Encontré en el Hotel Santa Clara eso, aunado a la tranquilidad, seguridad y un excepcional restaurante gourmet atendido directamente por los propietarios del Hotel. El precio fue muy bueno comparado con el servicio. Sin duda regresaré pero ya no será de trabajo. La habitación que me fue asignada contaba con una terraza al exterior y al iniciar la noche corría una maravillosa brisa del más que lo hacia un espacio mágico. El personal de recepción al igual que el bellboy muy atentos y serviciales.

The reception ladies in the morning & night time were wonderful & explained everything to us like the parking spaces available (limited) & the restaurant that is partnered with the hotel. Which the hotel food was also delicious!

Our room was right in front of the front desk and the street so it was noisy sometimes and limited parking space.

Facilities were bad. This should be blamed on the owners: 1. Room full of ants. We have pictures & videos. My family & I were bitten all over. Discovered after we laid down on the beds. Changed to another room. Better. 2. No water in the rooms in the morning. We just left this hotel. Both are major service quality problems. Owners should invest in pest control to fumigate on a routine basis. Water is a major issue for hospitality. Should invest in more tanks & pumps, etc. or upgrade with safe guards to alert management & owners of falling water levels. This should never happen if there are sufficient redundancies & alerts. Lastly, my wife noted that there was no swimming pool though the images included a swimming pool. Very bad to show a facility you don't have. What if we wanted to swim? We should have selected another hotel. This tantamount to cheating. Hope the above helps the owners to learn to provide better and match what they offered on Booking.com website & elsewhere. They will pay a price in the future. I am sure their bookings will be hurt with my review.

Reviewed Sep 25, 2024The rooms they offer you are not the same as in the photos, super small rooms and bathrooms in poor condition, parking on the street (there is no security at night) and the worst thing is that they say that breakfast is included and when you arrive The property tells you no, Don't even think about going to have breakfast at the place that supports the hotel, The most expensive breakfast you will pay in the dominican republic, they charged us for 4 basic breakfasts (1 egg, a little mangu, a wheel of salami and 1 coffee) RD$2,400, I do not recommend the place, I would not return.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2024The hotel is only good for one night. When we got there the owner (I guess) he don't even knew that we have a reservation after I show him then he said OK. When I book the hotel it said free breakfast but that is not truths. They don't have nobody in the receptionist to ask any question. They don't even have any water or coffee in the little lobby. They have a small refrigerator in the room but is full of their stuff that you have to pay for them, so you can not buy anything at the store to put it in the refrigerator.

The bathrooms did not have doors, no privacy. I took my 20 year old son and my 10 year old daughter and I would have to ask my son to leve the room while his sister was using the bathroom. The first use of the toilet was disastrous because it overflowed water.
