Everything! It was amazing! The staff were very attentive, they helped us with all of our reservations and anything we needed on the spot. The room was more than we expected. a really great place to relax and appreciate free time.

the hairdryer... for a hotel on this level, i expected a hairdryer that would be more potent so I didn´t pack mine for the trip.

Gorgeous - stellar property and the rooms were spacious with lovely decks. The siete Fuegos dinner was a terrific experience. Staff were all very solicitous.

Would be nice to have a couple of other amenities (eg tennis). I know they are expanding.

As vilas.mais antigas precisam de uma renovação. O restaurante precisa se dividir (um mais exclusivo e outro mais informal). O spa precisa de uma ampliação e renovação.

O hotel é ótimo e a equipe excelente. O restaurante Siete Fuegos tem que ser experimentado. Muito confortável e numa localização espetacular.

Estávamos no início do inverno e o banheiro ficava gelado. Deixando a porta do quarto aberto já amenizou a situação. Mas acho que deveriam pensar em aquecimento no piso ou no proprio banheiro.

As vilas são muito confortáveis e bem equipadas. Tudo o que você precisar estará a sua disposição. O staff é sempre muito cordial e educado, sabem tudo sobre a história da acomodação. A hospedagem toda é uma experiência imperdível!

Box do Banheiro. O Chuveiro. Esteticamente legal. Mas a funcionalidade deixa um pouco a desejar uma vez que molha todo o piso do banheiro inclusive o vaso sanitário e principalmente o papel higiênico.

The breakfast was very good. The suites were amazing with the view of the Andes. The restaurant was superbe with a view on the small lake. The gym over the vines was incredible!!!

A estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa, os quartos Villa são fantásticos, amplos, equipados, com uma varanda excelente e destaque para o terraço na parte superior do quarto, que permite um vista dupla incrível: das Cordilheiras de um lado e das parreiras do outro, permitindo ainda ter vista do nascer do Sol e por Sol, como do nascer da Lua e por da Lua no mesmo terraço. O café da manhã no restaurante 7 Fuegos também é excelente com ótima vista e a academia super funcional nos meio das parreiras.

Achei que pelo valor o hotel esta precisando de uma manutenção, e treinamento para os funcionários. Tudo muitooo demorado. Comida ok e concierge bem fraco. Alem da demora na resposta pelo porte do hotel aparentemente tem baixa influência. Foi legal conhecer o hotel, mas não preciso voltar. Ficaria em hotéis menores, mais charmosos e que o serviço seja melhor. Nao tivemos nenhuma situação ruim no atendimento mas nada nos surpreendeu

Caro demais para o fraco atendimento. Saimos cedo e voltamos de tarde apos o almoço e esqueceram de arrumar nosso apartamento. Hotel longe, dificil acesso, poucas opçoes de coisas ao redor e nao é nada de especial pelo preço absurdo que cobra. O restaurante tem comida boa mas deixa a desejar perto de outros do mesmo chef.

The location is amazing! The property is lovely. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent! We also enjoyed the bikes to ride around the property. Nice wine tasting too. The views are just the best!

Unfortunately, our villa wreaked of stale smoke from fireplace backdraft. It was overwhelming. While really a lovely property with a great restaurant, I am not sure it is worth the high pricetag.

O hotel é incrível: vista maravilhosa, quartos excelentes, área comum muito boa. Quanto ao serviço, apesar de toda boa vontade, os funcionários estão mal preparados para atender aos clientes, tanto quanto a pré chegada quanto as informações do tanto que tem para fazer ao redor do próprio complexo the vines. As senhoras Victoria e Veronica foram super simpaticas ao nos explicar que a equipe foi trocada há pouco tempo e estão em processo de mudanças, para melhor. A hidromassagem da área principal estava cheia de limo nas saídas de água e oxidada nos ralos. Falta um pouco mais de cuidado, em se tratando de um hotel 5 estrelas, membro da leading hotéis of the world “LHW” e que tem uma tarifa bem alta, em relação aos demais hotéis da região.

Foi boa, mas deixou a desejar, pela expectativa que havia e pelo valor da diária.

O atendimento é espetacular! Especialmente das atendentes Abril e Guadalupe, nos receberam super bem! Também especial o passeio a cavalo com o guia Danilo, muito atencioso e solicito! Parabéns a toda a equipe em geral!

O hotel é incrível. Quarto enorme com uma vista para o lago de tirar o fôlego. Os funcionários são muito cordiais e solicitos. O vinho que deixaram no quarto é maravilhoso!!! O restante Siete Fuegos que fica dentro do hotel é muito bom também, vale a pena jantar por lá. Única sugestão seria incluir alguns itens saudáveis no café da manhã, como algum pão sem glúten, aveia para acompanhar as frutas, etc (apesar de que não prejudicou em nada, rs).

Experiência incrível aos pés da cordilheira dos andes! O hotel tem um pouco de tudo de Mendoza.

The property is definitely showing it’s age. We had multiple rooms and all of them just had a film of dirt on the floors, as though they hadn’t been mopped in months. The stone in the rooms were chipping all over the place. The AC units didn’t work in some of the rooms. We lost power in two of the rooms twice. Overall, it was very disappointing, especially given the extremely high price point. Last time we stayed at Casa de Uco and loved it. We were excited to try the Vines this time, but unfortunately we will be going right back to Casa de Uco next time. (Also, they charge everything in USD-converted at the official rate-so you don’t even get the benefit of the exchange rate. And if you ask to convert that rate to pesos, they do it at the unofficial rate, so there’s no way around getting screwed. That was extremely frustrating.)

Amazing view, pool, outdoor jacuzzi, gym and nice restaurant! Very spacious and clean room.

The private transfers to and from the airport and in particular to the wineries were extremely expensive (however both drivers were very nice and knowledgeable). We tried to coordinate various activities weeks in advance however were unable to do them in the end (e.g. fly fishing, horse riding) which was very disappointing. Staff in various locations were inattentive (e.g. waited +20 minutes for various activities like dinner, almost an hour for wine at dinner).

the suite was amazing , - best room we have ever had . the views and location are amazing . swimming pool and sis all brilliant

breakfast could be improved . bar service slow ( staff are brilliant but not enough the on the bar ) should serve nuts etc with drinks like all other 5 star hotel bars

the view from room is spectacular and beautiful!!! I have to admit that it is really unbeatable. BUT.... 1.very inconvenient to drive, as the signboard is not clear, we lost our way to drive in and drive out. 2.restaurant very very upset, we chose to stay becoz of seven fires, but the food is not stunning at all, just very normal, not even nicer than the restaurant in Mendoza city, you can imagine how upset we were. the service staff in the restaurant is not observing, service level very low 4. swimming pool super dirty. I dunno why the pool is damn dirty that they dun want to clean it. at least get someone to check every few hours to clean the insects and leaves.

Incredible location and stunning property. Every detail has been carefully thought about and deliberately chosen. Despite initial reservations, there is a lot of things to do in and around the properties; activities, tasting, biking, eating options.

This was our second stay and it was even better than before. Pictures cannot even begin to show how gorgeous this hotel and property are. The room is also extremely comfortable and the staff is always trying to please. We will definitely come again!

Hotel maravilhoso, incrível, sensacional!! Eu amei!! Quando vc chega no hotel já te recepcionam com uma taça de vinho produzida nas vinícolas do hotel. O staff é muito atencioso. O quarto é enorme e com uma vista linda e com tecnologia de ponta. O restaurante siete fuegos é muito bom!! Vale muuuuuito a pena!!
