We had a great stay and the resort has a very nice beach. We wished we stayed another day.

Breakfast could be better. Also the road going through the resort is not really developed, have to be careful driving

The view was great, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, food delicious, staff was friendly & helpful. Really enjoyed my time there

Wi-Fi did not reach our villa

We always stay at Cebu R Resort when we are in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic, rooms are in excellent condition and the grounds are nice. Plenty of parking on resort property. Wifi had decent speed. Beautiful sunrise/sunsets also. We had no problems with our rooms. My only comment is to maybe upgrade the access road in the future. It is suitable but it is a rocky dirt road.

This is the kind of resort that leaves such a great impression that you're already planning to return and enjoy the same comfort, hospitality, and value for money all over again.

Cebu R Resort in Tabuelan is a great spot for a quiet and relaxing beach getaway. It features a clean infinity pool, a nice white-sand beach, and simple but comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly, and the overall vibe is peaceful.

the WiFi connection is very weak, and there is little to no mobile network signal, which can be inconvenient if you need to stay connected.

Very nice room design spacious and nice privacy. Food was very good.

The WiFi was not working the entire stay, also no phone service for data, very frustrating, the jacuzzi is not hot and had lots of bird mess around it. Two power cuts during our one night stay only in our room not the rest of the resort, shower doesn't get hot only the bath. Not ideal considering its the most expensive room in the resort. Expected better

Karaoke too loud, smelly towels (recommend to buy new they smell like they are old)

Sehr sauber, überaus freundliches Personal, gutes Essen. Die gesamte Anlage ist top gepflegt und in einem sehr sauberen Zustand.

Das Internet ist leider sehr schwach und Kartenzahlung mit Visa hat nicht funktioniert. Dieses liegt oft daran das die Übertragung zu langsam ist ( habe ich sehr oft auf den Philippinen) und dadurch der Vorgang abgebrochen wird. Ich empfehle hier genügend Bargeld mit zu nehmen.

Kids enjoyed the food and the pool.

The property is clean and modern. The couple room is too big for us, but I am not complaining.

I love how the location is not sooo far fron the highway, the friendly staff are the best and the amenities.

There was a 100 PHP fee for a bucket of ice cubes.

Room was very below average for the price. The restaurant was also not good. We had to change to another room 3 because of broken shower, ants etc. In the end our room was a downgrade and it smelled like smoke. We didn't get any money back. VERY BAD

We love this resort and our family had a great time. We were visiting family nearby. The staff is very friendly, rooms are big, everything works, views are fantastic. The restaurant has good food with a variety of options. Our family loved the pools. They maintain the rooms and grounds in excellent condition. We will stay here again.

Access road is rough, might not be good for some vehicles. Wifi eventually worked. We didn't really care about these issues.

The pool and beach are clean and well-maintained. The room is spacious. The property is stroller/wheel chair-friendly, which is great for families. The staff were fabulous.

Slight audio problem with the TV and a puddle forms whenever we use the shower, which keeps the bathroom floor flooded all throughout our stay, but this is just me nit-picking.

The property looks very nice in pictures, but it smells, dirty, the towels smells, the room smelled. Too many dogs and cats, they barked and fights all night. You have to watch where you’re walking or you will step in poop. It very deceiving.

Relaxing atmosphere. Nice pool area. Own beach at the sea. Stable wifi connection. Generous personell where we could have the room and use facilities two extra hours departing day.

None or very weak mobile phone coverage. Ants at many different places (room, at the pool, in the area). Small ants and non hurting ants but still they are there. Also some mosquitos. Wild dogs and cats, not many but they are there (dog at the table in the restaurant, cat pooping in the sand at the beach). This may sound worser than it is, it is possible to handle it, but still it is worth to mention.

It's in a lovely location, with a private beach great for snorkelling, a big room, and available parking. Great for its price! The staff is very helpful. Our room had an issue with hot water, and they repaired it at late hours.

There are many ants and mosquitoes. Even though the staff is ready to fight the mosquitoes, the ants are hard to get away from. However, it didn't bother our sleep as the room was very spacious. Just a heads up for someone who might be very bothered by it!

staff service was good, the swimming pool is really nice, everything inside of the resort is amazing, except for the road from the main road to the property, but I think it's on the plan that can be done in the future.

Our family renter a villa and a couple of rooms . The place is clean and well maintained, staff are very attentive and very nice . Food is good and affordable . Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool , pool in villa is also nice and private , beach area is small .

Perfect secluded place with your own private beach area. Such a beautiful and well done place. The service was amazing, all the staffs were friendly and attentive.

The staff were very unhelpful, when i checked out i left my ring in the room so called the hotel 15 minutes after i left and they were very defensive about the ring, saying they couldn’t find it and refused to let my uncle, who lives nearby to search the room with them. I left it on the bedside table and had not lost it just forgot to bring it with me. The staff argued that someone was already checked in straight away after we had left which I very much doubt as the resort was basically empty, with around 5 rooms occupied as I had asked the staff previously.

We liked the beach and access to a free of charge canoe to explore the surrounding. The pool was nice to have a dip in. The dinner was yummy with fresh BBQ meat. The hotel room was good standard and clean. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is attentive and nice.

The wind pushed the smoke from the BBQ to the seating area of the restaurant. Depending on the wind direction, the BBQ chef could have a different place for the grill. The breakfast was ok, but the number of flies inside the restaurant was perturbatory and the quality of drinks can be improved (i.e. only instant coffee). The road towards the resort is a bit bumpy but doable even without 4-wheel drive.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room and the resort is very nice. It's clean and the room is big enough. We even ask for an upgrade and it was no problem. The breakfast was good and the dinner was also delicious. The best part is the private beach and the different pool options.

We had no room service. (empty the trash can and refill toilet paper + coffee)

Rooms are nice

A guest arrived late at night and couldn't go in to the property because they locked the gates. There was no security guard nor there was a staff who would open the gates at night. The "24-hour" Front desk was also closed, we had to look for the staff house just for them to open the gates. Bar was supposed to be open until 10pm but there were no staff there even at 7pm.

The breakfast sausage chorizo was recommended and it was fantastically memorable!!! So savory. It is a rather remote location, which I think is quite the point! I found the private pool very relaxing due to the waves gently crashing feet away.

I did not understand when they asked me if I had I dinner order, that WAS THE TIME to place the order. I ended up with some rather greasy fried fish that was disappointing. But now I know! Water shoes would be useful as the beach/ocean have lots of underwater rocks.

Memorable and amazing

Everything is perfect except for the food and the beach. Food is just okay and the beach is too rocky. The staff are exceptional especially the Manager ❤️❤️❤️

It was our first family trip since lock down and I have communicated to the Manager some inquiries about the property and our stay, really appreciate all the patience and help of Jade! Property is pretty new and easy to find, we feel secured in our stay especially that they posted the safety measures in place in their page. We loved our stay in the Ocean Villa, exclusivity made us feel comfortable and my kids enjoyed the jacuzzi, highly recommend this room type for families. We also had a an option to serve our breakfast in our villa, some of the crew visited us to offer fresh seafood for that day and we also enjoyed our dinner. Opportunity wise, the breakfast options could be improved, we also looked for some in room amenities as we stayed in a villa (lotion, other toiletries) but overall we highly recommend this property for a break outside the city and specially this room type if you have kids!
