Reviewed Aug 13, 2026我們入住的是26坪的豪華海景四人房，房間非常寬敞舒適，設有日式泡澡浴池及獨立的海景客廳，整體住宿空間讓人感到十分放鬆。推開窗就能欣賞美麗的海景，遠眺龜山島，景色相當令人驚艷。 唯一美中不足的是客廳的布沙發及抱枕有些污漬，若能更換成較容易清潔的材質，相信整體住宿品質會更加完善。 另外，這次入住期間自用車突然故障無法行駛，非常感謝飯店服務人員熱心協助，提供鄰近車廠的聯繫資訊，讓我們最後能順利將車子修復，真的非常感謝工作人員的協助與貼心服務。 整體而言，這次住宿的空間、景觀及服務都讓我們留下很好的印象，若有機會再次造訪，一定會再選擇入住。

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026旅館的風景真的很棒！一邊泡著溫泉，一邊就能遠眺龜山島和整片海岸線；走到陽台，更是直接把大海盡收眼底，真的很享受。 頭城晚上6點過後店幾乎都關了，感恩旅館提供的消夜時段政策！ 旅館提供的拖鞋意外地超好穿，可以買幾雙帶回家
早餐品項比較少，連住兩天的話，兩天幾乎都一樣，稍微有點膩。 房間整體偏暗，白天也覺得採光不是很充足。 隔音效果比較不好，晚上如果遇到隔壁房或走廊有聲音，會比較明顯。 插座離床頭有一段距離，對於手機不離身、晚上習慣充電的人來說，真的比較不方便。

1.餐廳內場服務員只有一個（手戴紅白清潔手套🧤，要劃位還要清潔），感覺飯店很缺人。 2.旅客吃完早餐，需自助整理餐盤。窗台上的植栽盆栽是清潔劑容器⋯⋯。 3.房間浴巾破掉為什麼不淘汰？ 4.櫃檯服務人員，有職業倦怠嗎？每個都無笑容，一位中年女性服務人員，邊吃科學麵，邊工作。（下午15:30肚子這麼餓？）。 5.這邊坐櫃檯的兩位中年女性服務人員，看起來就是老屁股，還會給中間那位男性服務人員使臉色。 5.在房間，只要走廊有些許動靜，都很大聲，簡單來說隔音很差。

當天入住一開始房間冷氣不冷，雖然後來有幫我們換了一間房間也折了價，但還是希望可以提前確認好 覺得洗澡的水壓有點小，這個看能不能改善一下
