Estaba genial, se encuentra situado en muy buena zona a la entrada de Kas. Tal y como se muestra en las imágenes. Tienen aparcamiento propio y tienes todo a mano, supermercados, restaurantes, gasolineras. No necesitas vehículo para llegar/ acceder al centro. Esta muy bien equipado, a nivel de cocina y baño.

El único inconveniente es que en determinados días a altas horas de la noche se escuchaban considerablemente rezos, y resultó bastante molesto.

The location of the apartment was definitely one of the highlights

Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay here. For the price, I expected much better service and overall quality. For three days, I kept asking the staff to refill the soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Despite asking several times, they only took care of it right before I checked out. These are basic things that should be taken care of without guests having to keep asking. The staff were also quite rude and unfriendly. They didn’t seem very interested in helping or making guests feel welcome, which really affected the overall experience. The breakfast was very disappointing as well. The selection was extremely limited and basically the same every day. For the price of the hotel, I expected much more variety and better quality. Overall, I really don’t think the price matches what you get. What made it even more frustrating is that we found a much cheaper apartment for my friend, and her breakfast was actually better. Her place was also right in the center of Kaş, which was much more convenient. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again. There are definitely better options in Kaş for the same money -and even for less.

El apartamento no está mal, aunque parece mejor en las fotos. Tiene buena ubicación a 10min del centro, aunque pegado a la carretera de salida. Lo mejor el desayuno en la cafetería de abajo, muy variado y cuidan los detalles.

El recepcionista que nos atendió cuando llegamos no era muy amable, luego ppr la tarde había otro que fue mejor. Reclamamos porque el sofa cama era muy duro y por la forma no se podia hacer bien la cama, nos dijo que era lo que habia. El baño tenía mampara pero se salía el agua por todas partes.

Our stay was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly, and both the facilities and the room views are absolutely beautiful. The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre and the main tour meeting points.

As a vegan, I think the breakfast could be more vegan-friendly, although there are some fruit options available.

The location is very close to the bus station, which is practical. The view from the terrace is nice and the room comfortable with a good air-con for this time of year.

We were on the top floor and no help was given to carry our bags to the top. The property is listed as a boutique hotel and I believe with the price you pay for the terrace apartment, this is expected and we experienced this in all other hotels in Turkey where they didn’t have lifts. The hotel manager was quite rude when we requested plates for snacks, and didn’t feel this was an unreasonable request as they didn’t provide dinner options. The breakfast was very average and was advertised as a “Turkish breakfast”.

La chambre est bien équipée et très propre. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit-déjeuner est servi à table, ce n'est pas un buffet, mais il est de qualité. L'établissement est proche du centre ville et du port.

L'hôtel est juste devant la rue principale, donc du bruit de la rue.

Из минусов: парковки как таковой нет — машину приходится оставлять вдоль дороги возле гостиницы. Также неудобно организовано время заселения и выселения: выселение уже в 11:00, при этом когда мы приехали в 13:00, раньше установленного времени нас заселять отказались. Отдельно хочу отметить завтрак — он начинается только в 08:30. Для отдыхающих это может быть не критично, но если у вас ранние планы, это создаёт неудобства. Нам нужно было быть на регистрации на паром в Грецию в 08:30, поэтому позавтракать в отеле мы не смогли.

El personal super amable, los cuartos limpios y nos tocó con balconsito. Desayuno rico y a unos 15 min caminando al Old Town. Parking enfrente gratis.

El espacio es un poco reducido en los cuartos y escuchábamos un poco a los vecinos.

公寓酒店面对海湾，景色很漂亮，非常适合在阳台上喝酒看夕阳，位置很方便，走到老城就6-7分钟。

Все было супер! Хорошие завтраки, вежливый персонал, расположение отеля очень удобное (рядом мечеть, автовокзал, магазин под боком). До пляжа инжебогаз (лучший на мой взгляд) идти 20 минут. У меня был номер с террасой - это прям вау, кайфанул.

Struttura un po' datata, noi eravamo al terzo piano senza ascensore

Stanza carina piccola ma con tutto. Posizione buona vicina alla old town. Parcheggio davanti all'ingresso.

Colazione servita dalle 8.30 e principalmente salata nonostante la stessa venga preparata da una caffettteria cioccolateria che serve dolci, croissant, crepes.

Хороший просторный номер , две комнаты с балконами, достаточно чисто, удобная кровать, кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Отель расположен недалеко от центра, но возвращаться в отель нужно в горку, а потом ещё по крутой лестнице на третий этаж... Выселили ровно в 11.

Everything was good and clean and the staff was very friendly

The only bad thing is they doesn’t have an elevator you should go upstairs by steps

Spacious and well-equipped apartments. Ours included a washing machine. Plenty of street parking available. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the city center. The way back is slightly uphill, but it’s not steep at all. There are many fruit and vegetable shops along the way. Breakfast is included, fairly standard.

There was a discrepancy between the apartment shown in the booking photos and the one we stayed in. The room we checked into was different from the pictures. Having a balcony with sofas and a city view was extremely important to me. Uncomfortable, old, and shabby balcony chairs. The air conditioner barely worked.

Staff is nice. Location is near bus station so it’s convenient when you leave town via bus.

It’s a bit noisy. It’s near the mosque. And also it’s near the surrounding neighborhood so you can hear the local children. Not the fault of the hotel, but maybe thin walls and location. Booking.com industry soundproof walls. This is simply incorrect.

We stayed for one night at Hotel Dekataria Rooms & Aparts. Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing extensive renovations. There was a lot of noise during the day, and it is disappointing that this wasn't communicated to us beforehand. Due to the renovations, we couldn't have breakfast at the hotel. Instead, we had to walk 16 minutes to another location, which was quite unpleasant in 38-degree heat. Upon arrival, we found a dirty pillowcase in our room. We reported this to the reception, and they replaced it while we were out. However, they didn't lock our room door after changing the pillowcase, leaving all our belongings in an unsecured room. Additionally, the hotel didn't have a safe. Overall, we were a bit disappointed with our stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic, though

Biz kedimiz ile kaldık hayvan dostu olması tercih sebebimizdi. Kedimiz için ekstra ücret almadılar, odada sineklik bulunmuyordu. Kedimizi odaya bıraktığımızdan WC camını aralık bıraktık, bizim oda arka tarafta olduğundan sıcaklık anlamında pek sorun olmadı. Oda temizdi, bakımlıydı. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve güzeldi. Otel yetkilisi güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kaş merkeze 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde, aracımızı otelin önüne yol kenarına bıraktık herhangi bir sorun olmadı. Araçla Akçagerme plajı 7-10 dk Kemer Halk Plajı(yarımadada olan) 15-20 dk . Odamızın balkonu vardı akşam için keyifliydi. Biz genel olarak memnun kaldık, herkese tavsiye ederim.

Hotel is located quite close to city centre and had parking slots on the road. The host was making breakfast with his wife and the quality of the products was fine.

Be aware that this hotel is next to a mosque, so every day we woke up at 5AM. Besides, the host didn't want to give us beach towels and was insisting on paying in cash, which was a bit disturbing. For the rest – it quite worth the value, so if you are planning to visit Kas, you can definitely consider this option.

Perfectly clean, everything is working, firm mattress (of paramount importance for my back), beautiful view from the window.

Close to the main road, might be noisy during the day, although perfectly OK at night.

Breakfast is served in the downstairs dining area and is great.

Staff was extremely friendly particularly Mr. Yakup in reception. He did everything to make us comfortable and meet our demands. Turkish breakfast was open buffet and delicious! Facility was clean as well. Overall parking is not a problem - you always find somewhere on the road. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The location is quite close to the city center (around 700 meters), but due to hill, it gets challenging to climb back after dinner with hot weather. We stayed in a room looking at the main road which is noisy with traffic and mosque. If you can close the window and sleep full night under AC, I guess wouldn’t be a no problem. Unfortunately, internet was not stable in the room (possibly in only our room in the 2nd floor #1 as it is far from the router).

Останавливались на одну ночь. отель расположен не далеко от автовокзала. Уютный, не большой номер, соответствует описанию. Отличный вид с балкончика на море. Не совсем повезло с горячей водой поздним вечером, утром проблема исчезла.

the cleanest hotel I've ever had. View also very nice and few minutes walk from the bus station. I recommend to stay here more than around city center. Feels more open.

Konaklamadan genel olarak memnunduk, kahvaltısı çok şey beklemeyenler için gayet makul. fakat kaldığımız odanın ilk kat çamaşırhane yanı olması çok rahatsız etti. Odada bulunduğumuz sürece perde açamadık hiç bir şekilde. mutlaka kalacağınız odanın katını ve konumunu önceden sorun. Önceden buna göre rezervasyon yapmanız durumunda memnun kalacağınız bir otel. konumu merkeze on dakika bu çok memnun etti.

Konum olarak biraz yukarıda olmasına aldanmayın çarşıya sahile yürüme mesafesinde. bir çok otelde kaldım kaldıklarım arasında en temizi hatta çok temiz. Yatakları da özellikle çok rahattı. Yaşar beye ilgi ve hizmetinden teşekkür ederim tereddüt etmeden kalabilirsiniz.

It was a great place for its money for a 1 night stay. The rooms are somewhat small, but very clean and comfortable. Some have a big balcony and offer a view on the bay.

I loved staying at Dekatria! The room was clean and beautiful with a very nice balcony, comfortable bed, large bathroom, and good wifi. Excellent location near the center of town and right by the bus terminal. I hope to come back soon!

Tertemiz ve Covid-19 kurallarına uyan bir işletmeydi. Oda fotoğraftan göründüğünden daha küçüktü fakat bu bizi rahatsız etmedi. İşletme yeni olduğu için de temizliği daha çok göstermekteydi. Kahvaltı Covid-19 önlemleri kapsamında açık büfe değildi ki bu bizim için güzel bir şeydi. Fazlasıyla doyurucu kahvaltı servis ettiler. Merkeze de yakındı fakat Kaş’ta her yer bayır olduğu için otele dönüşte biraz yoruluyorduk, bu da katlanılabilir :) Ayrıca diğer otellere göre bir tık yukarda kalması merkez gürültüsünden uzakta kaliteli bir uyku çekmenizi sağlıyor, otopark sorunu da olmuyor. Kendi otoparkı yok ama bulunduğu konum itibariyle arabanızı otelin çok yakınlarına park edebilirsiniz. Teşekkürler Dekatria!
