Nicht so gute Anbindung mit dem ÖPNV auf dem Rückweg von Disneyland. Kleinbus war ab der Bahnstation voll und wir mussten in der Nacht dann leider ins Hotel laufen.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Very friendly staff. Some speak limited English. Urban location, just 7 minutes from the shopping outlet. Very positive is the free charging station. And free private parking.
Breakfast was quite good, but some improvements on availability and quantity (bread) could be made. The rooms, smelled a bit mushy when we entered. And unfortunately there was a living spider in the pillow case. We had to pay almost double the price for our stay because we checked in early, not realizing there would be an extra fee.

Habitación pequeña y cama supletoria pequeña e incómoda. Se nota la limpieza dependiendo a quien le toca la habitación (o el día que tiene) pero aún con esos inconvenientes buena calidad precio. En el pueblo no hay casi nada por lo que si quieres tomar un café fuera del hotel lo tienes mal

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026We had a lovely stay, the staff was very kind, helpful and atentive. They arranged us a last min Disney drop-off/ pick up and were happy to help with everything we needed. Rooms where nice, breakfast was good and the location was perfect for our trip (disney 10 min drive away, paris city center cca. 40 min, and CDG is only 30 mins drive). There is a small shop just the other side of the road, very convinient for some late night snacks or fresh fruits.

- les portes qui claquent (malheureusement, beaucoup d’ d’hôtels ont ce problème) - le frigo qui est tombé en panne - la taille de la chambre, très très petite, heureusement qu’on me l’a changé - absence de lumière, je trouve que c’était trop sombre dans la chambre

Unsere anfänglichen Unsicherheiten beim Bestellen im Restaurant schien das Personal eher zu nerven. Die Sprachbarriere hat nicht geholfen, da die Bedienung nur Französisch und nur sehr wenig Englisch sprach.

Je trouve que ça ne mérite absolument pas 4 étoiles. L’insonorisation est inexistante. Les chambres standard sont minuscule et sincèrement certaines choses sont vétustes. L’interrupteur de la lumière étant cassé il a fallu dévisser l’ampoule pour éteindre la lumière… une vis sort de l’applique… Traces de coloration sur le sèche serviette de la salle de bain. Literie pas très confortable. Lit petit. Dans le couloir des traces de coulure sur le mur.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch aber gepflegt.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Vriendelijk personeel. Het ontbijt is lekker. De badkamer is klein, net als de kamer maar er is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en het is proper. Een goede spiegel en verlichting in de badkamer om mij te scheren (uitzonderlijk). Je krijgt elke dag propere handdoeken en koffie en thé. 2 x lekker diner gegeten, eenvoudig maar goed.
Klein aandachtspunt: aan tafel vraag je best een 2e bestek als je voorgerecht vis is en het hoofdgerecht vlees, gezien het hier niet de gewoonte is, maar ze maken er ook geen probleem van.

Nem igen értem hogy hogy lesz egy 15 euro/ óra előfizetésből 130 euro az early check in-re, főleg úgy hogy a szoba már kész volt mikor oda értünk, számomra ez érthetetlen és borzalmasan sok akkor is ha taxot kell fizetni személyenként.

Yo hice la reserva en febrero, comenté que iba por el cumpleaños de mi esposo y el mío, y nos dieron una habitación donde el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero al día siguiente nos cambiaron a otra habitación mucho más pequeña que la que yo había seleccionado. El desayuno no me gustó, los pancakes estaban viejos, el huevo revuelto ya se que es industrial, pero estaba muy aguado para mi gusto, y no había variedad por el precio que se paga

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Wir haben Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni sechs Nächte mit unseren Kindern im Hôtel du Cheval Blanc verbracht und waren rundum begeistert. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, die beide in einem hervorragenden Zustand waren – sehr sauber, gepflegt und gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet und boten alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Badezimmer waren modern und hochwertig renoviert und ebenso wie die Zimmer makellos sauber. Auch die individuell regelbare Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer hat selbst an den warmen Sommertagen einwandfrei funktioniert – ein Komfort, den wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Das gesamte Hotel strahlt eine ruhige und familiäre Atmosphäre aus, sodass wir uns nach langen Tagen in Disneyland oder Paris immer bestens erholen konnten. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Die Auswahl war für uns genau richtig und bot für jeden etwas: von Rührei mit Speck über frische Baguettes sowie eine gute Käse- und Wurstauswahl bis hin zu Müsli, Joghurt, frischem Obst, Säften und gutem Kaffee. Besonders die Kinder haben sich jeden Morgen über die leckeren Croissants und Schokobrötchen gefreut. So konnte jeder den Tag mit seinem persönlichen Lieblingsfrühstück beginnen. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt am Hotel. Es waren jederzeit ausreichend Stellplätze verfügbar. Für uns war das Hôtel du Cheval Blanc die perfekte Kombination aus Gemütlichkeit, Komfort und einer sehr guten Lage für Ausflüge nach Disneyland Paris und ins Zentrum von Paris. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

The room was very small. Much smaller than what it seems in the pictures. The bed was also very small. Definitely smaller than a full sized bed. We were shoulder to shoulder and barely fit comfortably. There are stairs and very heavy doors to get to the rooms. The hotel was also quite difficult to find and there are no ways to turn around but that seems typical for France

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Hôtel étape sur la route du parc de Disneyland, à 15 minutes de voiture: lieu géographique idéal ! Grande chambre spacieuse (nous avons été surclassé) donnant sur la cour intérieure, confortable et fonctionnelle. Le personnel très gentil et serviable, le petit dej également est très bon. Un point également sur le restaurant où nous avons très bien dîné à des prix corrects. Là aussi la serveuse en plus d’être efficace était sympathique.
Rien de spécial si ce n’est qu’il faudrait porter une attention particulière à diverses petites choses dans la chambre, exemple: le robinet de gauche qui bouge qui est à refixer, également le support du pommeau de douche, le frigo qui ne marchait pas ET il faisait particulièrement chaud dans la chambre pendant une partie de la nuit.

A pesar de que el desayuno no es tan grande como en otros hoteles de cuatro estrellas frutas, hay suficiente variedad para elegir entre dulce y salado, frutas y cereales. No te quedas con hambre. Además, dispone de parking gratuito. A 10 minutos en coche de Disneyland.
Nos gustó todo en este alojamiento.

There is a small shop nearby where you can buy water, fruits etc. There is a bus stop nearby to take you to the Val D’Europe centre/ train station if needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. €14 uber to Disney land Paris.
The size of the double room is a bit small. The restaurant should consider more food options on the menu.

Reviewed May 25, 2026- What an amazing hotel right next to Disney Land. We chose this hotel becuase of its proximity to Disney Land and it did not disappoint - We arrived late at night and were initially offered a very small room. When we requested for a larger room we were given probably the largest room at the property which was absolutely amazing considering we spent 3 nights there. - The hotel staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond even helping me take off the carrier from my car and storing it in the hotel premises and then helped me put it back. - The htoel offered free charging for electric vehicles which was simply an added and rather unexpected benefit. - The food in the hotel was alright but i wouldnt complain too much about that.

E siamo rimasti fino allo spettacolo di chiusura delle 22.40 Al ritorno abbiamo preso la Rar 1 fermata e con il pullman 3 fermate in mezz'ora siamo tornati!!!!
