Reviewed Sep 19, 2026The place is beautiful, rooms were big and cozy. There was jacuzzi on top of the building, which made our stay exceptional. There is pool as well. Staff were very helpful and they explained us everything we asked.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Very modern and lots of room. Ana was an amazing host and went above and beyond for us. We were attending a wedding at al fontes and it was literally a short walk so location was perfect.
Nothing. Alte is cobbled streets so bring your flats to walk in!

Poderia ter um frigorífico no quarto e eu particularmente não gostei da decoração em cima da cama, parece um monte de pá de lixo.

Pas d'accueil. Seulement des messages par WhatsApp. Cet hôtel ne répond pas aux attentes publiées: Nous avions fait un crochet en nous réjouissant des infrastructures. MAIS Pas de Jacuzzi (Condamné) La "piscine est un pataugeoire cugnée entre des murs. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Plusieurs pollutions lumineuses qui dérangent si on veut ouvrir les fenêtres. Le petit-déjeuner est limite. Attention: Parking très compliqué si vous n'avez pas de chance. Attention: Petit-déjeuner à partir de 8h30 !!

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Zeer moderne en schone kamer. Goed ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. In een rustig dorpje waar je gelukkig ver weg van de massatoerisme bent.
De airco had er gezien de hitte wat moeite mee, en kon helaas niet anders afgesteld worden, waardoor deze op ons blies in de nacht. Het zwembad viel tegen, weinig zon op de binnenplaats en geen ligbedjes. Ik zou deze accomodatie vooral boeken voor de nette kamers en het schattige dorpje, en niet vanwege het zwembad.

Pequeño detalle que la puerta de la habitación rozaba al abrir y era un poco complicado.

Parkování v úzké uličce při plné obsazenosti trochu náročnější.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Muy buena atención, el precio está genial estuvimos 10 días, y desde allí nos movimos por el Algarve, las chicas encargadas super atentas la limpieza estaba muy bien, el desayuno era un plus y todo muy estaba muy bueno y completo, las instalaciones contaban con piscina y jacuzzi.

The room smelled absolutely wonderful, everything was spotless, and you could tell that every detail had been thoughtfully taken care of with great precision. The attention to cleanliness and comfort was truly impressive. The breakfast was the perfect way to end our stay, with a fantastic variety of delicious items to choose from. Thank you, Lena, for such a wonderful experience. This was an amazing stay, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and beautifully maintained place to stay!

We booked the hotel due to the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not working and no notification was sent to us beforehand. We walked the Via Algarviana and were really looking forward to resting in it.

I was staying overnight to get ready for my wedding and she made the whole experience wonderful - from giving me a room away from all the other that had an outdoor communal area so we could all have our hair and makeup sorted for the big day, to making sure if I needed anything to eat whilst I got ready, to assisting us with having drinks stored in the freezerso we could enjoy a pre-wedding drink. The guests house was well maintained and really clean, really enjoyed my stay as did my mom and my cousin who was also staying there. To top it off, the location was walking distance from the venue and the town centre which made it even better. 100% would recommend

Not ideal with no proper parking, staff could have been friendlier, the door on the bathroom didn't work properly, the mattress was very uncomfortable. There is a school right next door which made our room particularly noisy. Rooms could benefit from a small fridge and kettle.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are decorated well and have all the things you need, good storage, great shower. Space to put your luggage. Alte is quiet especially at this time of year (November) there are blackout shutters on the inside window if you need to block out the light. Great place for cyclists (all other guests were cycling and had their bikes with them) there is a fantastic rooftop with sun loungers and a hot tub and is an excellent place for relaxing

Reviewed Nov 15, 2025Wir bekamen anfangs das schrecklichste Zimmer zugewiesen, was total unverständlich war, denn wir waren die einzigen Gäste . Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoß, 2 Türen ins Freie, der Blick endete nach ca 2 m an einer hohen Wand. Keine Fenster. Zum Glück waren die Mädels so verständnisvoll und haben uns im 2. Stock ein Zimmer gegeben mit Blick auf den Platz . Mit Booking.com ist uns leider schon mehrmals passiert, dass für uns die schlechtesten Zimmer reserviert waren.
