La habitacion arriba en la buhardilla muy amplia y pintoresca. La hemos solicitado porque llevamos un carro de bebe. Preciosa. Cama matrimonial muy comoda. No dispone de armario pero nos ha dado igual. El baño muy original y comodo. No dispone de nevera pero dispone de cafetera y botella de agua. Tv grande. La chica de recepcion muy amable y comprensiva. Pleno centro historico lleno de bares.

Por decir algo que no dispone de nevera ni de armario pero no nos ha importado. El bufet muy pequeñito que se habia agotado alguna bolleria

Estávamos a viajar de bicicleta e os funcionários tiveram a cortesia de nos deixar guardar as bicicletas no interior do hotel durante a noite.

Great location. Lovely room looking out over main street but still very quiet. Quirky double room full of character. Staff absolutely lovely, especially Rita on reception who couldn't do enough. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Parked about 5 mins walk away near the station, as recommended. 12 Euros for 24 hours.

Hotel reformado que mezcla rústico y moderno. Bonito y elegante. Muy limpio. Es pequeño así que te tratan genial. Ubicación perfecta con rápido acceso a pie a tren o bus. En casco histórico. Excelentes vistas. En zona de restaurantes y tiendas, zona prácticamente peatonal, con mucho ambiente pero tranquila y segura, no se oía nada en la habitación. Habitación amplia y con mucha luz, sobre todo natural, tenía 3 ventanas. Cama enorme, 1800 de ancho, y cómoda. Baño amplio y luminoso. Ducha cómoda y con buena presión y temperatura de agua y distintos chorros. efecto lluvia. Personal muy atento. sobre todo la joven rubia de recepción. hablan castellano sin problema. tenían nuestra habitación lista antes del check in, así que la dejamos nosotros un poco antes también y nos guardaron las maletas en consigna sin problema y sin coste. Desayuno bueno con muy buen café, zumo y fruta fresca. Recomendable 100%. De los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos alojado.

La almohada era muy fina. Casi como dormir sin ella. Tal vez debí preguntar si tenían otra. El único pero que le ví.

Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas y sin armario ni espacio para abrir la maleta.

Staff and management were friendly and very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great location. Clever design and contemporary style mix old and new to maximise available space. Breakfast was mixture of hot and cold food, great selection of juices and fruit. Attractions are within walking distance. Close to station and bus number 2, 90, 95 is just around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel.

La actitud. Hubo una incidencia en la reserva y la forma, ganas, actitud y disposición para resolverlo era pensando en un cliente de paso que no va a volver, así que, cero interés. Fue muy desagradable y desde ahí, el resto de la experiencia no pudo mejorar.

La posizione è imbattibile

Lo staff è poco disponibile e poco cordiale. Ad un certo orario chiudono le porte principali ed è necessario entrare da una porta secondaria che tuttavia non permette di prendere l’ascensore dal piano 0. Bisogna salire al piano 1 per poterlo intercettare. La colazione è assolutamente insufficiente e la stanza molto piccola, senza armadi o spazi per disporre i bagagli.

El baño estaba Pegado a la cama y la separación era una puerta corredera que te podías quedar encerrada dentro si no tenías cuidado. Además la puerta corredera no ofrecía intimidad en olores ni sonidos. Para tener intimidad en la planta -1 hay 3 baños

O hotel excedeu as nossas expectativas, é excelente e os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. O pequeno almoço é ótimo. Na próxima ida a Braga, certamente ficarei no Collection House.

Não tenho nada de negativo a apontar, o atendimento foi impecável, as acomodações eram excelentes.

Small room but nice for one night

Una auténtica joya de hotel junto a la Porta Nova de Braga. Sin lugar a dudas, un establecimiento muy por encima de las calificaciones que posee, pues reune todo lo que un viajero desea y además con un estilo, confort y trato exquisitos.

Perfekte Lage am Eingang der Altstadt. Sauberes freundliches Hotel. Tiefgarage (öffentlich, jedoch mit Hotelbonus) ca. 800 m entfernt ( billig). Gutes Frühstück. Ideales Hotel, um Braga kennen zulernen. Immer wieder!

Alles war in Ordnung

Hotel que nos faz sentir em casa, com funcionários muito cuidadosos e disponíveis. A localização é ótima para conhecer a zona histórica a pé. Pequeno almoço muito completo e variado. O diretor do hotel também é muito atento aos hóspedes, apresentando a cidade de forma a fazer-nos querer voltar.

En los filtros de Booking sale que tiene parking y NO LO TIENE. Te envían a uno que está a varios metros, carísimo y que no acepta tarjeta. En los filtros aparece que si y lleva a confusión. Hubiese elegido otros de alrededor sin parking si llego a saberlo

1. Lack of 24 hour reception. As I see it, this is not a hotel. It is a pension. 2. No parking available. They could just recommend places to have a look for parking, but nothing is granted. This is the main reason, I will never return here. 3. No vegetables for breakfast. I bought some tomatoes in a nearby shop. 4. Everything is very low here. I do understand, that this is a historical building and people used to be smaller. But I am over 190 cm and I simply don't like it.

Great location and strong airconditionng in a heatwave. The bed was also super comfortable.

Just 2 things, I was surprised there was no fridge in the room. Also in the attic room, the back casing headboard on the bed was wood - this needs cushioning - could cause injury!

La posizione in centro con parcheggi pubblici (a pagamento moderato) nei dintorni. Il letto comodo. La pulizia.

La receptionist sembrava scocciata della nostra presenza fin dall'arrivo, anche se eravamo padre e figlia loquaci e non un gruppo di ubriachi ancor prima della festa. Mai un sorriso, un "benvenuti". Ha spiegato le regole dell'hotel al pari (immagino, non essendoci mai stato) di come si presentano le regole di un carcere. Anche il resto dello staff non è sembrato affatto cortese: se non davamo noi il "bom dia" non so se lo avremmo mai ricevuto. Vista la scortesia, non abbiamo mangiato in hotel e non posso giudicare. Altra nota dolente: eravamo nella stanza all'ultimo piano ed ho sbattuto la testa (sono alto 170 cm e dunque non sono di certo una torre) contro il tetto spiovente sopra il WC: non comodissimo.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Es ist sehr schön renoviert und sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbüffet reichhaltig. Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen.

Ein Hotel am Eingang zur Altstadt, zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und Busbahnhof zu erreichen. Das Altstadthaus wurde komplett renoviert und innen architektonisch interessant neu gestaltet. Modernes Flair, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bus zu Bom Jesus praktisch vor der Haustüre. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal gibt zu allen Fragen gerne Auskunft.

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und eng. Trotzdem die Einrichtung gut geplant wurde, ist kaum Platz, den Koffer abzustellen. Offene Kleiderablage.

O pequeno almoço é bom. Tem variedade de fruta fresca, boa relação de pão. Têm atenção para com os clientes intolerantes ao glúten e à lactose, com produtos disponíveis. Recomendo!

The hotel's location is superb, right in the centre but not too noisy. We had to leave the hotel early on our departure and Elaine on reception made up a breakfast pack to take with us, and all with a cheery smile.

Location inside the old Braga walls on the main walking thoroughfare made it fun. Easy walk to the train station (about 600m). Only 150m to the Sé which is a must-see (head out the back entrance). Front desk people were very helpful for finding tours. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Heritage building meant our room was small but very unique.

Bathroom sliding door needs to be raised a bit as the floor is heaving.

The location, in the old town is perfect. Very easy to get to train and bus stations. The staff were also very helpful.

The bathroom was very odd, with a glass door to the shower. Even as a married couple, we found that less than ideal for privacy.

Ideally located, very clean with good linens, very pleasant and friendly staff. Old and beautiful building looking out to Arco.

We highly recommend this gorgeous boutique hotel. The food was fabulous but the best part was the wonderful staff. The level of personalised hospitality made for a fantastic experience and something that regrettably is so rare these days. Highly recommended and will go back whenever we get the opportunity.

Fantastic location. Room overlooked a nice square in the heart of the old town. Good breakfast. Comfortable room with a nice big bed and walk in shower. Very helpful staff.

Small Hotel with 18 rooms in an Old Town central position. We had a great friendly arrival at reception. Our room was clean and on the small to medium size . No tea/coffe making facilities.Fantastic shower and a very comfortable large bed. We had a small narrow balcony which was too narrow to sit on but had a great view of the Old Town gateway arch. Breakfast was very good with : On the hot plate : sausage,scrambled egg and bacon. There was also a selection of meats,Selection of cheeses but no salad. Various Cereals,Selection of fruits (4) including melon,Yogurts ,Jams/Honey,Biscuits,Croissants,pasties, various bread and buns ... Tea/Coffee and various fresh juices etc The Hotel manager,Joseph,was brilliant,very helpfull,friendly and funny,thank you (especially for your tour) All the staff were superb and our cleaner was very thorough. Would we stay again - definately. Thank you ALL

Uma unidade de Alojamento Local instalada num edifício que foi objeto de uma reabilitação urbana muito bem conseguida e onde são visíveis os traços da arquitetura original. A localização é fantástica e permite explorar o centro histórico da cidade mesmo quando a viagem é de trabalho e se tem muito pouco tempo disponível.

Lo que más me gustó sin duda fue la ubicación del hotel además de que la decoración era bastante buena y acogedora, también estuvo bastante bien el desayuno, además tenian opción para gente free gluten.

Lo que menos me gustó sin duda ha sido: se escuchaba TODO de habitación a habitación, escuchábamos desde como se secaban el pelo hasta cuando le llegaba un mensaje al teléfono a la habitación de al lado, tampoco había mucho espacio en la tele y una cosa a tener en cuenta, y no menos importante, y más si por ejemplo vas de paso por la ciudad y lo que quieres es descansar en el hotel, es que no tenían acceso a plataformas como por ejemplo Netflix.

It was not ideal to have all staff gone most of Christmas Eve and all Christmas Day but I understand it was the holidays.

The hotel was great in a perfect spot. The staff was kind and the accommodations were really nice. We ate dinner there one evening and we're very pleasantly surprised. Breakfast was good as well.

We stayed on the top floor and the room was just a little dark for our tastes. For others it would have been perfect I'm sure, but space felt a little tight for us.

Good central location, clean and well serviced, the rooms are compact but work fine for a short stay. The Manager on arrival not very welcoming or friendly but efficient! All the staff at Breakfast which was excellent, were very welcoming and helpful, especially Sandra. There is a dedicated parking space for loading near the hotel and directions given for underground parking with Hotel voucher which we found very useful.

Can be noisy late into the evening due to the restaurants outside, but good double glazing helps.

Room is small and have to live out of a suitcase. Only thing that spoiled our stay was late night noise from adjacent rooms.

My mom and I stayed two nights and had adjoining rooms. We arrived in advance of check-in and they stored our luggage. When we returned, we were delighted to find our luggage had been placed in our rooms. We had an early start one morning and they left us coffee and tea in the reception area. Rooms are very well insulated. Air conditioning is effective. Shower was great. The hotel is in a very central location and the staff are attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
