Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Amanda and her team were very informative and professional during a Computer crisis that was system wide. The property was well lit and maintained beautifully. The Rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Also the location was close to Restaurants, and Stores within a walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Booked several rooms for family wedding. Hotel dirty and not maintained. Front desk staff unprofessional and not qualified to do basic tasks when asked for my Bill! Cut my foot, tore my socks on exposed tacks on floor, entire rug worn and frayed. Dust on all the furniture see pictures.

would of like a magnifying mirror in bathroom area for when putting makeup.

Reviewed May 18, 2026We stayed several days and I can't say enough good things about the staff and facilities. The room was super clean, the bed was just right and the free breakfast was fresh. Due to our very late flight arrival, we needed an extremely late check-in, and they accommodated us cheerfully. We stayed in room 216, which was close to the elevator, but experienced no noise whatsoever. Great location!

Reviewed May 16, 2026This was a nice hotel with an awesome breakfast bar! It is a bit dated and could use an upgrade to the rooms and the elevator, but overall stay was pleasant enough, save for the VERY hard mattress. To be fair, I know that this isn't our own bed, in our own house, but that is my only real complaint. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they even found a fan for me when I forgot my own.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026I felt so beautifully welcomed by the team at this hotel. I'm a professional musician and thus travel frequently, and the Hampton Inn & Suites Boynton Beach staff went above and beyond to help me feel at home. I had submitted specific room requests and, not only were they fulfilled, I was also provided extra care in terms of anticipated needs – i.e. an umbrella to use during my stay given the rain. Highly recommend!

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Nice hotel with a few minor problems. The air in our second floor room was stale with an off oder. We tried to open the window for some fresh air but it was screwed shut. Frustrating! Breakfast good but chairs very noisy--leg pads would help. Two of the shampoo/lotion dispensers were empty. We had to call for refills.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026While the hotel room was comfortable and clean, the outdoor pool was a most wonderful surprise. I venture to say it’s the best pool I’ve seen in a large national chain of this sort. If time permits, catch the Florida sun, relax, and splash around or do some laps. The breakfast buffet offered your average fare. Glad they had hardboiled eggs, however, plus the expected breads, bagels, etc. The oatmeal was much better than usual. Pet friendly. Shopping centers and restaurants adjacent to the property.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026The staff was outstanding. Mark, the rooftop bartender was absolutely terrific!! Front desk was always very friendly.
We were right off the elevator on St Patricks weekend so lots of loud people getting off and on. Eventually everyone goes to bed and you can sleep in.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026My experience at this hotel was terrific. Strong water pressure, clean towels every day, nice breakfast, nice pool area, nice area to take daily walks, easy access to I95 and area shopping. I had a quiet rest every night. Only negative was that it is outdated. New furnishings needed, new carpet needed.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Older hotel that we have stayed at before. The rooms are up to date but maybe need to update the aged elevators, just kind of a strike against a nice place. Breakfast was normal Hampton Inn style as was the pool area. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and a traffic light to get you safely across the street. Front desk staff was super pleasant and even remembered our names after two days! Can’t miss here
