La atención de la señora muy amable 10/10, la ameeeee

La ubicación que pésima ubicación es un lio para subir y bajar. Además que reservamos dos noches y solo nos quedamos una por la ubicación y no fueron capaz de devolvernos ni un porcentaje al menos se quedaron con lo de las noches intenté y no se llegó a nada.

Maria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile per tutto, la casa è ampia e spaziosa ed ha una terrazza con sedie ed amache per godere della brezza serale. Ottimo!

Muy hermoso todo, la señora Maria todo un amor. Volvería una y mil veces.

Me gustó el trato de la anfitriona, siempre atenta. Me quedé en la habitación grande con tres camas dobles de paredes verde veridiana. un hermoso y tranquilo lugar. Recomiendo mucho este alojamiento. Me quedaría de nuevo.

La vista y la locacion de la terraza del hotel estaba espectacular

Una vista increíble, se puede cocinar en el espacio, queda en subida pero es muy cerca de la playa más céntrica y negocios varios

Las instalaciones son muy agradables y cómodas, en especial las zonas comunes, el servicio es excepcional, María E. Es una gran anfitriona y el lugar es ideal para descansar.

La poca inversión en la pavimentación de las calles, lo que hace un poco difícil acceder a la ubicación del hotel.

Nos gustó, la comodidad de la habitación y los espacios de la casa.

Breakfast could be more substantial. Also the property is not of easy access from the sea side especially when it rains heavily.

The host is very attentive. We even made a trip together along with other guests to Bahía Concha. She gave us contact information to a local driver that provided for most of the transportation when we were in the area. She also gifted a hat to my mom (gracias!). The rooms and bathroom were clean. It can get very hot in Taganga, so there is an option to use AC in the room (extra price). We did not get this service, but it is a good option. There are fans though. The internet also works well. I was able to work from the terrace without any issues (I need a stable connection).

Keep in mind that the accommodation is located in the upper area of Taganga. If you have issues walking up a lot, it can be something to consider.

Maria is one of the nicest hosts you'll ever meet. Absolutely recommended !

The place is very comfortable, the common area is super nice and we made a lot of use of it. But by far the best thing about the accommodation is Maria! She helped us with so many things, asked everyday what we are planning to do and helped organizing so we were sure to book activities or taxis with the right companies. She even provided us with ailments for our burned skins after a day of snorkeling. She was simply the best!

Taganga was a bit specific. We arrived in the dark and felt a bit uncomfortable, we were then told to only keep the needed cash and Max 1 phone with you when walking in town at night and avoid certain areas. But having kept those things in mind we did really enjoy Taganga, the beaches, the snorkeling and the restaurants on the beach front.

María is a great host who is very accommodating and will make you feel at home. Her house is very comfortable with lots of space to relax.

Comfortable beds, good AC though the owner will ask you to not use it too much during the day even though I barely used it at night. Good breakfast but not included in the price and only till 9 am though she did twice give it to me at 10 when I asked. She called me a taxi when I left. Really quiet area but if you have the room downstairs with the window to the inner courtyard you'll be woken up by the owner and cleaner and other guests so I'd recommend trying to get the room upstairs as that was really quiet and private.

15 mins away from the beach on a dirt road that the taxi will not go up and charge more for getting as close as possible. Also at night it's barely lit but Iñnotjing happened I think the village is very safe. I changed rooms halfway through my stay and both showers still had sand in there so though the rest of the bathroom and bedroom was clean I guess they don't clean the showers. One of the bathrooms didn't even have a shower head just the pipe. The owner suggested paying by bank transfer as I wanted to avoid the fees of paying by card. She sent me some link which ended up having a higher fee that somehow I still ended up having to pay. Had I known I would have payed cash but at that point I was tired of her attitude and just payed to avoid the hassle. I will point out that legally the owner has to pay the fees but that's a problem in all Colombia. Mostly I didn't like the way the owner treated me as if I were 16 years old and she was my frustrated grandma. I am a 30 and a paying customer of her business and should be treated as such. I was asked to wait longer for breakfast and go sit at a little table in the entrance to not bother the other I guess more important guests on the terrace. She would call for me through the door. It was all just a little strange and unprofessional. I was quite surprised at all the reviews of how helpful and friendly she is as it was frankly not my experience, but maybe she was having a bad week.

Maria is a very nice host and helps where she can. The rooms/ apartment in the higher floor are very nice. Quiet.

It’s a bit far from the beach up the hill. Would not feel safe to walk there at night.

Great little guest house in Taganga. Very chill and quiet, which was perfect for our stay. Our host Maria was lovely and helped us get to the bus station in Santa Marta, which was appreciated. Breakfast was included - also a bonus!

Señora Maria is amazing person with a huge heart. She will go above and beyond to make you feel like at home. She was preparing the best juices from different fruits and aloe vera for me. I got inflammation of my middle ear and she took such a good care of me, I will be forever grateful for that. Her house is located in quite quiet location in Taganga, walking distance from beach. If you ask Mariq can help you rent a scooter ar arrange transport to anywhere for very nice price. House has a nice atmosphere and good sunset view terrace.
