Bardzo fajny apartament. Było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Obsługa super komunikatywna i odpowiada bardzo szybko na pytania i bardzo pomocna. Mamy plan kiedyś wrócić do costa nova, więc nie będziemy szukać innego noclegu

Everything was perfect! The place was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed. The location was great and the property was beautifully kept. A special thanks to the hosts, who were incredibly flexible and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!

Es un apartamento de dos plantas . La televisión no se veía en español y ninguna de las camas dobles era cama grande / king, como decía la info

Situación y atención muy buenas. Estaba limpio y decorado con buen gusto. Aunque es cierto, como se indica en algunos comentarios, que se oye el ruído del obrador de la pastelería, no resulta particularmente molesto. Tiene un aseo en la planta baja y baño en la superior.

Todo estaba bien, pero sería perfecto con pequeños detalles. Deberían mejorar los utensilios de cocina (un cuchillo grande que corte y una sartén serían de gran ayuda). Los sillones de la cocina no resultan cómodos y se echa en falta un sofá y alguna almohada más alta. La ducha requiere un poco de mantenimiento de la grifería. Las escaleras resultan un tanto incómodas, pero ya se veían en las fotos (y eso no se puede solucionar).

Ha estado todo fenomenal. Muy buena ubicación, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para estar bien

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral, von hier aus ist das Meer zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Sonnenschirme standen vom Vermieter zur Verfügung. Parkplätze waren kostenfrei und ausreichend verfügbar. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Insbesondere wenn man mit Freunden reist, wären 2 Bettdecken komfortabler ;)

Lokalizacja między laguną i oceanem. Dostepne bardzo duzo bezplatnych miejsc parkingowych przy samym obiekcie nawet w sezonie. Mieszkanie ma 2 poziomy, dla niekotrych mozebyc istotne to że brak jest windy. Wewnątrz lokalu rownież 2 poziomy, dół gdzoe znajduje sie aneks kuchenny i piętro gdzie są 2 sypialnie i łazienki.

Gute Lage, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Nur 5-10min zum Strand. Moderne und gut ausgestattete Küche. Leider keine Spülmaschine.

Sehr sauberes,geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Die Lage perfekt auch zum bummeln am Meer und am See. Trotz einiger Manko würde ich wieder kommen

Wasserhahn der Spüle sehr wackelig. Der kleine Balkon wäre sehr schön wenn er nicht von Vögeln verschmutzt wäre. Bei der Ausstattung wurde leider an Haken für Badetücher gespart ,in der zweiten Toilette gab es kein Handtuch und auch nichts zum aufhängen dafür.

Comfortabel appartement waar al het nodige aanwezig is. Op korte afstand van restaurants, winkels en strand. Aangename kustplaats. Parking in de onmiddellijke omgeving.

Buena ubicación, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. Justo enfrente está el mercado que tiene un producto fresco de buena calidad (pescado, fruta) y en la parte baja del edificio de apartamentos una panadería-pastelería estupenda. Es un plus añadido al alojamiento. El apartamento estaba muy limpio.

Un inconveniente que no tiene garaje y en temporada alta aunque hay mucho aparcamiento en los alrededores es complicado aparcar. Incomodísimos los sillones del salón-cocina, muy decorativos pero nada cómodos. No hay una sola percha en el cuarto de baño. Todo en general en el apartamento bien, aunque precisa un poco de mantenimiento, el grifo de la cocina se mueve está flojo, los carriles de la persiana del dormitorio están sueltos y en días de viento hacen mucho ruido, el estor de la escalera no funciona, el teléfono de la ducha no funciona, sólo la alcachofa de techo, en fin pequeñas cosas que tienen fácil reparación.

Квартира очень чистая и пахнет свежестью, хорошее освещение, два санузла, хорошая звукоизоляция. В кухне есть практически всё необходимое. Рядом рестораны на любой вкус, продуктовые магазины, рыбный рынок, кафе с итальянским мороженым. До океана всего несколько минут ходьбы плюс очень большое пространство для прогулок по городку и у водоёма. Воздух пропитан солнцем и релаксом. Мы бы охотно вернулись и остались на несколько недель.

Нам не хватало небольшого диванчика вместо двух огромных кресел, телевизора с интернетом, небольшого рабочего стола на верхнем этаже, острых кухонных ножей для готовки.

Très bon séjour près de Aveiro. L’établissement était agréable, propre et confortable, avec une organisation simple et efficace pour l’arrivée. Toutes les informations nécessaires avaient été transmises clairement par le propriétaire, ce qui a permis une installation facile et autonome grâce au système de boîte à clés. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable et recommandons cette adresse sans hésitation.

Le seul petit point qui manquerait pour atteindre la perfection serait une place de parking privative… même si le stationnement gratuit à proximité reste appréciable !

Wir wurden von Paul sehr freundlich empfangen.Er hat uns alles gut erklärt und uns seine E-Mail angegeben falls wir Hilfe benötigen. Die Wohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns gar nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war einfach perfekt. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs . Es waren immer genügend freie und kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden. Unter der Wohnung gab es ein Restaurant/Bäckerei sodass wir bestens versorgt waren.

Wir wurden jeden Tag um 06.00 von den Gästen im Restaurant unter uns geweckt. Der Lärm dauerte jeweils eine halbe Stunde.Danach war es wieder ruhig.

un poco de ruido debido a los motores supongo de los extractores de la pastería que hay debajo sólo advertir que tiene muchas escaleras.. el apartamento tiene dos niveles, para subir al apartamento hay escaleras y dentro del apartamento para acceder al dormitorio tambien hay escaleras 10 o 12 pasos mínimo. y no tiene ascensor.

We loved the proximity to the beach, the waterfront and shops including markets to pick up groceries. Bakery /coffee shop next door. New appliances worked great including clothes washer. Bathroom on both levels. Bed very comfortable. Paulo met us to check us in and give instructions, and helped us address a couple of issues promptly, and was terrific. Check-out was easy.

A love seat sized couch would be nice. The two chairs were comfortable to be sure, but to really lie back, the only option is the bed.

The space is very well equipped and clean. Check in was easy. Saw Fireworks from the top floor balcony.

Just missing a good knife in the kitchen to cook with and to replace some utensils that were damaged/burned or a little dirty as well as some proper wine and champagne glasses.

O quarto tem excelentes comodidades, a cama é muito confortável, a cozinha bem equipada com tudo o necessário, alguns produtos base para cozinhar, caso necessário. Água do duche quente. Aquecimento do apartamento funcional. Aspecto em geral bastante moderno. A localização está numa área com pequeno comércio e restaurantes, perto da ria e da praia. Os anfitriões são bastante prestáveis.

A vista é para o mercado mesmo em frente, com visão bastante lateral para a ria. A inexistência de sofá na sala. Os cadeirões não são confortáveis.

Apartment looks lovely clean and modern

There was a lot of low noise at night from bakery and other business even with the windows closed i had disturbed sleep the 3 nights I was there

Superb apartment, with all the neccessary equipment and amenities. We would have wished to stay longer, so we will probably return. Air conditioning essential as the days tended to be somewhat hot. No problems with the soundproofing, despite having a bakery and a restaurant on the ground level. The marketplace - very well equipped as well - is just across the street. We appreciated also the calm of the resort, no loud music, no scandals. Thank you Paulo for being a gracious host that replied to all our questions and needs. Keep the same level!

Me gustó todo. Por poner algún pero, en el baño de una de las habitaciones, el que es más pequeño se echa de. Menos un lugar para poner los enseres personales como el cepillo o el neceser. También recomendamos cambiar las escobas y recogedor.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicación, es cómodo y amplio. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar una buena estancia.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, es un apartamento grande. El personal es muy amable. Tiene locales para poder hacer comprar y comer en casa, ya tiene cubiertos platos y ollas, nosotros solo compramos limpia platos y estropajo . Estaba todo bien limpio.

Las camas algo incomodas.La ubicación es buena pero no nos pudimos bañar en la playa ya que había olas altas. Y para visitar no hay gran cosa allí. Nos tocaba usar el coche en todo momento. Cogimos muchos días en el sitio a mi parecer dependiendo de lo lejos que venga uno del viaje lo justo sería dormir 2 noches para visitar costanova y coger el coche y visitar aveiro al otro día.

The glass wall in the bathroom bit some people like it

This is a lovely property in a fantastic location and we were warmly welcomed on our arrival by Joana. We had the two bedroom first floor apartment for myself, my husband and our teenage daughters (who shared a double bed). It was clean & well equipped with microwave/oven/hob/fridge freezer/coffee machine/washer dryer/iron - and plenty of glasses, plates, cups, etc. A nice touch was the extra bits and pieces like washing machine capsules/loo roll/coffee capsules/teabags/kitchen roll/washing up liquid etc. We had two bathrooms in this apartment also – one with a good sized shower and the other was just a toilet and sink - really useful! There are Aircon units in each bedroom & in the living area. We had a balcony off the kitchen area with a sofa and table. This proved to be an excellent vantage point for the beautiful town of Costa Nova. The apartment is above a restaurant & beside the local market so there’s plenty of activity going on and it was a pleasure to sit out with a glass of wine and observe the world going by. Lots of restaurants & a couple of supermarkets just a short walk away. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk and is absolutely stunning. There were some umbrellas (presumably left by previous guests) in the foyer area of the apartments that we used on the hotter days. All told, we had an excellent 1 week stay and I would recommend. I had some concerns about previous reviews mentioning the noise of the restaurant below, but this didn’t cause us an issue.

I can’t honestly think of anything – it exceeded our expectations and we felt it was excellent value for money. A dishwasher would’ve been amazing, but the kitchen is compact and there isn’t room so we adopted quickly to old school ‘wash as you go’!

It was in the middle of things

The sat nav brought us to a different building. There was no lift The bed room was upstairs the kitchen was small the chairs was very uncomfortable and the bed was uncomfortable everything else was ok

Great location, right next to the market were you can find fresh local fruit, there is also a fish market and is walking distance to the restaurants. Downstairs there is a bakery/cafeteria with plenty of options, great coffee and pastries.

The bathroom of the master bedroom is in a weird location, is inside the bedroom but the doors are glass doors and right next to the balcony, so it lacks privacy, if you want to go to the balcony you need to go through the bathroom and if you need to use the bathroom then you need to close the curtains that faces the balcony but who ever is inside the bedroom can still see you because is al clear, so you don't have much privacy but luckily there are 2 more bathrooms in the apartment.

The apartment has all the amenities you need for a short stay, the kitchen was very good equipped and everything was very clean. The location was perfect, few meters from the beach, close to the fish market, good parking possibilities, beautiful area. We had a very nice time and felt comfortable.

There is nothing we did not like, we missed a proper broom, there was a short one but a long stick one would have help as we staked a whole week.

Great location, amazing views, 15 minutes by car to the center of Aveiro. Next to a restaurant, bakery and shop with fresh fruit and vegetables.

The apartment occupies two floors with two separate bedrooms with two individual bathrooms. It is a very spacious apartment with several private terraces. Clean and almost new or recently renovated. We visited in January, but it was still very comfortable and warm.

We thought we'd enjoy our time in Costa Nova, but didn't expect to love it as much as we did... and it's thanks in large part to this place! Paulo was kind, attentive, and flexible; he allowed us to check in early, answered our questions about the area, and met us on time at the door with keys in hand. The property itself is secure, modern, and nicely furnished (and somehow smells fresh and clean, despite being surrounded on all sides by fish markets and seafood restaurants.) A/C in both bedrooms worked great, showers stayed hot, and beds were comfortable. We loved being right next to the local fish market and took advantage of the location between lagoon and beach to visit both waterfronts. The town has a wonderful ambiance and is easy to navigate on foot (though the free parking was a huge plus!) We far preferred this area to Aveiro and its surrounding beaches. We appreciated the supply of ample laundry detergent and kitchen supplies; both made for a comfortable and convenient stay. We'd feel lucky to visit again someday!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing stay at this accommodation. The location was fantastic, with plenty of parking space and an exceptional bakery right downstairs that made our mornings delightful. The house was spotless, with everything new, modern, and tastefully designed. The host was amazing—very attentive and super responsive. We felt very safe and found the experience worth every penny. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
