La propreté de la chambre, il y a avait deux lits simples, le premier que j'ai ouvert, il y avait un gros poil noir dans le lit, dans le deuxième c'était OK. Le tapis dans la salle de bain, ne doit jamais être soulevé car il y avait pleins de crasse dessous.... J'ai payé la chambre avec petit dej inclus, le matin je descends au petit dej, je croise une femme de ménage qui me dit qu il n y a pas de petit dej à cause du ramadan. Heureusement elle m a quand même donné un café et un jus en brique. Mais je trouve abusé qu à l accueil on ne m ait rien dit !!! Donc j'ai payé un petit dej pour rien !!! L oreiller était trop dur

Good room, a bit old, but comfortable and clean, and quiet at night. The location is not far from the train station and 7n walking distance to the centre. A tram stop is right next to the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was quite simple, just a croissant and pain au chocolat and coffee. As everywhere in Algeria, a good breakfast with eggs, ham, cheese, cucumbers, fruits etc. is missing...

The property was impeccably maintained, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the cleanliness, comfort, amenities, etc.. It was a truly pleasant experience.

There was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfectly managed, and my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Location is good

Its too noisy. 10 to 15 boys are standing right under the hotel. Shouting and joking around. Its very noisy. Noisy means noisy.

Not safe street during night ambience

The hotel is good for the money the room costs. The staff is very kind and helpful. Everyone also speaks English. They changed my room immediately because I needed stronger Wi-Fi. On the last night, because I had to cancel my reservation unexpectedly, they agreed not to keep the money while they were entitled to it.

The hotel rooms need some renovation and the smell coming from the bathroom isn’t always good.

Proximity to the tram station.

I was told by a few locals in Oran to take care of pickpocketers and thieves around the area. But the staff never mentioned this to me. I was extra vigilant after my friends told me so, but I never faced any problems during my stay. I also noticed that the main door was always locked. The location is close to a tram station which is convenient for you to get around but I felt the service is just okay. Breakfast is okay. And I felt the hotel is a bit pricy for the quality of service and stay provided. You can easily walk in and book and you'd probably get a cheaper rate. It's an old property.

Very friendly receptionist (late night/early morning). Close to centre and train station. Nice firm mattress.

The room wasn't cleaned during the day, I don't know if this is normal in Algeria or not.

TV no fonctionne ! No hot water to take shower

the room was very clean and staff were great

it was vey noisy. the front. door has a bell which people rang all night and this was very noisy. as it is in the old town there was a lot of yelling and people shouting during the night.
