Crowne Plaza Nanning City Center by IHG

Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of options and their coffee was great too. The rooms are very clean and nice. Location is close to many food and shopping places.

Nothing

It deserves its high 9+ rating (clean, comprehensive amenities, good-sized gym, delicious food, good location, etc) but I have to give my stay a 7 only because it was not clear when I made reservations for three and to include breakfast that the breakfast would only cover two people.

Room was slightly small

Breakfast spread was wonderful. Staff service are excellent.

Very comfortable hotel, great buffet breakfast, clean, good helpful staff. Location close to metro, shopping malls and many dining options. Good sized room, quiet, comfortable beds, clean. Highly recommend.

All good

酒店泳池很不错

Nothing

Great place! Very clean and comfortable. Grace and Lucy were very accommodating.

The whole building looks very fancy , a giant decorated Christmas tree , and the reception they showed warm and gently , and they also prepare the tooth brush for children , thanks reception Echo for your gift Bear , it bring us a fantastic day .

Everything is good

Unlike the previous visit, this time we were met with a very pleasant receptionist named Bonnie upon checking in. She was so pleasant and helpful. The next day upon checking out, a sweet receptionist who go by the name of Krystal served us. She was so gentle and her explanation was clear. Thanks to both of them albeit a night stay, our stay was a memorable one. Last but not least, Zakary helped us to book the taxi and whilst waiting for the taxi, he ‘entertained’ us. Helpful and cheerful guy.

No bidet in the toilet

酒店位置便利，周围就是商圈，去哪都很方便，前台小蔡服务很好

Nice staff. Yumi was very nice, friendly and helpful at check-in.

This is the best hotel in Nanning, rooms are good, breakfast is great, and the views of the park are lovely. Its also right next to the metro which means its a 1 minute walk, and a straight line to the main train station if you are coming in that way. It's my third time staying here, and second time getting very good service from Kristal at the front desk who took care of everything and made it an easy check-in/out. Highly recommended, will be back again.

Right next to the subway, super convenient!

Clean. Had an exceptional stay and very pleased with service staff Ms Grace Wu

Vi hadde booket tremannsrom via booking.com men det hadde blitt lagt inn som tomannsrom, dette fikset hotellet opp i selvom det ikke var deres feil. Vi fikk et familierom og de sørget for at alle fikk frokost, veldig bra!

The room is clean and well-kept. Location of hotel is close to shopping mall, restaurant and night life.

There isn't a hair dryer.

Good location with metro station out front and in a nice area with plenty of facilities nearby

Costs for laundry is excessive

Fantastic location just walking distance to malls, restaurants, spas etc. Housekeeping was great! Breakfast included had good variety and exceeded expectations. Room is very spacious and bathroom was fabulous.

Needed to wait a bit for elevators at times as there were only 4 serving guest floors and restaurants.

Nice staff ! Good service

Beautiful hotel in a nice location. great room! Great bar and lounge.

Right above underground station; new property; full breakfast with a lot of choices; large room size; nice indoor pool and gym.

Crowne Plaza is a pretty new hotel. It was clean, modern and service was excellent. A special mention to Jojo who took great care of us during our stay in Nanning. He helped us with our luggage and arrange all our rides to the train station and airport. Location is in a prime area, walking distance to MixC mall. The room was clean and comfy. Recommended if in Nanning.
