Reviewed Aug 16, 2026L'ambiance locale et familiale. A 5 min du parc du café ! Magnifique finca convertie en hotel, ayant paraît-il, appartenu à Carlos Ledher... En tous cas, c'est très végétalisé ! Un coin de paradis et un personnel très sympa, toujours prêt à répondre aux demandes.
Un couple de jeunes clients un peu bruyant lors de la 2ème nuit (hors Booking) mais ça aurait pu être pire.

Si quieres un lugar más privado y menos lleno de gente, esta es una excelente opción. Recomiendo muchísimo las cabañas privadas, es una excelente relación precio/calidad. La zona húmeda es muy agradable, con jacuzzi y sauna, muy bacano. La comida del restaurante es rica y casera.
La habitaciones coloniales pueden mejorar. En comparación con las cabañas privadas, son muy antiguas a pesar del ser estilo colonial, podrían ser más acogedoras.

Me parece que por la tarifa que se paga por las cabañas el no tener acceso a las instalaciones de la zona húmeda con tranquilidad es un fallo. Solo prenden el jacuzzi por dos horas y es completamente lleno. Además están mezclados Adultos con menores de edad. El agua de la ducha pasa de caliente a frío cada tanto, y sin saber por qué? Después explicaron que a por compromiso ambiental.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026El Hotel Delirio Campestre cuenta con instalaciones agradables; sin embargo, la experiencia en la habitación asignada dejó mucho que desear. El costo pagado, cercano a $1.000.000 de pesos, resulta excesivo para una habitación tan básica. La cama es pequeña y el colchón sumamente incómodo, lo que afectó de manera significativa el descanso.
Además, la relación entre precio y calidad no corresponde a lo esperado: se trata de la habitación más sencilla del hotel, pero con un valor que no justifica las condiciones ofrecidas. No sé si esta situación se deba a la reserva realizada a través de Booking, pero la percepción general es de un servicio desproporcionado frente al costo.

Las habitaciones contiguas tienen una puerta que las comunica, esto evita que sean insonorizadas, escuchamos los ronquidos y todo tipo de sonidos de la habitación del lado toda la noche.

Perfecto para desconectarte de la rutina y la modernidad. La atención del personal fue maravillosa, nos trataron con respeto y siempre atentos a lo que necesitabamos. La comida del restaurante de muy buena calidad y la acomodación de las habitaciones excepcional. Se aprecia el horario de check out.

La iluminación de la habitación era muy pobre y habían pocas conexiones eléctricas funcionales. Recomendaría colocar mosquiteros en alguna de las ventanas.

Creo que la oferta de comida debe mejorar, no hay muchas opciones y lo que hay es muy sencillo (aunque rico). La carta de comida no corresponde al resto de servicios y oferta del hotel.

Las luces LED!!! Qué manera de arruinar un espacio precioso que tienen para él Jacuzzi con luces frías que parecen de estadio. Toda la calidez y relajo que se pudiera esperar de ese espacio afeado de manera absoluta!! Una lástima!

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024It is a beautiful property. Breakfast was good and traditional. The rooms are nice, beds are extremely confortable, and love the pillows. The bathrooms are a little bit old, it is time for a renovation wihtout losing the old stype vibes. Bring bug spray! Crazy mosquiitos. Finally, I love the decoration, you feel staying at a small local museum... lovely hotel- full of history!!!

Reviewed Aug 5, 2024Rooms in old farmhouse (front of the property) are very noisy cause too close to the main road. We moved to the new bungalows in the back and they are fantastic. Really nice, large and very comfortable. Hostess was really nice and helped us really well in discovering the area + arranged an excellent private driver. Restaurant at the hotel offers ltd choice and food is OK. You will probably like some more variation after a few days.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2023Beautiful house and decoration. Rooms are great and amenities are clean and ambience is great. Location is great for visiting Parque del Cafe and Panaca and roads to Salento and Filandia are in good shape. Staff is helpful, kind and cheerful. Food is great.
Breakfast could offer a bit more fruit (only a small portion) and though also not a big deal, dinner until 8PM is sometimes a bit tight (early) after a long day of tourist activities. But nothing really major to not like.

Reviewed Apr 5, 2023We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a couple of days. We were pleasantly surprised by its proximity to the Coffee Park and how relaxing the place was. The hotel staff, including Valentina and Luis, were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. One night, our little boy fell ill and they went out of their way to help us with bedding and other things. We were impressed by the comfort and design of our suite, as well as the cozy chilling area. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. We had a great time staying at this hotel, but we wanted to offer some suggestions to make it even better. The internet was a bit intermittent. We also wished there was a bar with more options, but the wine was delicious! It would have been lovely to have some ambient music in the evenings and more games for families to enjoy, but the cosy atmosphere more than made up for it. Despite these small suggestions, we still highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway. The staff were wonderful and always ready to assist us, and the comfortable suite and chilling area made us feel right at home. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

No loud music, good food and nice atmosphere. The staff left out marshmallows to roast on a small fire at night time, which I thought was such a nice touch! Lots of birds around the hotel and very close to visit parque del cafe.
