AX Hotel

The sauna, cold waterfall and warm pool were excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The first room we were in was missing a lightbulb (quickly fixed). Then, late at night, the toilet broke (cheap plastic handle) and to the hotels credit they moved us into a different room right away, which was a slight upgrade and had no issues.

-Nous aurions apprécié de vrais déjeuner complet ( œuf ,Bacon , pommes de terre etc . - l’ascenseur est un peu désuet , il grince lorsque la porte ferme

Fue una experiencia increíble, es una estancia perfecta para desconectar en mitad del bosque canadiense. Cuenta con una sauna y piscina climatizada en el exterior, que te permite relajarte, disfrutar de la calma y recuperarte de un intenso dia de turismo o de senderismo Fue una sorpresa muy grata en cuanto a alojamiento en mitad del viaje!!!

La habitación de 3 podría haber sido con 2 camas en lugar de un sofá cama, aunque fue bastante cómodo.

Avis d’ébullition d’eau à notre arrivé … et être obligé d’aller se procurer de l’eau par nous même… sans nous offrir de l’eau … me faire dire de faire bouillir l’eau…. Avec quoi j’étais supposé faire bouillir l’eau??? C’est le seul point négatif.

Le lit était confortable .et l'emplacement était bien.

Pour remplir le bain à moitié ça pris 1h 1h30. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avions qu'un demi rouleau de papier de toilette. La télévision n'est pas intelligente et n'a pas beaucoup de poste. L'air climatisée fonctionnait pas bien non plus.

Le sauna, la piscine et la chute d'eau froide sont très bien. Le stationnement a des bornes de reharges pour voitures électriques. La réception et le restaurant sont bien.

N'est pas dans le village piétonnier. L'ascenseur fait un bruit bizarre et est inquiétant. Les photos ne sont pas récentes, ce qui est un peu trompeur.

Il pourrait y avoir un local pour les vélos, retirer les tapis serait plus hygiénique.

L’ascenseur, l’air climatisé et lorsqu’il ont fait la chambre la première nuit ils n’ont pas fait le lit au complet et ils nous ont mis une serviette de douche sale. De plus petite portion pour les déjeuners.

Chambre reservé pour 4 personnes et est pour 3 personne. Rajout d'un lit de camp qu'il voulait nous faire payer. Photo chambre pour 4, prise en photo sous un angle trompeur. il n'y a que 3 couchages La taille de la chambre etait correct mais une fois le lit de camp rajouté il n'y a plus de place

Ne s'applique, on n'a pas mangé à l'hôtel.

Hôtel très agréable proche du parc du Mont Tremblant afin de randonner près du lac Monroe. Piscine et sauna bien agréable. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique.

Enjoyable stay. No noise from hallways. Spaciious room, comfortable bed & bedding. Bathroom was a bit small but preferred to have the additional space in the room. Only 1 elevator for the building. Outdoor pool was a hot tub, good hot sauna. Comfortable lounge chairs. Mainfloor dining area but did not have our breakfast there. Large screen TV. In the evening joined some friends for some board games in this area. There is a bar to buy some drinks & snacks. Convenient walking distance to St Jovite restaurants & shopping. Bike trails about a 4 min ride away. Able to bring our E-bikes to the room to recharge. Great golf courses aprox 10min drive away. Would rebook in the future.

The location and the room was comfortable.

This is about the 10th visit to the hotel and is the first time I found that the pool was not kept clean....milky and scum on the surface not very inviting. I did not profit from the pool, also the noise level , you go to relax and the screaming that went on was not pleasant. Was disappointed for the first time....

We love staying at the AX Hotel when we're on long cycling rides. The ability to bring our bicycles into our room provides peace of mind and added convenience. After a challenging day on the road, there's nothing better than unwinding in the sauna, cooling off with a cold shower, and relaxing in the heated pool. These amenities are a highlight of our stay and one of the reasons we keep coming back.

The pool could benefit from a thorough cleaning. While I was able to remove some floating insects, there was still a noticeable film on the surface, which I assume was a mix of sunscreen and body oils. Fortunately, the issue was most noticeable around the jet area, and it didn't prevent me from relaxing and enjoying the facilities. Overall, the sauna, cold shower, and heated pool remained a welcome way to unwind after a long day of cycling.

Location is 20 mins drive from Tremblant village which is where we wanted to be (our fault for not checking though). Breakfast was chargeable and very poor, tipping seemed obligatory. No streaming or casting options for TV.

Un très bon rapport qualité-prix. La chambre agréable, le personnel très sympathique. Un accès gratuit à la piscine et au sauna pour les enfants de 09h à 21h. Des recharges électriques disponibles, c’est vraiment un plus. Proche de tout: village de montagne, vieux village, etc. C’est un très bel hôtel, bien situé et entouré d’un beau cadre naturel.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement et le décor de l’endroit où prendre les repas. Avec l’accès à la piscine c’était très bien. J’aurais apprécié une carte plus complète pour le souper.

Les gros bacs à linge sale qui sont en permanence dans les corridors en face des ascenseurs auraient avantage à être placés dans un lieu hors de la vue des clients. Je trouve ça désagréable de faire face au linge sale quand je circule dans l’hôtel chaque fois que je prends l’ascenseur ou que j’en sors.

The elevator was so slow and HOT. The room had a weird smell and the AC was not working well. I had to pay for a regular coffee. It was really expensive.

The charge for the bundle was 2x what was shown. The quality of the breakfast food was poor. The egg was all reheated, the rest processed, cheap ingredients

One room had a non functioning ac and the other room had a clogged bath tub. We had to change the room midnight.

Cherlyne la réceptionniste de soir était super. Elle était à l’ecoute de nos besoins. Un gros + pour les employés de ce genre! L’equipe d’entretient aussi était très aimaible.

La receptioniste de jour. Elle semblait plus intéressée par son écran que par nos demandes. Elle semblait ne pas trop savoir ce qui était disponible pour nous.

I hope this email will be taken seriously. here is my option since i have spent the past 20 years in the hotel industry and before Covid was a Platinum Starwood member staying more than 150 days a year in hotels around the world. 1-The hotel is super expensive for the service its offering. its more like a three-star motel than a hotel. 2- What they call a pool is the size of my hot tub. and the spa they advertise is non-existent. 3- The location is very beautiful. 4- Internationally, when you upgrad to a premium room you get two bathrobes, especially when the room comes with a jacuzzi. in this hotel i had to rent them for more than 30$/day including taxes... 5- The room had no hot water that night...can you imagine? And I had to call reception and create a big complaint. after the complaint i had to wait for an hour and half to get a service guy. he said the hot water system is down and it needs to be re-seted and he does not know how long that re-set would last. as an manufacturing engineer that built tens of mechanical rooms for international hotel chains this is totally un-acceptable its even illegal in Quebec and Ontario not to have hot water in a service facilty. I was very disappointed.... 6- The one that topped off is that there is no phone in the room to contact reception... 7- Continue to the fact that the room does not hav a water kettle wheich exists in every small motel and a hotel... the reciption said that people were hurting themselves with it and thats why they remove it from the rooms... are you serious...... 8- The elevator door is squeaking ( Its bearings are screeming please replace me lol) like its going to break down and according to my experience, it has less than a month to break... Note this is the only elevator to lead you to the upper floors. I hope i got my point across... small things in the service industry matter... do not ruin this beautiful building in this beautiful location

Nous avons aimé la flexibilité pour faire le check in. C'est un plus d'avoir un service 24 heures et c'est très apprécié.

Lors de l'alarme incendie, l'alarme sonnait dans le couloir mais pas dans notre chambre la 326. J'ai du réveiller mon conjoint.

Great location, clean hotel with nice view of the Mountains from the rear of the hotel.

We booked a mountain-view room with a bubble bath but were initially checked into a courtyard room without explanation. After returning to reception, we were informed that the tub in the mountain-view room was out of service and were moved to a mountain-view room without a tub instead...at no extra charge. Aside from this disappointing communication and room change, our stay was lovely.
