Some of the staff didn't appear to be happy working there, particularly the guy from the kitchen at breakfast who seated the replacement milk container in its dispenser by punching it.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Posizione fantastica, direttamente sul porticciolo della graziosissima Honningsvåg, con parcheggio gratuito riservato agli ospiti; nella hall è possibile farsi gratuitamente il caffè.
C'è stato un equivoco al nostro arrivo e mancava il letto nella stanza per il nostro bambino; la ragazza all'accoglienza si è comunque prodigata per risolvere il problema procurandoci un letto aggiuntivo che abbiamo trasportato nella nostra camera. Peccato che il ristorante interno sia chiuso.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Alle 22.40 del giorno di arrivo con check in preventivato alle 23 mi chiamano per dire che LA CAMERA NON E' DISPONIBILE PER PROBLEMI TECNICI. Ci hanno dirottato in altra struttura più economica senza luce funzionante in camera. Tonnellate di scuse in entrambe le strutture con vacanza rovinata, e dire che avevano mandato la conferma oltre 2 mesi prima, grazie!

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Das Frühstück war top. Die Atmosphäre und die Größe des Frühstücksraum war spitze. Auch das Personal in der Küche war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren stets sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Lage des Hotels ist spitze. Sehr nahe zum Nordkap. Der Hafen ist gleich neben dran was ebenfalls schön war.
Das Personal am Empfang sollte etwas aufmerkasamer und hilfsbereiter sein. Das Bad war etwas zu klein. Aber uns hat es gereicht.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Wir hatten ein helles, schönes Zimmer. Da der Ort selbst nicht so groß ist, sind die Wege zu Restaurants, Hafen und Museum auch nicht weit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.
Den Preis kann ich mir nur damit erklären, dass es sehr weit im Norden liegt und dadurch aufwendiger zu bewirtschaften ist, bzw. die Konkurrenz fehlt. (Wir waren vor vielen Jahren in einem Scandic-Hotel in Bergen - das hatte eine ganz andere Strahlkraft:)

L’accueil pas du tout agréable, et un manque d’informations sur nos prestations. Un sourire et un accueil professionnel aurait été appréciés. Ceci surtout quand on ne maîtrise pas totalement une langue.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Erstklassiges Hotel – absolute Empfehlung!Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet und absolut sauber. Das Frühstück bot eine tolle Auswahl und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, um alles schnell zu erreichen. Besonders komfortabel ist der kostenlose hoteleigene Parkplatz, was heutzutage keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Small car park with generally poor surface. Need different languages for electric parking spots as people on Harley’s ignored the fact chargers were on the walls (so not idiot proof) and parked in front of them anyway. No food at hotel except for breakfast. Long walk to hotel doors with a lot of motorcycle luggage and no trolley which wouldn’t have coped with uneven surface anyway. Asked about dropping off at front door and was told no yet next morning people loaded their Tesla at front door without being challenged.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Sijainti oikein hyvä. Hotellilla oma ilmainen parkkipaikka ja ilmainen sähköauton latausmahdollisuus. Aamiainen oikein hyvä. Huoneessa siisti kokolattiamatto, joka oli mukava omalle jalalle ja koiran tassuille. Muutenkin huone oikein hyvä ja tilava. Koirasta erillisveloitus 200 NOK, joka oli Norjan hotellien kokemusten perusteella varsin edullinen.
Huoneessa ei ollut huonekohtaista ilmastointia. Palvelu olisi voinut olla hieman ystävällisempää.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Que todo funcionaba a la perfección el desayuno era perfecto , variado y con calidad , la limpieza muy eficaz , la recepción siempre muy atenta y profesional , tengo que destacar en la recepción a Estefani y agradecer sobre todo su interés en ayudar al cliente en todo para hacernos la estancia muy agradable y también valorar que hablara en español que siempre es un plus en un lugar tan alejado . Agradecer el detalle que tuvieron cuando llegué con el barco a las 06.00 de la mañana y me dieron la habitación ya preparada y no quisieron cobrarme suplemento a pesar de ofrecerme a pagar por entrar 9 horas antes , todo un detalle poco habitual por desgracia .
En mi opinión sería más cómodo si tuvieran una pequeña cafetería para poder comer cualquier cosa sencilla por las tardes sin tener que salir a la calle .

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Cudownie położony hotel z pięknym widokiem z każdej strony. Pokój wygodny, dobrze wyposażony, estetyczna łazienka. W holu dostępne bezpłatne napoje dla gości /woda, kawa, czekolada/. Rano serwowane jest bardzo smaczne śniadanie, duży wybór produktów. Wspaniały punkt wypadowy na Nordkapp. W odległości małego spaceru kilka restauracji. Parking przed budynkiem.
Dość wąskie łóżka, mimo że w opisie zamieszczono informację o jednym bardzo szerokim łóżku małżeńskim, prawda okazała się zupełnie inna. Były dwa połączone miejsca do spania z jednym materacem. Niektóre pokoje mają opcję łączenia i znajdują się między nimi drzwi, które niestety nie są dobrze wyciszone i jeśli obok są goście, słychać każdy dźwięk.
