Receptionist was not nice and not very welcoming Disappointing, especially for the price Our stay got off to a poor start with a very unfriendly reception when we arrived. We were then placed in a building quite a distance from the main hotel. It appeared that we were the only guests in that building, which made us wonder whether it was regularly being used. Unfortunately, the condition of the room seemed to reinforce that impression. The furniture was extremely worn. The vinyl on the armchair was peeling off in several places, and the sofa cushions were visibly worn and sagging. This wasn’t simply a matter of outdated décor—the furnishings were genuinely in need of repair or replacement. The hot tub area also appeared poorly maintained. The cover was in poor condition, and the mechanism intended to hold it was not functional. Then there was the shower. Both the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were completely empty. We didn’t discover this until the following morning when we were getting ready to leave. Had we noticed it the night before, we certainly would have asked the hotel to refill them. But finding both dispensers completely empty was another indication of the lack of attention to detail in the room. For the $301.77 USD we paid for the room, we expected considerably more. A hotel doesn’t have to be luxurious, but at this price point it should certainly be maintained, functional, and properly prepared for its guests. Unfortunately, this stay felt as though we had been placed in a rarely used part of the property that simply hadn’t received much attention. We’ve included photos because they tell the story better than we can. We would not choose to stay here again.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Meine Ankunft war um 15:00 Uhr etwas früh, Zimmer waren schon bereit. Trotzdem musste ich ca. 18 Euro Aufpreis zahlen damit ich schon eine Stunde früher ins Zimmer durfte. Noch nie habe ich so etwas in einem Hotel erlebt wo die Zimmer bereit waren. Nie mehr werde ich ein Zimmer dieser Hotelkette buchen.

Le sèche-cheveux est tombé très vite en panne et il y avait un bruit de fond constant, comme un moteur.

The family room is quite compact, which is manageable, but I did miss the ability to open the window. Since the space is small, the air can start to feel a little stuffy, so better ventilation would really help. I wouldn’t recommend for a family with two children. In addition, the hotel and furnitures are aged.

Room was very old. The curtains were torn, bathroom sink was yellow with grey spots. Windows were terribly dirty .There was no kettle or coffee maker, just 2 glasses for the room for 4 people, no spoons. Besides it was very hot, seems that the hotel doesn't have proper ventilation in the rooms.

Lite väl dyrt jämfört med lika högklassiga hotell med bättre läge med t.ex. utsikt eller vattenvy. Som middagsbuffe betraktat var det väldigt få varmrätter att välja på. Frukostbuffen här inte heller så omfångsrik.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Rummet var prisvärt för 4 personer då vi bodde i ett familjerum med en dubbelsäng och en våningsäng! Läget var bra med mataffär tvärs över gatan och nära till andra restauranger runt omkring. Det var också riktigt bra med gratis parkering och laddplats!
Våningsängen var väldigt liten. Det är mer gjort för 2 barn. Vi var två kvinnor som var lite kortare som fick plats men det är värt och tänka på om man skulle boka detta rum för 4 långa vuxna!

Der Spa machte schon um 19.00 Uhr zu. Der Poolbereich war relativ groß, aber auch voll und geruchlich war es mir zu unangenehm. Zu viel Chlor mit noch was. Es gab auch Liegen, aber es war nicht einladend für mich. Es gab in der Frauenumkleide eine Sauna. Aber danach wohin? Im Spa gibt es wohl auch eine Sauna. Die kostet dann extra. Das Abendbüfett war okay. Man wurde satt. Aber für ca. 45 Euro haben wir in Norwegen definitiv schon besser gegessen. Es waren viele Fertigprodukte. Das Büfett wurde jedoch regelmäßig wieder aufgefüllt.
