I liked the location.

They tried to assign me a non Seaview while I paid for a Seaview room. There was a lot of flies and NO effort to control them even on food

I enjoyed my stay over there, I liked my cabana so much The breakfast was delicious and many varieties Staff is helpful I will go there next summer for sure

The beach was rocky and couldn’t get to the non rocky part because it is not allowed

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Bassam, Mazen, and Moamen for their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay, and truly made our experience even more enjoyable. The facilities were amazing, and we enjoyed the pool, salon, restaurant, golf cart service, and concierge.

The food was the only area that could be improved. The coffee was also not very good, and the food served at the beach was particularly disappointing.

Mostly the guests which using this hotel have feinds at seashell village and for this year with no reason it was forbidden that we use the same sea shore...they need to improve the system of checkout as it is not acceptable that rooms locked at 11.00 am and we need a permission to enter .Little bit slow reaction from staff at breakfast

Location and facilities

I was checked-in to a room with pillows without covers and only 1 towel in the bathroom. This can happen in any other hotel but hotel staff were very irresponsive and I had to make multiple calls to get this fixed.

The food at the beach bar is not good and there are no other food options. No access to seashell compound through the beach so you are stuck with the beach bar. Big stones while you enter the sea. A bridge is needed or to remove these stones.

The services were excellent, the staff were excellent, the food was exceptional. Overall, I would rate this as my favourite hotel in Sahel, and I tried so many.

No access to Seashell compound or seashell beach , the security always stop us and asking our room number like we are in prison as inspectors , I had this prison feeling.

Friendly staff, good location

Upon checking in there was no soap in the bathroom and only one face towel for 2 people, whenever anything is ordered it takes a really long time. Nobody to take orders from beach without having to search for someone.

I recently stayed at The G hotel and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they even upgraded my room to give us a larger one. Thanks to Ahmed in the front desk(THE BEST) and also Amr. Fares was very helpful too.

saif and other employees on the pool restaurant were very friendly and helpful. always smiling and they made our stay comfortable. anything we wanted on the pool they were the first to help . saif and amer and abdulstar thank you for making our trip incredible.

The staff was friendly, the meals were adequate.

The first rooms were not what we expected because it wasn't what you advertised. They had to change 3 rooms for us and put us in a larger villa. But, then we had to close encounters with electric shocks from the kitchen. They didnt believe us until the second time and then changed the oven. (Which was not grounded.) Then they said there was to be noise and construction from 10-12 at night. They started construction at 2 a.m. We went to the office at 3 a.m. to ask them to stop banging. Their answer was we will ask the staff not to talk. So, no one got any sleep. I want a full refund from this place. I will never go back there again.

То,что я видел в городах Каир и Александрия,казалось ,уже испортило все впечатление от поездки,но,могу сказать однозначно,что the g hotel сгладил и улучшил мое впечатление от этой поездки. Невероятный уровень комфорта,чистоты,радушия в отеле,персонал приветливый и во всем стараются сделать отдых ещё лучше и комфортнее. Отличное расположение отеля прямо на берегу,хороший спортзал, вкусные завтраки,а водичка в море прямо сказка)) Огромное спасибо за такой отдых персоналу и владельцу отеля, обязательно вернемся ещё)) Единственное,что не касается никак отеля-как добираться. Автобусы туда не ходят,такси от города это лотерея- либо попадется честный человек,который за оговоренную сумму вас доставит,либо вас начнут раскручивать на доп деньги уже в момент поездки...

Сделайте свой брендовый трансфер от Александрии ) пусть он будет за отдельную плату,но люди уже будут ощущать комфорт и отдых с момента прилета))

Die Unterkunft war einfach perfekt -stylisch, luxuriös und gemütlich dazu. Aber das Beste war das Personal! Noch nie habe ich so wunderbares Personal kennengelernt - ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant. Unser Kind wurde krank und das gesamte Team hat sich um uns gekümmert als seien wir ein Teil der Familie. Jederzeit wieder!

"Hardware" seht gut, da relativ neues Hotel, tolle Pools, Zimmerausstattung gut, nur 2 stöckige Bauweise, optisch angenehm. Türkisblaues, sauberes Meer, im Oktober immernoch angenehm zum Schwimmen. Ausstattung alles gemäß Ausschreibung.

Personal spricht nur bedingt Englisch. Bei Bestellungen im food und beverage Bereich "mühsam". Rezeption gut. Restpersonal sehr bemüht, Management sollte ihr Personal fördern und in entsp. Know-how investieren.

The fact that every room is a separate chalet

The room is very small

The property had barely any guests, despite having many complaints and asking for flexibility to cancel and receive even a partial refund, top management decided on otherwise and still had us charged for our full stay. Never again.

No man power for the beach cafeteria, it takes more than an hour for ordering and another hour for getting your order delivered because they have only Alaa working on the beach.. It wasn’t allowed during my stay to swim as it was dangerous high waves. Breakfast was not on that high level expected like the Hotel, should have been better

I didn’t like the noise I experienced on my first night, there was a club very close to my room but the hotel were very accommodating and moved me to a better and upgraded room.
