I came with my family and the experience was unlike any other, the staff was very friendly and went beyond our expectations to make sure we felt satisfied. Mr Adel,Mr Morsey and Nada all are great staff members who truly care about their patrons. The hotel rooms were also very clean, spacious and modern.

Exceptional Service, staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfoty. Location is nice. Food is good.

Hospitality All staff are helpful Nice view Good location

This is my third time, and it won't be the last. Everything was exceptional, clean, organized, and beautiful. Thank you to everyone who helped us have a wonderful vacation, starting with Ms. Nada in the reservations department, the reception, room service, security, the beach, and the restaurant. Thank you, Porto Said.

Excellent stay and a wonderful family experience. Our family trip to Portosaid Hotel & Spa was highly enjoyable and comfortable. The resort services are excellent, the rooms are clean, and the views are beautiful. The restaurant buffet was diverse, delicious, and very kid-friendly. The entire team was professional and always helpful.. Thanks Ahmed from Reception, Ashraf & Moataz from house keeping and Special thanks to Nada for her excellent and dedicated follow-up both before and during our stay. We will definitely visit again!

Large clean room with nice view. Excellent reception and room service staff ready to answer any requests at any time of the day. Life guards are vigilant to the kids at the pool and and the beach. Nice food with good variety

Only one thing: when the sandy beach is ready after maintenance, the hotel will be my favorite destination for vacations.

Staff are really polite, quiet and calm atmosphere

Mosquitos 🫥

Exceptional location, the hotel site is wonderful although a little bit away from city center but you can find everything you need around the hotel. The staff are helpful and professional, they do their best to make everything comfortable and respond for requirements and needs of the guest momentarily. I liked the follow up calls everyday to make sure the stay is ok. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Room service is great, they know what to do and are very professional. I enjoyed my stay actually.

The beach is dangerous and not well prepared. It is really disappointing. The kids and I couldn't enjoy it although it was better before. It is a little overpriced in comparison to other hotels in Portsaed. The pools are small and can't accommodate numbers unfortunately.

Clean property, and staff were nice.

The food variety and quality fall short of what I'd expect for a hotel of this star rating. The juices, in particular, tasted artificial rather than fresh, this could easily be improved. Resturant staff were amazing and courteous. On the facilities side, beach access is quite challenging, and the swimming pools feel surprisingly small for a resort of this size.

people their are very decent and friendly , i asked for a late check out at 4 pm which is 2 hours latter and they agreed

Every thing is good

Great stay overall the staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout Facilities were clean and the atmosphere was relaxing.

the beach was disappointing. It wasn't properly equipped for swimming/entry into the water, which made it hard to actually enjoy

Amazing stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. Special thanks to Hamada from the Housekeeping team for his outstanding effort and attention to detail, and to Mamdouh from the Reception team for his professionalism, kindness, and excellent service. They truly made our stay more comfortable. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again! 🌟

Nothing. Everything was perfect

The place is clean from Alcohol and very good for families .. so great. Although I faced a little problem during the check-in but overall the hotel staff was very helpful The hotel sea view is exceptional, car parking area was excellent and the whole place is safe. Fruits basket was given to each room .. thank you

The breakfast was well below our expectations, no variety, @ 09:00 am we found many empty trays, no juices, no nuts .. it can be classified as 3 stars breakfast or even below .. also the tables cleaning was very bad. THE ROOMS BALACONI WALL IS MADE FROM GLASS WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION - EXTREME DANGEROUS

Very nice hotel and staff . We feel that we life with our family.

The room was very clean

I asked for iron it came after like 15 min other than that everything is good

Despite I didn’t attend myself, the family admired their stay and I’m happy to share their feedback. Location is amazing, Receptionists were professional, Animation team was very friendly and they were kind & caring, honesty team as they forget the power bank and the team returned it back during check-out. The overall vibes were nice and kids enjoyed their time.

Pool kinda small. Once you arrive you feel the room lacks to fresh air, it was handled by keeping the balcony open. Minor quality notices toward the mug and the team changed it as per my request. Nothing major to mention.

The manager is very good Mr Ossama is highly qualified manager

The rooms are very clean

If you're looking for comfort, relaxation, and peace of mind, I highly recommend this place. Every few months, we all need a break from the stress of work, and each time I choose to stay here. The rooms are outstanding, and the level of cleanliness is truly exceptional. The restaurant is top-notch, offering excellent food quality with a wide variety of delicious options. What makes the experience even more special is the management and staff—their care and attention to guests are remarkable. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction in every possible way. Thank you, Porto Said, for another wonderful stay. Looking forward to seeing you again soon! Thanks, Mr Ossama Nabil.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Good vibes. Simple place full of nice people who spare no effort to make your stay as pleasant as they can.

The rooftop pool has to be heated it is unusable this way.
