Santa Fe Beach Club

The place is very aesthetic, very quiet and clean, but lacks initiative in terms of cleaning the room, refilling of bottled water, tissues and towels. And also, the shower is running so slow. But above all, kudos to the staff. They're very friendly and accommodating.

The meals I had tasted very good although some of the meat had a little too much fat. The room was big and the cooling and water pressure were good.

The coffee was subpar. The best they had was a pour over and it was too sour. Also the wifi did not reach into the room so you had to go to the common areas just to use it.

The staff were so nice and very helpful when it came to answering my questions! The location is amazing and the area is beautiful! Not to mention the food was delicious too. Would absolutely recommend

Cute resort with amazing personnel. Food was good and shakes better than the one you find in town. We came in December so low season, constant wind and fresh air was unbeatable!

There is no WiFi in the rooms but only close to the reception, which is a great digital detox but doesn’t come handy when you are arranging the next steps of your trip or you got an emergency at work and need to pick up emails.

Compared to the rest of options, the private beach if the resort was the cleanest and best well kept, you can have a nice view for dinner and the stuff was very helpful.

They located us in a room and looked nothing like the pictures, paint coming off the wall, ants in the room (this is an issue for all rooms), no hot water. They did change us to a similar room that has less issues but the standard of the room is pretty low.

I had breakfast on the beach every morning which the very friendly staff brought to me. There was a lot of choice on the menu. The accommodation is basic but the hotel is in a great location, close to other resorts on Santa Fe and close to the shops. The beach is beautiful and unspoilt.

On Monday morning at 7am new building works started, within a metre and a half in front of my door. By 9am I figured the hammering would probably continue all day, which it did, and so I requested to move to a new room ... which they obliged. But I had to ask. Also, payment for accommodation is cash or bank transfer only - so be ready with setting up international transfer with your bank or have wads of cash on hand.

This place is okay. Nothing really special for their rooms. It's pretty decent but my husband was uncomfy with the bed although it didn't bother me. We also noticed that during the night when it's so peaceful, we can hear people talking in the other rooms which seems uncomfy for us. But overall, their food, the staff, the view, and the location were great. I just hope they will upgrade their facilities more and their rooms as well.

Location not desirable. Road leading to hotel was in poor condition, muddy. Room was so-so. Price should have been a lot less. Sub par hotel room.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESPORT! I would not recommend this place. The service is horrible. Only one guy assisted us from check in to check out. The room is nasty- there were a lot of cockroaches and bed bugs.The linens were soiled and it seems like they have not changed the sheets. We were also not allowed to park inside the vicinity because the "owner" was there. We have to move to Indai's Aqua sport resort which is just a few steps from them and they provide great food and comfort for a fraction of the cost. This place is poorly run and is a total scam. The pictures that they posted seems outdated. They may have seen their prime but definitely not worth it!

The property owner and the staff are very accommodating to our needs. I am a local tourist who enjoy a good hospitality from this resort. Highly recommended. The rates is at par with other beach club. Enjoy a good life to all.

The room was clean and comfortable. The options on the restaurant menu and the delay in check in made the experience at Santa Fe Beach Club less pleasant than I would like.

Very nice place. Just didn't like the beach so much. It was near the pier. Apart from that, hospital and friendly staff. Would recommend the place.

Amazing! hotel staffs are so accommodating, very easy to deal with. The room is big and clean though I would suggest a tv and closets should be installed too. The white beach which is just located some few steps away from our doorsteps is fantastic...

New rooms that were very clean with very helpful staff.

Our room was recently built and very clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We looked around the area and it was definitely the best price for a clean beach resort.

Beach front room I upgraded to was awesome. Cheap room I spent the first two nights in was very spartan with no tv or refrigerator, minimal towels, and no hot water, no chairs or other furniture besides a small table. Staff was awesome!! Excellent location with a beautiful beach.

The service at the restaurant was very poor. There was an extremely long wait time for all meals even after requesting the meals to be prepared and served at a particular time. Having two young children 2 and 5yrs meal times need to be a routine for them. So having them wait around on some occasions 45mins late is very disappointing as the children were hungry, tired and no longer wanting to wait at the dinner table. Coffee was served in the mornings and brought to our room where we sat outside enjoying the sunrise but the staff did not clearing the table for two days. The rooms are not made up daily so if you would like your bed made or the floor swept of sand then you best ask them to clean your room. They have a laundry service but be sure to set aside two or three days as it is out sourced and not done on the premises. my laundry was still wet when it was returned and I was checking out. Disappointing. The staff however were polite and friendly and could do with more customer service training. example , water poured and offered each time you sit down at the table in the restaurant. That the table is set with cutlery and sauces before the meals arrive. That the waitress offers you all a drink upon sitting down. For the cost of the family villa per night I do expect more in terms of service and quality. We left one day early as I was extremely disappointed in the resort, the beach and the service.

We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were helpful, the food was fabulous, room was clean and comfortable and the location was amazing. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 6, didn't want to leave
