Все чисто, зручно. Розташування прекрасне! Тераса та спальня з видом на гори😍 в пішій доступності ресторани та озеро.в дворі невеличкий басейн, поруч тенісний корт з видом на гори(використання за домовленістю безкоштовне). Господарі дуже привітні і завжди раді допомогти. (При заселенні реєструють гостьову карту з вільним користуванням транспорту і різних розваг, а також пропонують картку на всі підйомники на 6 днів за дуже приємною ціною). Також доступний сніданок. Ми залишились дууууже задоволені! Дякую

Як рекомендація , хотілось би трішки більше туалетних серветок, якщо гості залишаються довше ніж на 3 дні🫣🙂

Schöner Blick vom Balkon, freundliche Gastgeber, Platz für 2 Personen in der Ferienwohnung, Wohnung war geputzt

- Sammelsurium aus alter und neuer Möblierung - Schmutziger Balkon - Renovierung ist Pfusch (gewellte zT neu Zimmerdecken, offen Kabel von Dose zur Deckenbeleuchtung, fehlende Sockelleisten, Treppenhausverkleidungen Stückwerk, fällt schon wieder ab, ....) - Dreck im Eingangsbereich und im Treppenhaus - Frühstücksbuffet im Keller/Partyraum, muffig, Kopf gestoßen aufgrund niedriger Stehhöhe, vielfältiges Buffet, billigste Produkte (weniger und dafür vernünftige Qualität wäre besser), die Platten kamen die gesamten 4 Tage mit den gleichen alten Produkten aus dem Kühlschrank. Obst ungewaschen und bis auf Bananen nahezu ungenießbar - Hitze, wir schliefen bei offenen Fenstern, Zigarettenrauch und Lachen von der Eigentümerterrasse bis ca 24 Uhr störte mehrfach den Schlaf im 1. OG - für das Gebotene sind mehr als 160 € pro Übernachtung incl Frühstück für 2 Personen pro Nacht zu teuer => Bewertung von 9,0, die mich zur Buchung bewegte ist total unverständlich, es gibt eigentlich nur eine Erklärung, ...

Højt serviceniveau og god kvalitet på morgenmaden. Hotellets beliggenhed var fuldstændig fantastisk, imellem bjerge på begge sider og med kort afstand til den lækreste sø.

Excellente Lage, sehr nah zum See, zur Loipe und ins Dorf. Sehr freundliche Besitzerin, ich konnte sogar das Apartment auswählen und später auschecken. Großer Fernseher und Regendusche.

Schoon, netjes en modern

Een oven en plek om natte ski kleding te kunnen drogen zou een fijne toevoeging zijn.

Goede locatie als je op doorreis bent naar het noorden. Heerlijke bedden en fijne douche. Prima ontbijt, zeer compleet! Rustige ligging.

Vloerverwarming was in heel het appartement maar niet in de slaapkamer. Daar erg koude vloer.

Alles was top. Het appartement super bedden super echt niks op aan te merken. Maar wat ons het meest verasten waren de eigenaren wat een warme vriendelijk mensen met het hart ♥️ op de goede plek. Hoe goed ze je helpen en niet alleen in noodgevallen maar ook voor kleine dingen. Ons is wat vervelends overkomen en wat ze toen voor ons gedaan hebben dat doen alleen mensen met een hart ♥️ an GOUD.

Het appartement was mooi en schoon, een balkon met een schitterend uitzicht, de beheerders uiterst vriendelijk en gastvrij.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider war unsere Wohnung von Silberfischchen (Lepisma saccharina) befallen.

We hadden het gekozen als uitvalbasis voor Beieren. Alles is aanwezig. En uitbaters zijn behulpzaam. Mooi uitzicht en rustig.

Eetplaats was donker en niet zo gezellig, maar salon en terras maken dit goed.

Целта ни беше посещение на замъците Линдерхоф и Нойшванщайн, но търсехме място, което да е близо, да е спокойно далеч от многото туристи, и да е сред красивата природа.Това е мястото! Изключително чисто и добре подредено, с мили и любезни хазяи, прекрасна гледка. В близост до езеро за разходка. Обзаведен прекрасно апартамент с всичко необходимо! Голям двор с басейн и забавления за деца, настолни игри.Паркинг пред къщата. Остават прекрасни спомени! Горещо препоръчвам, ще посетим отново! Благодарим

Wir durften einen tollen Abend mit den einheimischen Alphornbläsern verbringen. Frisch gegrilltes von den lieben Besitzern der Ferienwohnungen rundeten den Abend ab. Der Garten ist sehr kinderfreundlich und für eine Abkühlung ist auch gesorgt. Die Wohnung ist schön renoviert und modern eingerichtet

We visited it in summer. It was very well located - near the see, bike roads, many gondolas, castles… The apartment is nice, with shady balcony where you can sit and eat, spacious garden with lots of amenities and a small pool (ideal for kids). But the best feature of the house are the owners, Wendy and Gert. Not only they bake fresh pastry each morning but they are amazing problem solvers as well and you can rest assured they won’t let you in any trouble. Our car’s front glass has broken during the stay and Wendy found us a car service and ordered it for us as we don’t speak German well.

There is nothing to complain about, that would be a blasphemy. There was no cheese grinder in our apartment, so bring your own or ask Wendy, I’m certain she would solve this as well if we were to ask her (we did not).

Das Haus Tauern am See hat uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern gut gefallen. Der Garten mit Pool, das Klettergerüst und das Trampolin haben uns sogar hervorragend gefallen. Alles war in sehr gutem sicheren Zustand und wir haben unsere Kinder (4 und 6) gerne dort spielen lassen. Für sie war es sogar das Highlight nach Hause in den Pool zu gehen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben geholfen, wo sie können. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausflugsziele waren nach kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir waren auf der Zugspitze (von der österreichischen Seite), auf der Hängebrücke Highline 179 und auf der Rückfahrt nach BaWü noch im Legoland in Günzburg, was auch morgens bis zur Öffnung um 10 Uhr gut machbar ist. Die Wohnung war sauber, in der Küche war alles vorhanden und einige Dekosachen haben es etwas heimischer wirken lassen. Der einzige Abzug auf insgesamt "gut" ist aufgrund der kleinen Bauschäden in der Wohnung. Die Türen sind alt und der Rahmen hat zum Boden viel Luft gehabt, weil er abgesplittert war oder der Lichtschalter auf der Toilette hing an den Kabeln nur noch einigermaßen in der Wandöffnung. Die Silikonfugen waren nicht vom Handwerker gezogen oder das Waschbecken hatte einen Sprung. An der Wohnung wurde viel selbst gewerkelt.

Exceptional stay with Bert and Wendy whom we now know very well since last 2 years. They are always very courteous, helpful and hospitable, and their place is a paradise to stay in Austria in either Winter or Summer. The apartment is nicely furnished with all amenities and loaded with toys and games for children. They have such an adorable pet house cat named Mollie, who is such a darling and it is very comforting since she always plays with our 2 children of ages 5 and 10 years. The property has an attached shared garden area which is huge and had lot of fun activities for kids of all ages to play or spend quality time in evenings. We highly recommend Haus Tauern am See in this beautiful town called Heiterwang for all your sightseeing activities in Tirol and Zugspitze Arena. We also visited Fischer Hotel am Heiterwanger See which has a beautiful Heiterwanger lake and a dream children’s playground on the lakefront. The Zugspitze mountains are the highest in Germany and they are less than 20 minutes drive from this place. There is also the famous Ebsee near Zugspitze which is a must visit. Also the Neuschwanstein castle, Walderlaubnispark and Lechfall in Schwangau are must visit and nearby to Bert and Wendy‘s beautiful home. We visited all these places in 2 days and had great fun as family.

The location was amazing.

There were no pans and the dishwasher tab socket was broken. So, we cudnt use the dishwasher

Gert and Wendy are fantastic hosts and very pleasant; they truly desire your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. The location is convenient to all the area attractions and set in the most adorable town with amzing views and scenery. This stay was by far one of our most memorable European travel experiences. Cuando uso Expedia para reservar y no airbnb, es porque busco un hotel. 1-Solo dejan un papel de baño muy pequeño para 3 días, ¿por? 2-Jamás hay alguien en recepción(no es hotel) 3-En la noche las parrillas dejan de calentar, ¿las apaga para ahorrar electricidad? 4-El minibar no funciona, estaba apagado. 5-Envía mensaje (tarde) para pedirte que saques tú la basura y casi casi limpies todo, eso no es un HOTEL. 6-Te dejan cafetera sin café, ¿todo bien en casa? Jamás regresaría, detesto los airbnb que se registran como hoteles en Expedia, las 3 veces que he tenido esta situación (incluyendo este “hotel”) todo sale mal. (Cabe mencionar que he hecho reserva en más de 100 hoteles en la aplicación, así que no, no es algo que me pase a menudo).

Beautiful stay. I traveled solo, but if I had traveled with 4 other people, all 5 of us would have had a spot to sleep comfortably. The hosts were very kind and easy to speak to. I will stay here again in the future.

This property is recently remodeled and very nice. It was a really nice place to stay.

We very much enjoyed our week in the lovely apartment with beautiful views of the mountains and nearby village, only a short walk to the stunning lake. Our hosts were very helpful with advice on child-friendly activities from suggestions to making the bookings for us, and the children particularly enjoyed the small pool in the garden too. The fresh bread delivered to our door each morning was a real highlight.

Wendy was an incredible host! We loved our stay and will be back. Everything Wendy recommended was incredible- the restaurant she made reservations at and the lake. The breakfast she offered was perfect and you have to stay and get the apple strudel. It was our favorite hotel we have stayed at as we’ve travel across Europe. We would love to be back and spend a week here.

We only stayed for a night, but the host was friendly and the appartement was clean.

The location is fantastic, the flat was just refurbished and the view was nice. The decoration is very cosy and cute. The owners are very friendly. Ideal with family as there is a nice playground and very close to the lake.

Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Modern en schoon appartement. onze tieners hebben heerlijk gevoetbald in de ruime tuin. Hier zijn tevens een speeltoestel, trampoline en zwembad aanwezig. kortom een aanrader. Wij waren op doorreis en dit was een fijne stop in een prachtige omgeving. In leermoos hebben we heerlijk gegeten restaurant Sam.

Wij waren hier op doorreis naar Italië. Supergastvrij en behulpzaam, ruim en schoon appartement, leuke ligging (vlakbij meertje met lekker restaurant) en uitgebreid ontbijt. Aanrader!

View from the apartment, friendly hosts and perfect location for exploring Zugspitze region from the Austrian side

We booked the stay the same day. The answer from the hotel was really fast offering us advice on where to eat and what to do. The restaurant a small walk from the hotel really was spot on. Much appreciated. The owners of this hotel are so nice and hospitable. Breakfast was really nice. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you!

Sehr schöne Pension mit perfekter Lage für Ausflüge. Sehr idyllisches Dorf zwischen den Bergen, nächster Supermarkt in Reutte ca. 5 km entfernt, nach Füssen sind es nur 20 min, zur Zugspitze nur 15 min. Die Pension ist sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet und die Gastfamilie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. 😊

Heel gastvrij ontvangen in een zeer net appartement met ruime en schone kamers. Mooie locatie met ruime tuin voorzien van met bbq plekken, relax zitplekken en zwembad. Near Heiterwang See, which is really beautiful, near Zugspitze and the whole northern Tirol. The garden was very well taken care of.

The kitchen in our room was very old, with an old fridge and no freezer, no dishwasher and an old stove. When you are five people in the summer it was problematic to cook and to store food. The beds and rooms where nice and so was the view of the Thaneller-mountain. Our room wasn’t ready by arrival although we heard none about that before - and we did make a digital check in on forehand. The reaction to us arriving at 13.00 was quite rude and not very welcoming. We went to tithe beautiful lake, and that was fine, it was just a weird experience. I guess they were just very busy.

This was one of our favorite nights on our 2 week road trip! The owners are SO nice and we felt right at home. There was even a house cat we enjoyed petting since we missed ours back in the US. We walked to a lovely clear lake, crossed the highline 179 suspension bridge, played pool in the basement while having drinks and listening to music. The room was so cozy and homey. Neuschwanstein castle not too far (be sure and book in advance!) Wonderful breakfast. We will definitely be coming back to stay here!

Amazing place to live on the border of Germany-Austria in the midst of snow capped mountains and a beautiful lake. The hosts Wendy and Gert are very courteous and polite. They take care of everything and make you feel very comfortable.
