We booked this hotel to attend a concert in Tepatitlan for Julion Alvarez at the Palenque and the location was marvelous! Located in front of the stunning church with beautiful views. The rooms were huge and very beautiful, looked very luxurious but the view is what was truly stunning. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always there to meet our needs. The elevator was quite small and took some time to arrive, the parking offerings were located about 3 blocks away. Other than that, the stay was amazing, the facilities very clean and the view 10/10. The palenque was a short taxi ride away. Would definitely return.

The parking was off site and the elevator very small and you had to wait for it but that is nothing too bad. Otherwise all else was amazing.

The location was amazing and the rooftop bar was the best. The balcony rooms were comfortable clean and the Air conditioning was great. The staff was friendly and they even congratulated us in our anniversary. Will definitely come back here for my tepa visit.

Todo estuvo excelente en este Hotel. Había un poco de ruido por el Lola's rooftop bar y por estar en el centro de Tepa pero eso ya lo esperábamos. El Staff muy amable siempre.

Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien conservadas.

Que no me explicaron a mi llegada del check in , que el hotel cuenta con un convenio de estacionamiento como alternativa sin restriccion de horarios de entrada y salida ,aun sin importar que tenia costo adicional. Solo me dijeron que en los alrededores podía ver opciones y tome una opcion , sin embargo tenían horarios establecidos, tuve que pagar taxis para moverme en mi estadía y tener mi auto en resguardo, esto opción me la explico otra señorita que me atendió en el check out. Por otro lado , mi reserva la realice desde julio 2025, se bloqueo el monto de la reserva en mi tarjeta, en el entendido que el día de la reserva se cobraría la totalitad , y así fue !, sin embargo posterior a mi check out me llegó notificación de otro cobro nuevamente de la reserva, cuando ya estaba pagada.

Servicio excelente y amables , limpieza y todo muy bien a excepción de que si te toca en el piso 3, se escucha todo el ruido del restaurante que tienen en terraza hasta tarde, por la mañana la mucama con música a volumen alto que limpia las habitaciones contiguas se escucha todo, no hay buen aislamiento de ruido en la habitación. Tiene vistas hermosas al centro de Tepa.

Súper bien la recepcionista muy amable el único problema que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio.

I enjoyed my stay there very much. I love the locality of it.. walking distance to all the shops across the street from the church it's clean the. Shout out to the front desk, Rosie ,Jasmine, and another young lady. They were excellent, and the staff at the restaurant we've were courteous,nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't like that the gardeners across from the two plazas were doing maintenance work at 5:00 in the morning with leaf blowers, and you can hear it from the hotel.

The location is in downtown, walking distance to most shops, mercado and church del sagrado corazón very convenient

When I was ready to sleep and took the cover off the bed their was hair on the sheets and not from anyone’s head if you know what o mean. Once I notified the reception desk, took them 45mim to get everything resolved. Meaning to wash the covers and sheets. I was not changed to another room. I was tired from the drive there and being out and about so this made me very irritated.

Super central location with a lovely rooftop bar and restaurant. Has clean rooms with AC. The only downside is the noise levels as it sits right on the square with church bells and street noise.

Ideal location if one wants to be in town center. Just a block away from the mercado. Has rooftop restaurant with great food. AC works and clean. Has an elevator but stairs are easy to walk up.

No fridge and ironing. Not a big deal but noticeable.

Loved the location. Absolutely gorgeous town. I Needed the room to be able to have privacy with so many family members in town and was so happy to be able to have the space while grieving my Grandmother Mamagrande

Lolas rooftop starts to close down foe the night and you can hear them scraping tables and chairs across the floors I'm assuming to clean up. But it goes on for an hour then stops

Didn’t like that parking was not always available they only have 1 spot and you yourself would need to remove the steel sign and place back

The hotel was nice however the bathroom and elevator were very small. Also the site said it included parking however we were charged part which was two blocks away.

What a great little gem Tepa has to offer thanks to the Estancia Real hotel. From the receptionist to the housekeeping professionals, we always felt welcomed and well attended to no matter the hour. The rooms were clean, spacious and had amazing views of the central plaza. Can’t wait to be back there! Our new home away from home.

Love the high ceilings, Decoration, Location.

That you can heard all the loud music that people play in their cars late at night or super early. Maybe the hotel needs to change the windows so the guest can rest better and truly have an experience.

We don’t have any breakfast, I think this is something the hotel need to add, because we know this town have a lot if place for eat, but when somebody arrive late the less we want to do it’s find something to eat

The room was clean, the staff was amazing, and the location of the hotel was excellent.

What we did not like was that the AC unit in our room would leak water onto the floor even when it was turned off, and we had to keep putting towels under it to keep it from getting all over the floor. Our room did not have any windows, and it got very humid when we would take a shower. But the staff tried their best to accommodate us and we had a great time.

The portable AC remote was super dirty. The room felt slightly dirty walls could’ve been cleaned better.. But my biggest complaint is that the restroom is very small. I’m relatively thin and I have problems using the facilities because the toilet is so close to the shower in the sink that one can barely fit there. I’m edition there was a sewer smell that was evident coming from the bathroom. Once we close the door, the older subdued, but it’s definitely a problem they need to work on.

Views were amazing

The location was perfect. We were there for a funeral. The church was literally across the street. I didn’t know they served breakfast there. The first day our room door didn’t close all the way, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate my family and I. They gave us two room for the night for our inconvenience. The girl at the front desk who checked us went above and beyond to assist us.

My daughter and I walked back into the hotel one day. Two employees were sitting on the chairs that are placed in the entrance of the hotel. One of the employees decided to ask right when we were at the elevator if we were staying there. I might add she was looking down at her phone this whole time.I felt that was unnecessary. Especially since we had already been there for a day or so. No one else asked us that. The rest of the staff always greeted us. Other than that, my entire stay exceeded my expectations.

The shower stinks. Had to put a cover and take a cover off the drain. The room was way too small for 2 people.

rooms were spacious. I had a suite for 6 with 2 bathrooms. plenty of space. staff was very helpful and very nice. loved the balcony facing church and plaza. there is a rooftop restaurant on the 4th that’s great and accessible from our rooms. beautiful view.

Osvaldo a front desk guy was rude since my arrival the throw away my drink then I call to the hotel to see I can speak w one on my my roommates and after I got interviewed he said don't provide that kind of service to transfer a call or let them know someone is on the line . Hotel was kind of noise become on top of my room was a restaurant bar so many nights I couldn't sleep well rooms are tiny and you were not allowed to use their AC less than 21 degrees . Never again booking in that hotel

Este hotel tiene una buena locación ya que está en frente de las dos plazas principales. Hay muchas opciones cercanas para comer y hacer compras. Está en un área bastante transitada, así que hay mucho ruido durante el día y noche. La suite está bastante amplia y fue perfecta para nuestra familia. Esta fue nuestra segunda estancia en este hotel.

Good location

The elevator was broken. No help was provided to take luggage up and down the stairs.

It was a very goos stay. The room was a bit cool and didn't have heater. Also it can be a bit noisy. But location was excelente, service was excelente, room was super clean. Overall a good stay.

I like the location the morning receptionist her name is Vanessa (I think) excellent service but the night guy reception he was terrible didn't care about my concern I call him 4 times telling him the room doesn't have hot water he said to let it run because it takes a while I let it run for 30 mins and nothing what a waste of water I actually went down stairs with my mascara on and told him again there is no hot water I told him to switch me room he said he dent have with 2 beds so what he did he have me the key of the next room so we can use the shower how ridiculous is that he didn't care about my concern and I got more pissed that Im here with no hot water and the front desk guy on his phone watching a movie WOW
