Accueuil très agréable. Endroit fantastique isolé de la foule avec toutes les commodités à disposition. Possibilité de faire de la grimpe, du padel et kayak. Quelques petites balades à proximité possibles (plage de Railay, accès port de Railay en 30 mn de marche). Bateaux longue queue disponibles pour Ao Nong ou Railay(120 bath/personne). Intérêt évident pour 3 à 4 jours. Si vous cherchez l'animation et la fête, n'y allez pas!

Le Mokey bar de l'hotel n'est pas souvent ouvert. Cela est bien dommage puisque le cadre et la sono sont très appréciables. Il en est de même pour les repas servis jusqu'à 20h00. Le personnel très sympathique a fais quelques dérogations...

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas génial Le restaurant est bon mais pas incroyable (mais cohérent avec un 3 étoile) L’hôtel a organisé pour nous l’arrivée en taxi et bateau de l’aéroport parce qu’il n’y a pas de ponton (pour les valises) et qu’avec la marée , la mer se retire … Le personnel a porté nos énormes valises avec une grande gentillesse et ça s’est très bien passé !

Excellent séjour. Le personnel était super toujours aux petits soins. L'emplacement est très beau on a l'impression d'être seul au monde entre plage et falaises.

Le site est magnifique, les bungalows face a la mer et la gentillesse du personnel.

Attention pas de route d’accès, accès par la mer uniquement et à Marée Haute. Possibilité d’accès à pied depuis Railey Beach à marée basse.

Tinidee Tonsai Beach was echt een paradijs! De omgeving is ook geweldig, maar we wilde eigenlijk niet weg van deze heerlijke plek. Voor ontbijt, lunch en diner kun je aanschuiven in het restaurant, er is een zwembad, strand, prachtige uitzichten en de familiekamer was een sfeervolle kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Elke middag bestelde we een heerlijke verse smoothie die we dan op het strand of bij het zwembad konden opdrinken. De resort kat genaamd Kopi was de kers op de taart ;) Bedankt aan alle lieve mensen die Tinidee tot een paradijs maken, hopelijk zien we jullie weer!

המקום הכי יפה שהיינו בו בכל תאילנד. יש מלא שקט ופרטיות. החדרים פשוטים אבל כל כך מדויקים והכי נעימים שיש. הקופים מתוקים הבריכה כיפית בפתוחה כל היום והצוות מקסים ועזר לנו בכל בקשה וצורך. היה תענוג צרוף.

Tout était fabuleux... le cadre est magique, on se sent seul au monde! C'est encore plus beau que sur les photos et l'accueil a été des plus gentils et chaleureux. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps ! Merci pour tout!!

Lugar muy tranquilo, ideal para ir con tu pareja. Perfecto para desconectar y sentirte aislado del mundo.

Precisamente el aislamiento. Fuimos 5 amigos pensando que podíamos movernos a Aonang andando y no es posible. Solo puedes ir en barca y tienes que regresar antes de las 6pm porque no hay barcas a partir de esa hora. Cierran muy pronto el bar, a las 10:30pm. En el baño de la habitación olía mucho a humedad y una cucaracha fue nuestra vecina durante toda la estancia. El tarro de cereales chocapic albergaba hormigas. Lo dijimos el primer día y al día siguiente volvía a haber.

المكان مو سيئ، المكان كارثي. أكبر خدعة عشتها بحياتي، الصور فعلًا كانت خداعه. مصيبتنا بدأت من لما كلمتهم أني بمنتجع يبعد عنهم ساعتين فهل ممكن يوفرون لنا سيارة وقارب وكان ردهم «اركبي القارب وتعالي»! عمومًا منتجع ليانا -اللي كنا فيه- رتب لنا السيارة وكل شيء، لكن لما وصلنا القارب صدمت صدمة حياتي غير الطريق الوعر يبغوني أنزل درج طويل ومعي حقائب ما أقدر أشيلها وعطينا أحد فلوس حتى ينزلها لنا. والقارب بنصف البحر ويله أغرقي عشان توصليه غير طبعًا معاملة الكابتن السيئة والصراخ علينا. وجلسة الأمواج تضرب فينا وتغرقنا حرفيًا. وللأسف كان المنتجع أسوأ، العاملين بالموت يخدمونك، والمكان صغير وما في أماكن تجلس فيها والبار الخارجي كان مصيبة أخرى مقفل طوال اليومين، والجلسات مرميه على الأرض ووصخه بس مضطرين نجلس؛ لأن الأكواخ الجلسة فيها قاتلة مكتومة وصغيرة وإنارتها ضعيفة جدًا، والحمام كارثي وكأنك بسجن. أمّا الأكل فحدث ولا حرج، كان سيئ وفوق هذا واضح أنه غير نظيف، والنمل يملى الأطباق، والذبان ما يفارق المطعم. وأي أحد يقول أكلهم لذيذ فهو يا ما عنده ذوق يا ما عمره ذاق أكل لذيذ. كانت من أسوأ التجارب، ولو بيدي كان خرجت مباشرة حتى بدون استرجاع أموالي لكن لظرف خاص أضطررنا الجلوس. لا يوجد أي شيء مميز بهالمكان، الشواطئ والمنتجعات كثيرة.

El sitio es muy tranquilo y muy bonito, hay muy poca gente y todo está limpio. El personal es muy agradable.

El acceso a la playa en la que está ubicado el hotel es un poco complicado, sobre todo dependiendo del estado del mar en ese momento.

We definitely will come back here again!! I was the one in charge of booking the stay and I randomly found this place. My friends and I kept saying that we were soooooo happy that we found Tinedee. The view around Tinedee giving you more than what you actually have paid for it. We were chilling at the pool after long day visit island near by. Our stay was soooooo perfect, so perfect that we make this place to our lists of favorite destination in Krabi.

I was originally planning to do island hopping but once I got here it really didn’t make sense to leave. Food was really good and the view was amazing. The room size was pretty good although I do wish that they had 4 poster beds so that you could stick a mosquito net around so you wouldn’t get bit.

Needs a second pool, as well as a spa/massage parlour. Also needs a dedicated path to the other villas towards the front of the huts. Also the boats were expensive to and from the island, there also needs to be better signage from the boat companies that state they go to this beach as we went to a different location and they stated that they did not come to that beach. Mosquito spray was a must as you will get bitten if you do not take it. I think they also should have a dedicated shop on the resort so that you can buy some essentials without having to leave the island.

This was incredible...we cannot recommnend this place more! Fantastic facilities, easy to walk to Railay on a path (some ropes and steep bits) and also a few nice local places to eat/drink behind the resort too. Bungalow fantastic and staff were all so firendly and helpful. Perfect place to stay.

Таиланд уже не тот.Плюсы:Очень красивое, сказочное место.Отличная служба поддержки Booking.com, которая помогла восстановить справедливость.В качестве компенсации за проблемы с заселением дали бесплатные каяки.Минусы:Обман с заселением: Забронировали дорогой номер на первой линии с видом на море (переплатили за это приличную сумму). При заселении дали совершенно другой номер. На ресепшене вели себя хамски, спорили, доказывали, что номер правильный, и винили во всем Booking.com.Проблема решилась только частично: После вмешательства поддержки Booking.com нам все-таки дали наш номер, но с условием, что на последнюю ночь придется переселяться в другой домик.Ужасный сервис и общение: Отношение персонала к клиентам просто кошмарное.Невыносимый дым и смог: Каждый день, когда мы возвращались с экскурсий, вся бухта и территория отеля были в густом дыму. Персонал отеля постоянно что-то жёг. Дым проникал сквозь щели в домиках, окна закрыть было невозможно из-за плохой изоляции.Вред для здоровья: Весь вечер, ночь и утро стоял жуткий смог. Из-за этого сильно разболелась голова, началась рвота. Вся одежда, волосы и постельное белье насквозь пропитались гарью.Общее впечатление:Любая поездка начинается с выбора ночлега, и мы буквально «купили красивые фотографии», но с самого начала всё пошло не так. Место действительно сказочное, но из-за отвратительного сервиса, обмана и постоянного удушливого дыма отпуск был испорчен. Не уверена, стоит ли сюда приезжать. Очень жаль, но Таиланд уже не тот.

Einzigartige und traumhafte Lage in der Bucht von Tonsai Beach. Ausblick vom Bungalow (Bett) aufs Meer ist fantastisch. Schöner einsamer Strand. Das Personal an der Rezeption, im Zimmerservice, beim Frühstück aber auch die Gärtner…...sind einfach alle super freundlich.

Die schöne Lage zieht natürlich auch sehr viele Instagrammer an. Mit Drohnen und Stativ bewaffnet, haben Sie keine Hemmungen, die Privatsphäre anderer Gäste zu stören. Leider liegt sehr viel Plastikmüll am Strand, der vom Hotel nicht eingesammelt wird.

A vista é, sem dúvida, o grande destaque da estadia. Provavelmente uma das mais bonitas que já tive, e o hotel está situado em um local privilegiado nesse sentido. É realmente um ponto forte difícil de ignorar. Fora isso, a experiência em termos de hospitalidade e localização foi apenas mediana, sem nada de particularmente memorável ou diferenciado.

A experiência começou de forma bastante frustrante já na chegada. Como a maré estava baixa, fomos obrigados a descer do barco com água na altura do joelho, em meio à lama, sem qualquer suporte da equipe do hotel. Tivemos que caminhar cerca de 600 metros carregando nossas malas, sem nenhuma estrutura adequada como deck ou acesso facilitado. Além disso, a comunicação foi difícil, já que muitos funcionários não falavam inglês, e não houve qualquer iniciativa de auxílio — tivemos que fazer várias idas e voltas com bagagens pesadas, tomando cuidado para não escorregar. Apesar de termos reservado uma das melhores acomodações, o quarto não apresentou nenhum diferencial além da vista. As instalações são bonitas mas nada de especial e carecem de manutenção. Nosso banheiro estava entupido e um dos chuveiros so tinha agua gelada, pedimos por manutenção e não aconteceu. De modo geral, o hotel aparenta falta de cuidado: áreas comuns com resíduos, jardim sem manutenção adequada e uma sensação geral de pouca conservação. O atendimento, embora educado, foi pouco prestativo. A equipe demonstra cordialidade, mas não há esforço real em proporcionar uma boa experiência ao hóspede. Um exemplo claro foi o funcionamento do restaurante, que abre apenas ao meio-dia. Passamos uma manhã inteira na piscina sem conseguir sequer pedir uma água ou um suco, pois não havia flexibilidade no serviço. A oferta gastronômica também deixa a desejar, especialmente no café da manhã, que pode ser bastante limitado para quem não está habituado à culinária asiática. Outro ponto crítico é o acesso e a localização. Não há informações claras de que o hotel só é acessível por barco, o que dificulta completamente a mobilidade. Não existem opções práticas para sair à noite ou visitar outras áreas, como Railay Beach ou Krabi, já que o hotel não oferece transporte próprio. Isso limita bastante a experiência para quem deseja explorar a região. No geral, o que salvou a estadia foi exclusivamente a vista.

The location is amazing. Very quite, chilled and lied back atmosphere. We were staying in the family apartment. It is much better than on the pictures. The first room with two single beds is good size as well as the other room with double bed. there is a sliding door in between those 2 rooms. The first room has beautiful view on the forest of palm trees behind the house and the double room on beautiful sea view. It was great to wake up to this view. The bathroom has 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is also great open space under the apartment with sofas and tv. I loved all the details that were making the whole place even more special, like swimming pool towels in the baskets, fresh flowers in toilets etc. The swimming pool is great and big enough for numbers of guest there. Very good breakfast, the food in the restaurant and the drinks from the bar were also very good. The hotel was great in organizing my pick up from the airport and transferring to the boat. All sorted for us, we didn't have to worry about anything. Driver was waiting for us on the airport and took as directly to the boat all at reasonable price. One day we went to Railay beach. There is plenty boats parked at the Tonsai beach waiting for customers, same on Railay beach when you want to come back. we have paid 300TBH for one way private trip.

We had cockroaches in the bathroom. I understand that this is to do with where the hotel is located, but maybe there could be something done to avoid those getting in. Bedrooms were fine, no issues.

Transportation cud have been arranged by the hotel and cud be included as part of hotel stay cost itself.

Bel emplacement des bungalows sur la plage, le tout est joliment construit avec une vue splendide. Le restaurant est charmant et qualitatif. Accès facile à Railey beach par un chemin un peu accidenté mais uniquement à marée basse. La présence de petits singes joueurs et charmants dans le jardin.

Bungalow un peu étroit même si confortable. L'arrivée sur la plage à marée basse est un enfer pour les pieds sur le cailloux et rochers . Plage peu baignable ce qui est quand même frustrant compte tenu du décor !

Amazing location and not to busy.

Aircon in the room was only in the bedroom so the rest of the hut was super hot all the time. The Air con in the bedroom was not powerful enough and would take hours to get to a descent temp. The room didn’t get cleaned on the first full day. I went to reception around 8am on the second day and asked for it to be cleaned returned to the room at 3pm and it hadn’t been cleaned. I ended up doing it myself. Requested towels and clean cups and emptied the bin from the bathroom which in that heat should really be done everyday as you can’t flush toilet paper. So our 3 day stay and the room was never cleaned by resort.

The booking was non refundable but we were never told that it will be additional $50 to reach the property by boat from the mainland. The hotel does not have their private boat which is unacceptable at the price point they are selling the room. Also, the management kept increasing the price for transfer from the beach to the hotel starting at $10 to $50(that we end up paying). And an additional $50 on the way back. so the room cost us almost $100 extra for 2 nights. When we asked for cancellation upon hearing about the transfer fees, we were told that we can cancel withou a refund. Water machine does not work.

Certaines informations importantes, comme le fait de devoir être plusieurs pour partager un bateau, ne sont pas précisées. De plus, l’arrivée sur l’île n’est pas pratique : il n’y a pas de quai pour accoster, ce qui oblige à débarquer directement sur la plage et à marcher avec ses bagages sur une certaine distance.

Unbelievable views and a very tranquil place to stay for a relaxing few day away from all the local chaos. Staff were super friendly, food was really good!

Had a slight issue with the shower filling up but the hotel staff soon got it sorted straight away.

El hotel, el entorno, todo es hermoso. La pileta al lado de la playa, el bar, es para descansar y disfrutar. Para ir al centro se puede hacer por un sendero de fácil acceso, caminando al lado de la playa. Con marea alta hay unos metros en que hay que mojarse los pies un poco, pero nada grave. Tener cuidado con los monitos...son ladrones y están atentos a cualquier descuido con las cosas! Se las llevan y no las ves mas!

Le site était exceptionnel et la plage était partiellement épargnée par les touristes. Possibilité de se rendre à Railay par un chemin à travers la forêt. Le matin et le soir le décor est incroyable ! Le restaurant est bon , c’est un vrai bonheur de dîner face a la mer!

Les bungalows ont besoin d’être rénovés afin de retrouver leur étanchéité pour éviter l’entrée des petits animaux… nous avons eu la visite d’un crapaud et le développement de champignons dans la salle de bains

Le site est absolument exceptionnel, magnifique palmeraie entourée de falaise, vue sur mer et les îles alentours. Les cabanes sur pilotis sont vitrées à 180 degrés permettant de profiter du paysage dès le réveil. Ils sont très bien conçus les équipements techniques sont parfaitement intégrés et n’apportent aucune nuisance. Le personnel est souriant et disponible, le petit déjeuner est bon et il y a un bureau pour réserver des bateaux au bout de la plage. En supplément, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir observer des singes (semnopitheques obscurs, dont le petit de moins de 3 mois est orange) Un endroit vraiment difficile à quitter !

Ça ne vient pas de l’établissement mais, à certaines heures de la journée, le bruit des long boat peut être un peu pénible.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tinidee. We initially booked a few nights but enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by another night. The island itself is absolutely stunning. For the price, it’s incredibly hard to find views like this anywhere in the world. The surrounding cliffs, jungle, and sea create a truly unique setting. We went on a boat tour with boat & beyond to laolading island and it was gorgeous. It was 12,500THB for sunset tour. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was a family of monkeys that lived around the property. They were beautiful, curious, and playful. Completely different from the “snatcher” monkeys you sometimes encounter in other parts of Thailand. These ones were calm and harmless. They often stayed on the roof of our villa or in the nearby trees, and we saw them every single day, which made the experience even more special. The best swimming area is toward the end of Railay Beach near Rayavadee Resort, where the views are spectacular and the water is great for swimming. Just make sure to wear Crocs or other footwear, as there are quite a few rocks along the way. Breakfast at the hotel was good, although the variety was somewhat limited, so it can feel repetitive after a few days. Fortunately, there’s a nice restaurant right next door with more options that are affordable and delicious. They also have a beautiful little treehouse seating area where you can relax. There’s only one, though, so it’s sometimes occupied since it fits just two people. There are also two small convenience shops nearby that carry pretty much everything you might need, and they stay open until around 9–10 pm, which is very convenient. All the staff were extremely helpful.

It is only accessible by long-tail boat but it wasn't much of an issue for us. They help with your luggage, from the boat to the villa's door. The beach right in front of the resort isn’t ideal for swimming because the tide is usually very low, with water only reaching about above knee height at best. However, you can walk to Railay Beach through a jungle-like trail. The walk takes around 20 minutes from the villa area and isn’t too difficult, though it might be challenging for some elderly visitors.

Clim qui gouttais sur mon visage toute la nuit, je l’ai signalé mais toujours pareil la nuit suivante… Le restaurant est très cher et n’est pas bon… J’ai d’ailleurs eu un problème avec mon plat et mes cocktails et aucune solution convenable n’a été proposé. Allez manger chez mes locaux!

Sehr schöne Lage an einem schönen Strand. Hinter der Anlage sind Unterkünfte, die eher Backpacker ansprechen. Dort kann man aber auch sehr gut essen. Wer den sehr belebten Railey Beach sehen möchte, erreicht diesen über einen Trailpfad (ca 10-13 Minuten).

Das wussten wir zwar vorher, aber die dauernden Hintergrundgeräusche der Longtails, die die Touristen zum benachbarten Railey Beach bringen und holen sind schon nervig.

Non sono curati i dettagli: l acqua della piscina sporca e non pulita quotidianamente, assenza di posaceneri ovunque, la spiaggia sottostante alla struttra(splendida) dovrebbe essere pulita nei punti di accesso alla struttura (15 minuti al giorno se fatto quotidiamente) , a colazione finito il primo giro di frutta ( se non ti sei alzato alle 7) non viene riportata, la pulizia in stanza dovrebbe essere fatta ogni giorno di default e non su richiesta visto il prezzo che per la Thailandia è un prezzo importante

De monkeybar en het zwembad, personeel is super vriendelijk

Geen aanlegsteiger, bij laag water moet je uit de boot geraken en door de moeilijk begaanbare klei en stenen stappen, kiezelstrand dus de zee is niet zo toegankelijk om er te zwemmen en al zeker niet bij laag water. Al goed dat er een zwembad was, nadeel was dat iedereen die voorbij kwam wandelen ook gebruik maakte van het zwembad, zo hebben we eens een gezin met 2 kinderen gehad in het zwembad die gewoon kwamen zwemmen maar eigenlijk in het hotel ernaast verbleven, waar geen zwembad aanwezig was

ATTENTION car ce commentaire ne concerne pas l'établissement. Même si l'établissement devrait informer sa clientèle car au final c’est le séjour qui est gâché. NE SURTOUT PAS MANGER AU RESTAURANT DE PLAGE :"THE CLIFF CAFE AND RESTAURANT". Ce sera une intoxication alimentaire assurée et vous vomirez toute la nuit avec 4 jours compliquées. Site très agréable ! Un émerveillement. Plage calme, qui n est pas envailli de monde. Propre, chambre sur pilottis au top et superbe vue ! Petit déjeuner au top

Prévenir de l accessibilité en bateau ( pour les personnes âgées par exemple) a marée haute en est trempé ! Et prévoir des espèces pour les traversées...un peu chère ! Lenteur du service au restaurant de l hôtel

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is situated on a quiet beach, shared with only a few small other hotels. It is a stunning area. Lots of different areas to sit and explore. There is a jungle path which you can walk to railay and only takes 15 minutes. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. A few previous reviews complained of wildlife in the rooms..yes there is very small cracks in the rear walls but your booking a hotel within nature! Only a few small geckos ever made it into the room. No issues. We got to see the monkeys roaming the beachfront one morning which was fantastic. Yes this hotel is on a premium price closer to a european hotel but it is worth it! Lots of poorer quality hotels in Ao Nang charging more. Would highly recomend a short stay at this resort.

There is isn't anything we really didn't like but important to highlight a few things; I'd only stay here if your plan is to only use the hotel facilities or visit Railay. The boats to get to and from the resort are 600-1000 baht which adds up if your doing that a few times ( prices more expensive after 6pm). A few previous reviews complained about the price of the hotel restaraunt. Yes it is more expensive than local thai food spots but it's still cheaper than any european hotel by far (lots of places in Ao Nang charging more). Food is not fantastic but it is still very enjoyable - main and drink for 400 baht mark served views over the beach. Small cheaper food spots available a 5 min walk behind hotel which we tried one night and it was good. We did arrive before the 3pm check in time so our room wasn't ready. We were able to use the facilites but they could not give us a towel as they had none left. For the price of the hotel, towels running out should't be an issue. They did apologise and as soon as were able to check in we got towels.

An das tägliche Knattern der Longtailboote muss man sich gewöhnen. Aber gehört halt dazu.
