Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Accoglienza molto buona da parte dell'oste. Camera e bagno spaziosi. Si tratta di una casa rural, ovvero (secondo quanto spiegatoci dal proprietario), una casa che ha mantenute intatte tutte le sue caratteristiche architettoniche e di arredamento tipiche del periodo storica durante il quale è stata edificata. Ha un giardino esterno con piscina, molto piacevole e grazioso. Colazione eccezionale: espressa, fresca, varia, home-made, dolce e salata.
La presenza di cani grandi, che per intenderci non danno alcun fastidio essendo tranquilli, dolcissimi e abituati alla presenza di persone. Non danno fastidio e non si avvicinano. L'unico dettaglio e che permane nella casa (nel salone di ingresso) un leggero odore di animali che personalmente non abbiamo gradito particolarmente. Comunque, nonostante la presenza dei cani, gli ambienti comuni erano puliti, ci tengo a dirlo.

Blisko stacja kolejowa ale nie budziły nas pociągi. Miejsce parkingowe przy domu. Wszystko idealne!!! Szczeniak skradł nasze serca!!!!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Der Pool und die Gartenanlage. Wunderschön. Genug Liegen, eine Oase der Ruhe. Oliver ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Ich hatte nach Zugverbindungen nach El Chorro gefragt und sofort lag der Zettel mit den Infos auf dem Handtuch für den Pool. Ich hatte nicht genug Handtücher mit, und ohne extra Berechnung wurde mir ein Handtuch für den Pool zur Verfügung gestellt. Zur Begrüssung standen 2 Flaschen stilles Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Da ich persönlich morgens nicht frühstücke fand ich es sehr entgegenkommend, dass ich mir für meine Wanderung ein Sandwich mitnehmen konnte.
Die Vorhänge liessen sich nur schwer öffnen. Es ist ein sehr hoher Raum und die Vorhänge liessen sich durch die Höhe schwer öffnen daher gab es wenig Tageslicht.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Zunächst einmal möchten wir die herzliche (belgische) Gastfreundschaft (in Andalusien!) besonders hervorheben. Unser Gastgeber Olivier war freundlich, hilfsbereit und zauberte jeden Morgen ein unsagbsr schönes und opulentes Frühstück, das wir zu alledem in dem wunderbaren Garten genießen durften. Das Gebäudeselbst ist ebenfalls eine Besonderheit und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet.
Es gab nichts, was hätte besser sein können.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026What a find! Olivier and Franek are the nicest hosts and I was very happy with my stay. The pool is absolutely perfect after a day out exploring in the summer heat. The rooms are fairly basic, pretty much as I expected for a B & B, but the bathroom was spacious and completely modernized, wonderful shower. The breakfast offerings are extensive and delicious. I highly recommend this little gem!

Reviewed May 20, 2026El Cielo Azul var en helt fantastisk perle , en lille tidslomme hvor der var en dejlig autentisk atmosfære. Et skøn værelse med mange fine detaljer og en have hvor roen bare kunne indfinde sig. Man kunne dog en gang i timen hører toget bag den høje mur, men lod man tankerne flyve kunne det omsættes til forstilling fra et gammelt romantisk godstog. Alle 10 * anbefales herfra. Jeg kunne godt været blevet der i flere dage. Dejlig beværtning og skønt med få gæster.

Reviewed May 20, 2026El Cielo Azul ligt op een uitstekende locatie om de omgeving te verkennen. Je kunt vanaf Malaga met de trein in 40 min.naar Alora, de B& B ligt naast het station. Je kunt hier vandaan ook met de trein naar het station van Caminito del Rey. We werden ontvangen door een vriendelijke eigenaar, je voelt je er snel thuis. De B&B heeft een ruime besloten tuin met zwembad, een aantal zitjes en ligstoelen. We kregen een ruime kamer, met een zeer comfortabel bed, een ruime badkamer met regendouche. Ontbijt: Ruim voldoende keuze, kaas,vlees,yoghurt, diverse eigen gemaakte jam, toast, vers stokbrood, vers gebakken pannenkoeken.

Frühstück einfach nur genial und das Abendessen hätte nicht besser sein können. Waren leider nur für 2 Nächte dort. Und der liebevoll gestaltete Garten nur toll. Gastgeber immer sehr aufmerksam aber absolut nicht aufdringlich. Einfach perfekt.

Die Matratzen sind etwas durchgelegen und ich hatte leider kein warmes Wasser zum duschen.

También quiero destacar un trato muy especial y cuidado del anfitrión y sobre todo por parte de Chan que es súper cariñosa 🐶 Está bastante apartado del centro de Álora pero en una zona muy tranquila y que en nuestro caso nos venía muy bien por tener familia a tres minutos caminando. Estuvimos genial

Et fint hus, men slidt. Billederne et godt taget. Men det væreste var, at booking.com opkrævede 110 euro for opholdet, havde jeg booket gennem hotellet, havde det kostet mig 80 euro. Skam jer Bookin.com!

The breakfast included a lot of local produce and the hotel had a nice selection of evening meals and drinks. The owner was wonderful and made our stay special. He was very pleasant, interesting to talk to and helpful. There was a good train service into Malaga and a small minibus from the station which went up into the lovely town of Alora. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Das Haus ist schon alt, was man ihm auch ansieht. Im Zimmer gab es nur einen recht unbequemen Stuhl. Die Dusche brauchte einen ewig langen Vorlauf, bis sie endlich warm wurde. Parkmöglichkeiten nur im öffentlichen Raum etwa 200 m entfernt.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025Great location for the train station and bars and around this area. Interesting old building with lots of character. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was lovely with the tastiest fried egg. We would defiantly recommend this place.
If I had to say anything negative then it would be that no cooked breakfast. I like a fully cooked breakfast when I'm away but what was served was lovely. So not really a negative !!!

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025El desayuno justo, pero completo, tipo catering, ademas nos ofrecían hacernos cosas extra como huevos, crepes, zumos naturales, etc. Todo rico y ningún problema, nada que objetar. El anfitrión fue encantador en todo momento ofreciéndonos todas las facilidades, llegamos al alojamiento mas tarde de lo previsto (casi de madrugada) y nos recibió sin ningún problema. La casa y habitaciones son muy bonitas y amplias, con techos altos y todo limpio. Pese a estar en frente de la estación de tren no hubo ningún ruido molesto. La ubicación es buena y se llega bien, ademas cuenta con un pequeño parking para clientes, que se agradece por que las calles son estrechas sin mucho lugar donde dejar el coche.

Reviewed Nov 26, 2025Zabytkowy budynek, dobre śniadanie, przyjazny personel, jak na nocleg przy samym dworcu było cicho, ktoś się postarał żeby w tak nie oczywistym miejscu zrobić przyjemny ogród z leżakami a nawet basen nie korzystaliśmy w listopadzie ale wyobrażam sobie że w upalne dni to może być dodatkowy atut, miejsc jest na uboczu centrum ale jak masz samochód to nie problem mają też parking.
Widok z okna na dworzec, wymagał cały czas zasłoniętych okien ale to nie problem kiedy byliśmy tylko na jedną noc

Location . Handy for the railway station and ample parking, but a very steep walk into the urban centre. A taxi or bus ride needed for less mobile people.
