入住在一樓大廳自行輸入資料，要注意同行成員的護照都要登入資料，一樓有廁所，設備齊全完善。一樓有全家，採買零食點心很方便，住的地方，餐具,廚具,洗衣精等洗劑齊全。寬敞舒適，對面在施工所以不用特別期待海景，但不影響入住體驗。一樓旅館後方停車場，車位停8人座也沒有問題

Die Lage ist eigentlich sehr schön mit Meerblick.

Direkt vor dem Haus mit Meerblick befindet sich eine riesige Baustelle, deren Arbeitet und stets pünktlich um 7 Uhr mit Baulärm weckten. Ein Unding, dass das vom Vermieter verschwiegen wird. Das hätten wir so nicht gemietet. Des Weiteren hat das Bad des Badezimmers nach Kloake gerochen, so dass diese Tür stets geschlossen bleiben musste, um überhaupt das SZ nutzen zu können und wir mussten uns alle das andere Bad teilen. Die Mitarbeiter kamen zwei Mal, um den Geruch zu beseitigen, waren sehr bemüht, aber bekamen es nicht weg. Es kommt von den alten Rohren und nicht wie behauptet vom vorherigen Taifun. Sowohl auf die Bitte das Appartement wechseln zu können oder wenigstens den Preis zu reduzieren, wurde nicht drauf eingegangen. Das war auf unserer dreiwöchigen Reise das erste und einzige Mal, dass wir extrem enttäuscht wurden von den eigentlich zuvorkommenden Japanern. Wir können das Haus auf keinen Fall empfehlen!

Room service was poor, hide the dirty towel. Clothes dry machine was not running well, no one come to fix it during our stay.

Wir haben direkt auf eine sehr sehr laute Baustelle geschaut. Es war unmöglich draußen auf dem Balkon zu sitzen. Von der Baustelle wurden wir nicht informiert . 3 große Kräne stehen vor der Aussicht . Die Anfrage eines preislichen Entgegenkommens wurde direkt abgeblockt . Die Lage ist direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Strasse . Wir wollten eig. Ruhe und die hatten wir leider gar nicht . Leider kann ich keine Videos hochladen , da kann man den Krach sehr gut hören Ausstattung : schlecht , alles fehlte . Kein Besteck , keine Töpfe ....

和照片完全不符，门口有施工工地，塔吊直接完美挡住窗户，根本看不到海景

コンビニが1Fにあり、駐車場もあり、部屋が大きくシャワールームと浴室があるので大人数での宿泊に最適でした。

ソファーが6人だと狭いのであと二人掛けのソファーがあればみんなでテレビを見れた。

超商在樓下很方便，附近就有商場可以吃東西，房間整體乾淨整潔舒適，有洗衣機烘衣機和停車場，離水族館也很近，底樓層都能看到海，兩間衛浴很方便，下次來還會考慮入住

沒什麼問題，要提就是們能裝個門擋，拉行李會方便很多

位置十分好到達，整體空間很大，我們三代同堂可以共享公共空間一起享用超市帶回的東西。長輩可以擁有自己的套房休息、沐浴。隔音良好，可惜沒有多住幾日。

拖鞋不好穿，沒有較大的碗可以裝湯和泡麵，榻榻米這間的冷氣有漏水的現象。

Great view though during my time there, some ongoing construction in front of the property robbed us of a magnificent unblocked view of the ocean. However, it was still a great sight to behold the ocean and the sunset was still really good.

Not any I can think of. Maybe the check-in process, which was a bit tedious for my slightly larger group of five. But this is really me just trying to think of any area for improvement.

The room is very spacious with a pleasant sea view (although there is also construction site visible at the moment). It includes one separate bedroom (without a window, but with good ventilation) and a second bedroom located in the main living area together with the lounge and kitchen space. We stayed without a car, and the location was still very convenient. There is a Family Mart right in the same building, and a bus stop just nearby. A good supermarket in Motobu (a couple of stops closer to the city center) is also easy to reach. There are several cafes within walking distance as well. It is also possible to walk to the Ocean Expo Park and Emerald Beach (around 40 minutes at a relaxed pace), or take a taxi via (DiDi or GO) since we were travelling as family of 4, it was sometimes even cheaper than taking the bus for short distances. But anyway to tell the truth I think this location is not worth to visit without car rental. It is really tough to get anywhere beside mentioned above locations.

The ventilation system is designed a bit strange. It creates noticeable knocking noises which become stronger when the balcony door is open. At the same time the cooker hood is very strong and makes it difficult to hear the noise from that side. There are also some issues with the water temperature: once the shower water gets hot, it becomes quite difficult to cool it down again. However these are relatively minor points, and overall the positives definitely outweigh them.

Loklaita skvělá, kousek od parku akvária. Výhled na západ slunce. Lehce nás obtěžovala stavba hotelu přes ulici. Ten ostatně veme výhled na západ slunce.

美ら海水族館から近く、徒歩圏内にはマルシェ、一階はコンビニと、とても便利な立地でした。 三世代6人での宿泊だったので、トイレが2箇所、お風呂とシャワールームがあったのもすごく助かりました。 洗濯機・乾燥機もあり、毎日大量の洗濯物が出る我が家にとっては有り難かったです。 なお、鍵はナンバーロック式なので、鍵を持ち歩く必要はなく便利でした。 管理者からの返信も比較的スムーズで、端的なやり取りができました。

4泊5日で予約しましたが、お風呂やトイレの掃除道具がなく困りました。 清掃が入らないことは分かっていましたが、まさかの洗剤等が用意されておらず…。 問い合わせたら『必要ならコンビニかスーパーで購入してください』との返信がありました。 さすがにお風呂洗剤までは用意していなかったので、わざわざ購入し、置いて帰りました。 キッチン用品も一通り揃っているとは言い難く、子連れで自炊する予定の方は結構厳しいと思います。 なお、ベッドルームが3部屋とありますが、一室は完全個室(ここにトイレとシャワールームあり)、他はリビングにベッド2台、リビングに隣接した和室に布団がありました。 ただ、リビングと和室を仕切るものは一切ないので、子供たちを布団で寝かせたあと、リビングの電気を点けたりすることもできず、ちょっと困りました。 あとはベランダもしくは室内に物干しラック等があれば尚良かったと感じます。

広々としていて快適に過ごせました。シャワーが2つあって良かった。

上の階の人が遅くまで走り回ってうるさかった。

お部屋も広く清潔で子供たちも私たち夫婦も大満足です。

とくに問題にはなりませんが、無人のチェックインが初めてだったので、戸惑いました。

Easy online check-in at the reception. Clear efficient communications from the host. Fabulous balcony and views. Bathroom and ensuite facilities were excellent. Extremely clean and modern. Great location for shops, restaurants, and long garden walks in the Ocean Expo (you can walk to the aquarium as well).

Building works are taking place over the road, and we had a large crane in our view. Whilst we would have preferred it not to be there, it in no way spoiled our enjoyment. We did not experience significant noise from the site, and to be honest the wind was noisier.

コンビニが1階にあるので、何かと便利でした。 美ら海水族館に行く予定での宿泊だったのですが、立地がめちゃくちゃ良かったです。 2階だったので、ロケーションはそこまで最高！という感じではなかったですが、海は見えました。 トイレやバスルームが2カ所あったので3世帯滞在には助かりました。 お部屋は広くて、快適でした！

階上の人？の足音がすごかったです。 独立した寝室の方は大丈夫だったようですが、リビングのほうは結構響きました。 22時付近で静かになってくれたのですが、あのあとも続くようだったら、音に敏感な人は寝れないかもなーと思いました。

대가족이 머물기 매우 좋습니다. 저희는 성인 5명 아이3명이 함께 지냈는데 더할나위 없이 좋았습니다. 위치도 츄라우미랑 매우가깝습니다. 주변에 맛집도 있어 모든 면에서 훌륭했습니다.

체크인이 다소 어렵습니다. 분명 메일내용처럼 모든 인원의 여권정보를 입력했지만 또 현장에서 입력이 필요했습니다. 그럴려면 왜 사전 입력을 원했는지 모르겠습니다.

Great location, very near churaumi aquarium .. just less than 5 minutes drive away. Family Mart is just downstairs so that was the highlight. Space was great for a family of 6 + 1 baby. Overall, good stay.

It would be good if the tatami area has the option of being enclosed so that whoever sleeping in there has some privacy vs those sleeping in the living room. The separate bedroom was great as well. I informed the management team that I intend to have 2 people sleep on tatami, and I would like 1 extra tatami to put it in the bedroom for my baby (as they don't offer cribs). The management forgotten to provide me with the extra tatami for my baby... my baby had to sleep on the bed instead, without any guard rails.. so that was dangerous.

Ocean view from the balcony was beautiful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Japanese mattress area was suitable for family with baby/toddler. My baby can use the area for crawling and sleep without having to worry she will fall off the bed. There is a family mart downstair which is very convenient. Very short drive to the aquarium. Check-in was easy with remote VDO call to staff.
