Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira by IHG

Helpful staff Good breakfast

Slight confusion with airport pickup Whether breakfast is included in the room which i booked on booking.com

Mr. Malak , very nice and hospitable. Went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable. For his services we plan to go again there in 3 weeks and use the same place

Parking

The meal was exceptional.

The cleanliness was not up to standard on the first room that was provided. Carpet was not clean. TV was an old tv. After informing the reception, they moved me to a cleaner, newly renovated room

nice pillows

I booked for 1 night ,when i arrived to the hotel there is no valet parking you have to park your car ok its fine .. entering the parking there is no security for the entrance you have to contact the security to open the gate after explaing why you want to enter after parking there is no elevator to the ground floor you have to carry your luggage and walk up the stairs after that 1 more escalator for the lobby (its not in the ground floor) the hotel was empty they gave me the last room in the floor imaging passing 20 empty rooms the room was dirty and smells very bad and it has flys ,the ac is not the good at night the room got warm, they trired to fix the ac but its the end of it ,they suggested to transfer room but it was more worse and dirty and the bathroom very dirty and smells bad ,there is ants , the water in the bathroom is yellow its definitely the worst hotel i stayed in for 1 night in dubai

Serene environment inside the hotel.

The reception and corridor area was very hot. My guest and I felt so hot that we had to cut short our discussion.

Location

There are ongoing renovation works in the building, and the AC is not functioning properly. We had to sleep overnight in extremely hot conditions, almost like being inside an oven. Additionally, dust has accumulated everywhere due to the renovation works, and there has been no proper cleaning. The current conditions are very uncomfortable and not suitable for staying.

Bathroom

Bed and the room is hot. The aircondition is not working

Very bad not clean bad small

Poor ambiance

The bed has a lot of bed ash seems it was stuck for long time, the floor esp. the bottom of each chair, table, bed is not properly clean seems the staff on clean on visible area

Very neet and clean

Nice place silent clean

No have balcony

Spacious lobby

I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned or well maintained, and the bathroom fittings were old and in need of replacement. Despite staying on a non-smoking floor, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. So, I had to ask for a room change. The furniture looked very old and worn out, giving the room a dated appearance. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming or helpful when assistance was needed. Another major inconvenience was the lack of elevator access from the car park to the lobby, which meant guests had to carry their luggage up themselves. So, make sure you drop your luggage off at the ground level main entrance to avoid any inconvenience. The checkout experience was equally disappointing. The bell desk staff showed no interest in assisting with luggage and seemed completely indifferent. Overall, the hotel falls short in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. I hope the management and the owners will look into these issues and make necessary decisions. Thank you!

Everything

Nothing

The rooms were clean and the staff were amazing very helpful when we switched rooms etc for better views. They have a nice night club as well belly dancing

Nothing really.

Room, breakfast buffet, sauna!

Swimming pool is packed with people who were training for swimming, and you had to approach multiple staff just to have the sauna access.

Everything is amazing.

Nothing. Highly recommended place. Everything is nearby. Friendly staff.

Desk in the room

Washroom Maintenance

The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are very spacious and clean.

Some items were missing from the washroom, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste (Colgate), and slippers.
