位置超棒，拉开窗帘就是胡和雪山，近在咫尺。房主很用心经营，在门口写上预定人的名字，管家亲自带着我们去房间并嘱咐不要冻着。房间很大，干净整洁，餐具齐全，适合一家人做饭。被子柔软，停车方便，完全超出预期，是这次旅行最喜欢的一个房间.

Great stay, the apartment was very large and had everything we needed for a short stay, but would have also been great for a longer stay - great kitchen and laundry facilties, dining and living area seperate to the bed room. The gas fire place was beutiful and very warm, much needed for our July stay. The views of the lake from the apartment were fantastic and it was a short walk to the lake and restaurants.

Nothing to dislike about the accomodation, Tekappo it's self is a tourist pit stop with only a few places to eat so it's a good idea to take advantage of the kitchen area in the apartment.

The host shows obvious racial discrimination against Chinese guests with extremely rude, impolite and hostile attitudes. The host treated Chinese visitors differently with bad temper, cold responses and constant impatience throughout the stay. Most unacceptable is that the host was extremely unkind and disrespectful to our young child. The host spoke severely, acted impatiently and was overly picky toward the kid. This inappropriate behavior ruined our family vacation and left a terrible impression on the child. The host lacks basic respect and hospitality for international guests, especially Chinese tourists. Strong warning for all Chinese travelers and family visitors: Please AVOID booking this Mackenzie Apartment in Tekapo. It is highly NOT RECOMMENDED for Chinese families and guests with children.

I have never had a better view at any place I have ever stayed at. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we could want.

The time went by too quickly. I wished we had more time to spend there.

近くのスーパーで買った物で料理できるキッキンがあって良かったです。バスタブも広く、バスソルトもあって到着後の疲れも取れました。別料金にはなりますが、荷物があったのでスーパーでピックアップして頂けたのもありがたかったです。暖炉もあり、部屋から湖も見えて最高でした。ヘスティさんがにこやかに迎えてくださったのも嬉しかったです。

Um super chalé, quentinho, aconchegante, com uma vista sensacional e todas as comodidades que poderiam ser oferecidas. Até garagem coberta, que no nosso caso foi muito útil pois chegamos após uma nevasca forte. Altamente recomendável.

The view from the suite is sensational. Sunrise was spectacular! A spacious, well appointed suite. Having a washing machine and dryer was very handy, as well as a car park directly outside the suite. We enjoyed the warmth and ambience of the gas fire place. The heated bathroom floor was pure luxury. Cathy, our host, was friendly, information and delightful. Would definitely recommend.

There was absolutely nothing not to like.

1.抵達時有主人引導,並且教導房間一些電器使用方式,有洗碗機很方便 2.從房間看出去的景色很美,附近有一個小農場有提供餵動物的服務,很後悔沒在那邊餵一波QQ 3.床鋪有拉門可以跟廚房隔開,但是拉門會有點卡卡,拉的時候要小心些 4.我們被分配到的房間是無障礙房,如果有需求應該可以跟房東主動要求,門前會有斜坡,浴室也有放置給年長者的洗澡椅 5.離蒂卡波湖走路大概需要10來分鐘,當作散步走過去也很棒

Met by the owner who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing views from every window. Heater on, gas fireplace for extra heat and ambience. The best thing was the HEATED FLOOR in the bathroom! An enclosed garage for our car. Washing machine AND drier. Comfy bed and couch. Super cute antique furnishings in an otherwise modern apartment. Late check-out available for studio guests. We want to come back and spend more time here.

We got stuck i Lake Tekapo due to the snowing and the roads closed. Ivan was exceptional and arranged it so we could stay in our unit another night. He even went above beyond and got our stuck car out of the snow. Amazing warm accommodation in freezing weather. Definitely recommend and stay again. Debbie.

뷰가 너무 좋아요. 숙소에만 있어도 기분이 좋네요. 화장실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았어요!!! 심지어 바닥도 따뜻해요. 밤에는 별도 잘 보이는 숙소였어요.

The staff were amazing - helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This made our trip really memorable. The room itself was well set out, extremely clean, and a view that was perfect. We can't wait to go back.

Staff were absolutely brilliant before and during our stay. Caitlin and her team went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay special. We very much appreciated all the effort and a very friendly welcome on our arrival. Our unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Can't wait to book our next stay.

Nice view. Spacious and warm. Like the fireplace, heated toilet floor and large bathtub. Ard 20 min walk to town centre.

Cathy, the host, is very friendly, informative and helpful. She gave us a lot of information about the places to see sunset (walk around the back of the accommodation approx. 10 minutes) where is not a touristy area, only local people know about it. The accommodation is superb, great location (just about 1 km to the lake and town), sparkling clean with a lot of amenities as shown in pictures. I also had a very warm bath with bath salt. So relaxing after a long day. Bed is very comfortable and spacious, we had a great sleep. View: We can see the lake and mountains from our balcony. Waking up with looking to the sunrise by just looking from the balcony is privilege. Parking: there was a private undercover garage underneath the accommodation. Just park and walk upstairs to the unit. There are washing machine and dryer available at the ground floor in the garage. There are so many impression with this place. I cannot explain all. You have to experience yourself :)

We wish we could stay longer. We will definitely comeback back and stay longer.

The view was amazing. Loved every minute of our stay. Loved the bathrooms heated floor after being in a cold campervan. Close to Fishtail Indian which was also outstanding.

The view is beautiful, waking up to views of the Lake Tekapo and Mount Dobson is worth the stay alone. The suite was extremely comfortable for 2, with a separate bedroom and living space. Outdoor furniture also allowed us to dine al fresco in the cool autumn evening.

Parking could be a little tight at the suites but there are ample street side parking as well.

The accommodation is of high standard. It is nice, warm and comfortable. The view is amazing.

Given the high price point, it would be a nice touch to include a few complimentary snacks like cookies, chocolate, or chips rather than only a little bottle of milk. This would make the experience feel even more welcoming and complete. Should have well prepared for three people’s stuff as clarified at the booking

The property was very clean and comfortable. We had amazing views. Our host was extremely attentive and if we had questions was very easy to reach. The bed was comfy and the heated floors in the bathroom were very nice! The apartment was spacious and laid out very well.

The frying pans really need to be replaced. The cushions on the outside furniture were soaking wet because of the rain and unusable when it stopped raining. Bringing them in before the rain would have helped.

何もかも最高！寒い日でしたので、ガスの暖炉も点けて暖まりました。 洗濯機乾燥機も部屋にあり、バスタブとシャワーもありとても快適でした。洗濯機はfast18分にしたら良いと思います。私は2:30かかってしまいました。 テラスから見る朝日も素敵です！スタッフの方も丁寧ですし、親切です。
