Dat constante geapp van die receptie. Over je paspoortgegevens, je creditcardgegevens. Alsof je zoiets via Whattsapp verstuurd? En daarna steeds geapp over flauwekul dingen. Het ergste was dat zonder onze schuld een waterglas was gebroken en dat ze daarvoor ongevraagd 5 dollar van mijn creditcard afschrijven. De Mastercard is verzocht om dit terug te storten. Is dat nou service van zo,n hotel? hebben veel gereisd, maar nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Het gaat niet om die 5 dollar, maar de mentaliteit.

Netjes, rustig. Supervriendelijk personeel. Kleinschalig maar daardoor heerlijk.

Ubytování bylo pohodlné, skvěle vybavené, hlavně klimatizace byla užitečná. Personál byl vstřícný milý a moc ochotný. Snídaně byli výborné.

Na pokoji 19 jsou naproti posteli prosklené posuvné dveře do koupelny, kterými je vidět úplně všechno, protože zrcadlová fólie je na špatné straně. Takže z koupelny vidět není, ale z ložnice do koupelny ano 😂

El alojamiento es perfecto, cuenta con excelente instalaciones puede dejar el carro seguro, las habitaciones muy cómodas, tienes todos los implementas para cocinar si lo deseas, la piscina genial, el servicio del personal perfecto, precio calidad excelente, te prestan sillas para llevar a la playa , toallas y hasta hielo te dan para la nevera que puede llevar a la playa

O apartamento é espaçoso e bem decorado. Dispõe de uma cozinha equipada com geladeira, fogão, micro-ondas, cafeteira, torradeira, além dos utensílios (panelas, pratos, talheres). No armário tem até um cooler para levar para a praia. O hóspede pode solicitar também cadeiras de praia na recepção. O hotel tem piscina e sauna, mas não usamos. Também não fizemos solicitação de café da manhã. Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e gentis conosco, só temos a agradecer pelo atendimento.

O hotel fica a cerca de 3 km da praia mais próxima, então considere os custos do aluguel do carro para avaliar se o custo-benefício atende suas expectativas. Para nós, foi muito bom, porque alugamos um carro e a localização mais central do hotel facilitou os nossos passeios e as saídas para restaurantes.

Gostei de tudo! Desde o contato com a hospedagem antes da viagem até o check-out, tudo perfeito. O hotel fica bem localizado, muito próximo de Palm Beach que é o local mais movimentado da ilha. Chegamos bem tarde e tinha um funcionário pronto para nos recepcionar. Tudo muito novo, limpo, confortável, cama maravilhosa para descansar, cozinha equipada, ambiente grande. A piscina do hotel muito boa, o café que tem também é uma delícia. Uma experiência 10 de 10. Super recomendo.

Tenían estacionamiento. La habitación era muy amplia. Te prestan sillas de playas (siempre que las solicites). Tenía bonitos jardines.

El aseo es día por medio. El desayuno demasiado repetitivo son solamente 4 opciones de desayuno. Estuve 10 días con desayuno incluido y repetía siempre lo mismo. Al final opté por desayunar afuera.

It was very peaceful and the outdoor space was beautiful. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately the breakfast options from their Cafe were limited, because they have changed the menu. The Pastechi was delicious though.

We had a lovely experience during our two-week stay. The general atmosphere was very peaceful. All the rooms were clean (cleaning lady visits 4 times a week), spacious and have airconditioning. Our suite had a fully functional kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and water cooker. The hotel is located in a quiet, remote area, so you will need transportation to get around. The staff was very helpful and kind, they helped us get a rental car and they also helped us with our suitcases as we were on the second floor. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we will be visiting again.

Overall, I really like this hotel. The staff is super friendly very accommodating. I love that there is a pool even though I didn't use it. I ove that there is a cafe on the premises. If I didn't want to venture out, I didn't have to. I'm very glad that I picked it. Even my masseuse, said that she liked the hotel and pointed out it was conveniently located. At most you're probably 10-15 minutes away from anything. The furthest I had to travel was 35 minutes to baby beach and that was it. The room waa great, I was surprised about the kitchen, very apartment-esq. Bathroom could have a little more counter space or maybe some shelve, not a deal breaker. I loved the view from my room because I can always see when the ship was in port. So I could plan my day around the crowds. Also, it was beautiful at night looking at the illumination of the ships. I didn't hear one neighbor through the walls. A little chatter outside, but that's to be expected. Pretty quiet for the most part. Bonus, I loved that I was able to open my windows. I'm not a big AC fan and I love that I could air out the room daily at my own convenience. There is parking on the premises. Just be mindful that it is a little tight and the parking is at an angle so you will have to maneuver. I'll definitely stay here again.

If you are a person of color, especially a Black woman, I strongly urge you to avoid this RH hotel in Aruba. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was rude, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. Basic requests like towels, napkins, or extra items at the restaurant were either denied or made unnecessarily difficult. What stood out the most was the clear discrimination and colorism. We were told we couldn’t wear bikinis, while other guests including white guests were allowed to walk around shirtless or even nude without any issue. The rules were not applied equally, and it felt extremely unfair and targeted. The hotel itself was also very disappointing. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not match what was advertised. We were told certain essentials like soap and paper towels were included, but then had to go buy them ourselves. Even something as simple as cleaning a spill was difficult due to lack of basic supplies. The furniture was unstable, and the overall environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the manager was disrespectful and unprofessional, speaking to us in a demeaning way and creating unnecessary conflict over small things. Overall, this place is unclean, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. Do not waste your money.

The location was a bit outside of the downtown district, but still within minutes and easy to reach. The breakfast was a nice surprise. even the cafetaria inside the hotel itself was like a hidden gem with a nice atmosphere

If they'd explain about the hidden gem- cafetaria they had, from the moment of check-in, would've been nice. and it wouldve been in their benefit as well.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and offered great tips of places to visit during our trip. The room was quite spacious, with two separate bedrooms each with a full bathroom, which was convenient for us as there were three of us. The room was modern, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed having the freedom to park safely at any time. We had breakfast at the hotel a couple of times and the food was great. We would definitely stay here again!

There two minor things that were a bit uncomfortable about the room: One, both bathrooms had a glass door that seemed to have been placed backwards, meaning you could see into the bathroom from the room and see the person using it. As our group was made up of close friends, we managed this by avoiding glancing into the bathroom when someone was inside it, but it was definitely weird. And two, the temperature of the water in the showers seemed to be strangely calibrated: one bathroom had scolding water and the other was barely lukewarm. We took quick showers and chose whatever bathroom had the temperature closer to our preference, so this wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Kitchen in the room lacked some basic cooking implements and was not very useful for cooking. Also wifi in our room was spotty. Parking spaces are a bit tight, but ok as long as you have a small car.

Excelente apart para ir con vehículo alquilado, ya que sin él, se complica. Desde allí, en auto, estas en pocos minutos en las principales playas, aeropuerto, estación de cruceros, centro con paseo gratuito en tranvía, etc. Mención especial para la recepcionista Rosaline y para la camarera Judy, muy atentas y eficientes. Nos tocó estrenar un ala del complejo que estaba impecable, y decorada con buen gusto.

last minute great find! so glad we found this place to stay during our time at Aruba! We weren’t expecting such a spacious room. The grounds were also so beautiful, such nice spot to take pictures. The pool was nice too and very clean. Quick drive to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach as well. Rosaline and Kary especially went out of their way to assist us and provide us with much comfort during our stay. Grateful for all the friendly smiles from staff as well. They even provided beach lounge towels. Would recommend for anyone staying in Aruba.

What really stands out is the staff; every employee is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your stay special. Highly recommended!

The property is small, but very well kept. Beautiful pool and gardens. Extremely peaceful. Clean accommodations, with the perfect amount of space for our family. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom and shower are nice.

The couch and chair in the living room of our unit were not very comfortable.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and did a good job at communicating with me by whatsapp before we arrived.

This felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel in that there often isn't someone at the front desk, at least when we were there, which was on a weekend. There is a coffee shop but it wasn't open when we wanted coffee. i think it's open 8-8 . There were steps going up to our room and no elevator which was hard on my knees. We had a suite with a kitchen but there wasn't coffee in it. It's really in a residential neighborhood so it's not like you can walk to restaurants, unless I missed that. There was no housekeeper on Sunday.

Rooms were exceptional Clean and very comfy & very Quiet. Hotel is 5-10 minutes Taxi from the Beaches. Food at the Restaurant delicious. Give a 10 of 10 for the price. Receptionist extremely friendly and wouldn't hesitate on Helping with our stay. Hotel atmosphere is priceless.

Ingegeven het feit dat ik een bliksembezoek aan Aruba hield, kon ik mij geen flexibelere medewerkers wensen dan van RH Boutique. In alle facetten, totaan kleding wassen en informatievoorziening, zagen zij als vanzelfsprekendheid. De kamers zijn brandschoon en ruim, het zwembad is een verademing maar de ware kwaliteit zat in de medewerk(st)ers: alles met overgave en een brede lach!

Nossa estadia foi excelente! Equipe muito acolhedora, nos deu dicas valiosas locais e não hesitou em trocar nosso quarto por um maior quando hove uma questão pontual com o ar condicionado. Cozinha muito equipada, região tranquila, estacionamento seguro.

Beautiful place to stay, clean rooms and nice staff! If you want breakfast include, there are no fruits, but the scrambled eggs, vedgetables, arepas and pancakesare delicious! It's close to Oranjestad and the sea. There are little cite cats, specially the white one is very cute. The garden is beautiful and full of plants. A small gym and nice pool as well. In the back is a place where you can bb as well.

Apartamento muito espaçoso! Bem silencioso e seguro. Áreas externas também muito bem cuidadas e aconchegantes. Há uma churrasqueira p uso hóspedes. Há uma área com piscina, mas não usamos. Atendimento cordial.

Usamos 2 vezes a churrasqueira, mas na última vez acabou o gás e nos causou um transtorno , pq demoraram muito p repor! Não tinha icecooler para todos os apartamentos e esse item é essencial p levarmos água, bebidas e lanches, pq há muitas praias que não há comércios de água, bebidas e alimentos (o que achamos bom, pois preserva o meio ambiente, mas que precisamos levar nossos próprios alimentos e bebidas). Para pagamento só aceitam cartão de crédito, não aceitam cash nem global card.

Las habitaciones de arriba suites simples . Oscuras, cerradas sin sofá. Cosa que ocasionó disgusto al no permitirnos ( desde la recepción) desde un principio que todas viéramos las habitaciones. Si la hubiéramos visto desde un principio hubiéramos cambiado y nos hubiéramos ahorrado un mal día. La limpieza de las habitaciones se debería hacer todos los días , cosa que no ocurre. En una de las suites éramos 4 y nos dejaban una! Toalla de mano.
