Courtyard Dallas Addison Midway

That the sheets were clean

The room was very dim, bad lighting Weird smell in room Carpets dirty Chair in room dirty Towel had hair on it

Great hotel, pictures just as described.

We paid more to have breakfast. A room is $88 without breakfast or $132 to include breakfast on booking.com. well I decided to do the breakfast included not knowing it was from a Starbucks inside the hotel (food was good no complaints) my problem I have is when we got to breakfast they said we could only have 1 breakfast item and 1 drink so only one of us could eat even tho when booking it says 2 people. So at least give us 1 breakfast item each and 1 drink each. Anyways, save your money and don't do breakfast included and just buy your breakfast and save money. I paid $40+ dollars more for the room and $10 for 1 breakfast sandwiches when I could have used that $40 plus extra, and we could have both ate without spending the extra $10 on top and still had extra. Anyways, I would stay again, just not opt for the breakfast included option.

The property was really nice and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. The location was close to many things.

Unfortunately we were supposed to have a room with a bath tub. Although 2 different employees tried to make that happen for us.. we were sent to our second room, told it had a tub and when we got in it, it had a shower. We still appreciated that we were upgraded to a suite. We were not impressed with the breakfast or the coffee. There was a large group of 10-12 young men outside our window after 10pm at night, looking in one of the bottom floor windows and then sitting right under our balcony area smoking marijuana and talking loudly. I called and complained but I did not see anyone ask them to leave the area.. they stayed for a while before leaving.

.

.

They cancelled our booking and told us only when we got there. The front desk said that they sent out an email about the booking but we never received any cancellation (not even from booking.com). The booking was still active by the time we got there and even after (proof is that I am writing this because booking.com still saw that the booking was not cancelled and requested a review from me). Fortunately we did not choose to pay in advanced, so no refund request need to be made. But we had to go and find another hotel at 8pm after a 5hr trip and it was extremely frustrated.

Very sophisticated

Parking

Unable to get into the room with the key card. Front.brought mebanother card and checked it and got me in my. The next time I went out and came back, the key card did not work. Luckily I had a friend in my room and was able to get in.

That was the only problem I had. Everything else was great.

This property is always great everytime we stay there. This is the only property that we will stay in during our time in Dallas. You always receive exceptional service, it’s always clean, the staff is always friendly, and we always feel safe and welcomed each stay. The front desk manager Dale always makes sure that we have an exceptional stay and makes us feel welcomed. He operates this property top tier every-time we visit.

There is absolutely no complaints with this property.

Confortable, nice hotel

They charged 40 extra on my arrival

I loved my experience, from checking to checking! It was a breeze

Hand's down the best part of this hotel is your staff. GREAT people.

Our door was hard to open

Everything was great

The attitude you receive when you ask why funds haven't been released from stay by someone I think she said kia or something of the sort then told manager busy they will let them know to call back and do not I travel to all states for work and enjoy courtyards but this lady definitely has attitude and not worth dealing with

Door wouldn’t close , maintenance guy was supposed to come and fix it , he didn’t. Multiple charges after check in Long long long walk just to get to elevator

The staff was friendly. Very apologetic. They had to cancel my stay and said I would receive credit and an email confirmation. But I have not received either.

It was good

Nothing

Nothing

Unhelpful staff. Internet did not work. They could not make me a key. The place was pretty dirty.

Staff was Very Friendly

The carpet in my room was damp and the carpet in the hallways was Definitely in need of REPLACEMENT. Some of the outside lights were not working. The side entrances need upkeep and the gravel outside of the side entrances was slippery & needs to be removed.

Good time and will be back

Nothing in particular

Away from traffic noise good location

For most part every thing was good

Service, thank you Austin! location and room was wonderful

ABF doesn't come with the room. Purchase as you want. Nice cafe and dining area.

Carpet in hall way and stairway could be improved. A little old.

Location

Shower and how far it was to the lobby from our room.

It was nice and easy to access, staff was friendly

The blackout curtains gave me LIFE!!!! The room was clean and it smelled good through out the hotel. The pool was crystal clear. The courtyard and area around the building was clean and safe. Inside the lobby and lounge area was very comfortable and inviting. The staff was polite and very attentive.

No shuttles to the airport. It would have made a world of difference. No complementary breakfast would have been a help as well since there aren't any breakfast locations in walking distance. The toilets are really low and the flushing pressure is low. I had to hold the handle down.

Closeness to my friends home

You didn’t include breakfast with the room

Everything

The location

expected it a little different room

How quiet it was

I liked everything about my stay .

Very friendly staff at the check-in and check out Great service from the bar! Clean and quiet rooms

I did not have a car so the choices to eat nearby were limited

We were stuck in Dallas due to Winterstorm. Finding the property and checking in was matter of minutes. Flawless operation during a chaotic night.

The property and the operation outdoor and indoor was clearly prepared in advance and was not effected by the Arctic storm front, it could not be said about DFW metroplex municipal authorities.

Nice clean and friendly staff

Everything

Location great. 6-minute drive to my job site along with the great amenities.

There was no shower door. Had to clean water up every time I showered. Hallway was always freezing like air conditioning was on.

No e-mail address to contact hotel. I have opened ticket to Booking. Address received, mail sent to hotel. No response received from hotel.

Huge gap under the door (about 3/8") and on one side of door (about 2/8") cause audio disruption. Due to such a door, the room was far from quiet.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to access

The bar

The room was smelly and there was a roach in the refrigerator!!!

Didn’t give us the two queen beds I reserved. Had to make due with a king and fold out bed. 👎

Very nice hotel. Entrance to the rooms was from outside which was a welcome difference. Quiet neighborhood,

Great experience and the staff was very nice and friendly. Rooms were clean as well.

Nice

Très fonctionnel, lit confortable, il ne manque rien

Petit déjeuner bon mais un peu sommaire. Les ampoules en lumière re froide dans la chambre créent un ambiance lugubre

Lovely lay out

Pool area needs a little work.

Great location and clean

The hotel is amazing, and they have a SUPER FRIENDLY staff!!!

Room was very clean, very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Grear hotel. Clean, safe, grear area.

I like the fact that the property was very quiet and it was a great place to rest.

What I didn’t like from the stay is the fact that there were ants in my room where we sleep I took pictures also the sofa seats were uncomfortable and hard another thing I didn’t like was that on Thursday August,14,2025 there was no warm water to take a bath in room 232 I had to take a bath with cold water and it was not a good or warm experience. For what I payed I think that we deserved better other than that everything was fine.

Everyone was so nice including De Aretha the housekeeper, Juan Front Desk helped me with my wifire. The bed was nice and clean. The pool had to be clean, which I missed getting into. Other than that. Give it a 55

Really enjoyed my stay

Everything was great except the bed was to soft, I had back surgery so it was not comfortable for me.

The rooms smelled musty...I think the AC units need more frequent cleaning.

Comfortable good location great staff

The pool wasn't open that's about it

AC was not cooling the room

Water was hot, A/C was cold. What more could you ask for in Texas in the middle of summer.

My place to stay away on trips and leisure awesome!

Nice

The people was great. Great service
