Le personnel à la réception était courtois, organisé et bienveillant. Ils ont répondu à toutes mes questions. J'ai reçu un service très efficace. Le déjeuner était complet, chaud d'excellence qualité et quantité. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres.

The bed is comfortable and the room is specious. There is a microwave in each room. We got two back to back rooms for a group of 4 guests. The arrangement is considerate.

Location: I visited Truro with my wife to see the tidal bore on the Salmon River as part of a holiday in Nova Scotia. The hotel was within a mile from the Funday Discovery Site, a perfect location to watch the tidal bore. Hotel Room: The spacious room was perfect for our needs. Comfy king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, tea/coffee making facilities, sofa, plenty of desk space ... etc. Everything was spotlessly clean and good VFM. Hotel Breakfast: We slept in because the room/bed was so comfy and actually missed breakfast! Therefore, I can't comment on the breakfast offering. However, I did observe that the breakfast area is quite small so could get quite busy at key times. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel on Robie Street if you want to dine out. Hotel Reception: Extremely friendly and efficient. I had initially made an error by booking the wrong date for my stay but this was dealt with quickly and without fuss over the phone by Kate who was on duty that day. Thank you Kate. Andy, who was on reception on the day of our arrival, was equally friendly and helpful.

OK, so not the most picturesque of locations sandwiched between a fairly busy road and a VW dealership, On the day we stayed, there were active construction works near the main entrance which were a little unsightly. But this is sign that the hotel is investing in improvements, which is good. Ultimately, none of this distracted from what was a very comfortable stay.

The hotel was very dated, dirty, musty smell with fans in the hallways to combat the smell. Not as advertised. Horrible stay.

the staff should be knowledgeable about the areas I just ask simple questions where is the park I wanted to see the waterfall they didn't know . Otherwise the hotel was clean and comfortable .

It was surprisingly quiet for sleeping as we were located at a very busy intersection. I love the breakfasts at the Comfort Inn, they have everything and finally I didn't know you had a laundry space which I gratefully used, thank you. Wonderful TV selections and choices!

Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The hotel was super easy to find and within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. The gentlemen at the front desk was super knowledgeable and friendly!

Location was alright but under construction. Otherwise the staff was on point and made sure check in was a breeze and also gave some snacks to take back to the room. They ensured we knew about breakfast and times for it and that we could take it back to the room to eat. The atmosphere was pleasant. We got to the room and everything was clean and smelled clean they knocked to see if we needed anything the next day like towels or bedding etc. They also had A lot of cloths in the bathroom lol and a thing to put wet ones in. Other places your lucky to see 2 let alone get more. Beds were so comfortable lots of pillows that did not just go flat they stayed full and puffy lol. Could definitely tell they were fresh bedding thankfully as other places I had seen so called clean not clean. 3 of us stayed the weekend and loved it. Was quiet aside from occasional doors to rooms closing but never heard a peep from any guests around us It's very good sound wise. We loved they had chairs outside the rooms to sit away from people walking or driving by.. They had great WiFi, cable TV .. Microwave.. Ironing board, hair dryer, soaps shampoo and lotion. Lots of lighting a desk and comfy desk chair. Pay washer and dryer, ice machine, coffee and tea in room with cups and stuff plus hidden mini fridge and some huge drawers for your stuff and a place to hang up a few things. An alarm clock that was loud lol. Lots of places to eat or get groceries.. Close to stores parking for more than one car. And all staff were very polite. I would 100% go back to this location in Truro without a thought. And the AC in room sooooo nice plus you can control it in room.

I just wish the construction was finished otherwise I loved it there as did my two friends

Our room was spotless, efficient, and very comfortable, and we slept well. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet on our first day was not well managed. We arrived to overflowing garbage bins, empty food stations, and no seating available. No staff seemed to be monitoring the area, which made the morning feel hectic. The room experience was great; the breakfast service could use improvement.

Considering most hotels in Truro are totally garbage, I was SO surprised to find one that wasn't. Although the rooms are fairly basic, they are very clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly.

Comfortable rooms. Good beds and pillows. Lots of counter space and hangers for clothes. Shower pressure was awesome. Breakfast was good with several options -real nice sausages here. Lots of parking. Good distance to the airport.

Heading to Halifax for a morning medical appointment. Being as close to Halifax as this hotel was a bargain. Good breakfast and right on the highway

I don’t like 4-6 pillows on a bed as it is waste of resources to clean them.

It felt a bit damp.

The good: rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good with lots of options- the potatoes were yummy! Fridge and microwave in room. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The bad: no elevator so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. The refrigerator in the room has no freezer but there is an ice machine downstairs. The hallway had trash on the floor in several places.

Location was great. Staff was so nice and easy to talk to. Free breakfast was a bonus.

It was hard getting out of the driveway of the Comfort Inn. I had to wait 18 minutes to make a left turn out of the Comfort Inn. There should be traffic lights.

The facility was fine. Rooms were clean. Beds were adequate.

It’s only 2 stories but there is no elevator. For me it was a struggle to get my suitcases to the second floor. And the parking was odd. We parked next to the building and had to move because we were in front of the door to a unit. There were no numbers on the parking spots. It was an odd requirement I thought.

Kein richtiger Frühstücksraum, sondern nur 8 Stühle an 2 Tischen. Die meisten Leute mussten sich daher das Frühstück mit auf das Zimmer nehmen.

When I was there I had kids knocking on my door all hours of the night and running , called front desk couple times but no answer needless to say I had a unpleasant trip

Parking became an issue and really soft pillows im not a soft pillow person but will bring my own next time.

The staff were very agreeable and helpful. They changed our room from 2nd to 1st floor for us. Our heat didn't work so Andy, who was very friendly, came and fixed it right away. The room was clean except for the old heating system. The bed was comfortable.

In a good location of Truro

I was told during checking in that check out time is 11 am but at most we could stay till 12 pm. At 9 am, I called front-desk that we would like stay until 11:30 am and surely check-out before 12 pm. Front-desk said no problem! But, at 11:05 am (5 mins past 11 am), one hotel staff open the our room door with their keys, without knocking the door even! We were surprised! After 5 mins, fire alarm activated, surprisingly just in front of our room’s room. When we came outside of room, all the cleaning staff were laughing and there were doing their works! That made us totally unsafe!
