’une assiette avec un œuf coupée en deux, deux petit gâteau, un petit bol de fruit et un mini croissant accompagner d’une boisson chaud et froid ‘ un en-cas ‘ Je vous déconseille de prendre le petit déjeuner compris vous serez déçu, nous allons donc du aller nous pleindre à la réception pour avoir un vaoucher créditer de 100$ pour pouvoir manger

Breakfast is non existent, literally a few slices of fruit, 3 micro pastries and a boiled egg, considering the high resort fee it is not up to the price paid. Over an hour for check in with the self check-in kiosk unable to recognize any passport or ID and only 2 people checking in over 50 guests at a snail pace. Not up to its rating. Wi-fi seems to not be included and does not work well, unacceptable given the resort fees.

A recepção é uma porcaria, gente sem quaisquer empatia, nota ZERO. Limpeza dos quartos, um horror ... não limpão e nem trocam as toalhas. O Café continental é uma piada de fraco. Sério: nunca vi um hotel com tanta gente com mau humor e sem quaisquer vontade de atender os hospedes. Se um dia voltar a Vegas, ali não fico e não recomento. Querem cobrar tudo a parte, só querem saber de arrancar dinheiro do Hospede. Sem tirar o cheiro de Cigarro no hotel .... TERRIVEL.

L'hotel està molt ben situat, al strip de Las Vegas. Exteriorment no és tan luxós com el seu veí Venetian, però suficient per l'estada. Llits molt còmodes i habitació gran.

Hotel direttamente sulla strip e con parcheggio gratuito. Buona la dimensione delle stanze ed il fatto che nel nostro caso, avendo prenotato due stanze, ci hanno dato due camere comunicanti. Per il resto hotel nella media di Las Vegas

La piscina chiudeva alle ore 18:00 che in estate è sicuramente una grande limitazione. Dopo una giornata in giro sarebbe stato utile potersi rilassare e rinfrescare anche più tardi o dopo cena visto le elevate temperature La colazione inclusa con le resort fee è veramente scarsa, una bevanda calda, un succo, una brioscina, un mini muffin e della frutta non molto buona. Sicuramente non all'altezza delle aspettative. Il parcheggio, benchè gratuito è lontano dall'hotel e quindi per le valigie, se ne hai tante, sei praticamente costretto ad usare il Bell Service ed elagire le dovute mancie sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Coda per il checkin decisamente lunga.
