Väga meeldiv teenindus. Tuldi vastu kõikides küsimustes, märgati puudusi ja aidati kõiges. Tundsin end tõesti väga hoitud. Tuba on väike, aga kõik on olemas. saab õues toa ees istuda. Voodi on mugav. Bassein on puhas. Väga ilus aed.

C’était propre et bon rapport qualité/prix

Jonathan a été exceptionnel comme tout le personnel. L’endroit est propre bien sécurisé, le personnel est dédié et on est à quelques minutes de la plage. Merci Jonathan pour ton service et ton excellente attitude

staff was great any issue were taken care of in timely manner. wifi worked no problems. T.V. channels all in Spanish I did not watch much because I was on vacation. very quiet at night great for sleeping .

Das Personal ist super freundlich, toller Service, in der Nähe vom Kite Beach. Super sauber und alles da was man braucht.

Le personnel est gentil.

1) On a trouvé des cafards morts dans la chambre. Pour un client ce n’est pas top de se retrouver ça à la premier nuit. 2) J’ai payé la totalité de mon séjour de 3 nuits mais je suis resté que 1 nuit. 3) Juste 2 vieilles serviettes pour le séjour de 3 nuits 4) La literie très usé 5) Chambre très petite Trop cher pour ce que tu as. On peut trouver mieux.

We thought the hotel was amazing — a beautiful boutique hotel. We loved the pool and how clean everything was. We also loved the amount of vegetation and greenery throughout the property, it really gives it a relaxing tropical feel. The staff tried really hard to help us and made our stay very pleasant. They were also very accommodating with our room. Breakfast was excellent. Special shoutout to the young man who helped us at registration (sorry I forgot his name) — he was excellent and very professional. Also a big thank you to Francisca for helping us with everything we asked for.

Not much. Everything was great overall and the staff made sure we were comfortable.

Habían pocos utensilios de cocina, pero el personal intento ayudarnos.

Assez excentré. Véhicule nécéssaire pour rejoindre la zone touristique de Cabarete. Possibilité de stationner dans l'établissement. Les extérieurs sont bien entretenus. L'appartement était vieillot.

L'un des lits (canapé convertible) était très inconfortable.

I had no hot water through the whole duration of my stay even though I addressed it with one of the staff members who claim to speak to the manager nothing was done. Showering and shaving a cold water was definitely not appreciated

Great place lovely pool and the apartment was so lovely .

The kitchen didn’t have a coffee machine . Quite poor on kitchen items to cook we had to ask for extra things . One of the ladies from the staff in the morning just barged in to the place with no education she knocked at the the door but I was resting , she gave me a fright just to give me a wrong key. The man downstairs wanted to overcharge me for extra services ( food ) I had ordered .The fridge very old . The only guy that was very nice was the security guy and a lady I saw the first day we arrived . But we had a pleasant stay .But I also think the place is great but rather poor service that’s what put me off a little bit . The electricity went off all night so no A/ C It was really hot .

Staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. Shower was really good too.

The additional kitchen was very basic. No sponge, no dishtowels, no drying rack, one bowl, etc... The breakfast was delicious but more variety is needed. Everyday was a large portion of eggs; after a week it was unenjoyable. Only served one small cup of coffee at breakfast. It is unsatisfying to only have one small cup of coffee in the morning. Our room was cleaned 4 times in our first week and 0 times in our second week. I needed to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Didn't make any sense. Also, a lot of motorbikes speed by at night time would wake us up.

Room was full of ants all over, poor lighting, no sufficient hot water in the shower and very weak water pressure, smell of mold inside the kitchen cabinets. The property is close to the beach, but the access to an actual beach is a long walk away and you have to cross a busy and dangerous road to get to the beach. The hotel is in desperate need of a serious renovation.

Staff are amazing, always so helpful and friendly- ESPECIALLY SOLIUS!! That employee goes beyond the call of duty, every hour of the day to welcome and help the guests. He deserves a huge raise!!

the Place Is new...rooms are clean...close to the kite beach and most of all there Is a very welcoming atmosphere. the staff Is friendly and Always kind. really reccomended!!

Staff was awesome. Breakfast was really good with fresh fruit, eggs, toast, juice, and coffee. Enough to keep you going for the day. Very quiet and property was well maintained.

Lock boxes in all the rooms. I had to switch rooms due to a door lock malfunction. My first room didn’t have a safe lock box, but did in the other room. Very easy to walk across the street and down the beach to kite beach. About a 30-45 min walk.

Location was great to get around and very good to visually, the staff were amazing very hospitable, they spoke English very well and french also! Special thanks solius for hosting us all ready to meet our needs

Manager Solius is extremely friendly and will help you make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Gave a bottle of cold water upon arrival. The breakfast served is very good. Excellent omlette, fresh fruits (banana, pineapple, papaya), juice, coffee. The staff at this hotel is very friendly and want to take care of you.

Cleanliness

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a motorcycle accident my first day and they helped me out a lot and were very attentive beyond the normal hotel needs. the pool is very nice, overall it’s clean, well maintained, quiet and not too far from central Cabarete. I chose this place during the power outage after the hurricane and to use the gym facilities for two days. Also, there are a few local corner stores within walking distance, and a very nice cafe 10 minute walk away.

Unfortunately, the gym didn’t really have equipment to use that was very good or working, and the location’s a little off the main road and isn’t so easy to find at night.

Diamond hotel si trova a circa 2,5 km dal villaggio di Cabarete, ma è a pochi metri da una delle spiagge più belle di quel tratto di costa, ideale per chi pratica il kitesurf (è una spiaggia libera e senza servizi tipo bar e ristoranti, ma proprio per questo motivo io l'ho trovata fantastica). Le camere sono pulite, dotate di cassaforte e aria condizionata, il personale è disponibile e una piacevole piscina allieterà il vostro soggiorno. Consigliato. Lo consiglio
