Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Unique stay with absolutely gorgeous views of the sea, sunrise was perfect. Most importantly, room and shared bathrooms were clean and instructions to reach the property was easy to understand.
The slippers provided were not the most ideal sized for our feet, which made it easy to slip out often. Ended up not using them. Located on a hillside which may be easier to access with a smaller and stronger car.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026湾に面した最高に景色の良いお部屋で広々していて大満足です。 近くにコンビニなどないと聞いていたので 宮崎空港で名物のふかふかやだんごなどを買い求め向かいました。 どうしても牛乳が一緒に飲みたく ご無理を言ってお宿の方にお金を渡し買ってきていただきました。 海を眺めながら美味しくいただけました。
バスで向かいバス停から宿まで40mとあったので 近いので歩こうと向かうと ものすごい坂道で25キロのスーツケースを押して上がるのに 斜面を見て驚愕しました。 雨降りでなかったのでよかったですが 夜の到着時は真っ暗で坂で大変だと感じました。 荷物多めの足腰の弱い方ヒールの方は向きません。 事前に電話すればバス停まで迎えにきてもらえたのかもしれません 徒歩で宿を目指す方はリュックを強くおすすめします。

The only possible thing that would make it completely perfect would be having restaurants or konbini within walking distance, but this is not up to the hotel (just for noting if you don't have a car).

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026A really wonderful place hidden uphill just a short walk from the beach. I went in December and was still able to go in the sea one day with a wetsuit. The hosts are very friendly and curious about their tenants, and they're very respectful of your privacy even in the shared kitchen/living area. The view of the sea and mountains from the living/kitchen was spectacular and I spent most of my mornings/evenings working there. The shared bathrooms downstairs are separated into individual shower rooms and are kept very clean. It surprised me that the bus stop is so close (7 min walk) and the bus can take you to opposite ends of the Miyazaki area very fast. I would recommend the bus over the train if you're not driving, but there is also the option of walking roughly 20mins to the train station if needed.
The bedrooms were a little cold in the winter, but there is A/C with the heating option. Accessibility-wise, it might be a little hard to get there without a car, and if you have a lot of luggage the accommodation is very uphill. Otherwise perfect.

Reviewed Jan 19, 20261人泊でしたが、部屋2人部屋だった為、ゆったり利用できた。 コーヒーや調味料など一通りは揃っていた為、食材のみである程度料理が出来そう。 遠方から車で移動だった為、チェックアウトが遅くなったが、丁寧に対応いただいた。
駐車場に入る道が細く急で止めにくかった事。 部屋の壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の音や階段の足音や扉の開け閉めの音が気になった。 近くでトンネル工事？をやっており朝から音がうるさく感じた。 廊下に蠅など虫が飛んでいたが、ハエ取り罠等何もない為、ずっと飛んでいた事。 シャワーの脱衣所のマットが交換されない為、かなり湿った状態になっていた。

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026キッチンが大きくて清潔。部屋もユニットバス／シャワーがない以外は清潔さも含め完璧。共用スペースから見える海が最高に綺麗。東向きなので満月～その３日後くらいに訪れるのがお勧め（好天なら月への道がとても美しい）。あと、オーナーさん家族がとてもフレンドリーです。美味しいコーヒーがタダで飲めるのも嬉しい
交通の便が悪く、また付近にはレストランの選択肢が少ないです。自家用車・レンタカーなど、自力で動ける人向けの宿です（私はオートバイでした。一応近くにバス停（２時間に１本くらい？）＆JRローカル線（同）の駅がありますが、駅からは徒歩20分（夜だと真っ暗。ドライバーが逆に歩行者に驚くと思う）。バス停からも徒歩10分で、どちらも急な坂を上ります。雨ならほとんど選択肢にならない様な条件です。

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025公共の交通機関に依存しない旅行（私はオートバイ）ならロケーションは最高。きれいな海を日がな１日見続けていても飽きない。日や天候が合えば海から満月が上るシーンも印象的。あとこの宿は大きな共用のキッチン（＆冷凍冷蔵庫）があるのが良い
公共の交通機関がないといろいろ厳しいです。最寄りのバス停からは坂道を10分くらい登らなければならないし、コンビニは徒歩圏内になく、レストランも天気が悪いと歩いていくのは厳しいです

We booked the sea view room and the views were amazing , specially for sunrise. Room was very clean so was the property , shared kitchen was neat , we didn’t know at the time of booking that showers were shared but that was not a problem as the showers were clean. Will definitely recommend and will be staying at the little garden again and again.

It was so cozy and the veiw was amazing. We stayed in room 201 I believe. We got our own toilet and sink but shared shower. Such a good stay for $80 AUD.

Reviewed Oct 23, 2025산 언덕 위에 위치해 있어서 바다 전망이 정말 좋아요. 공용 주방이 넓직하고 깨끗히 관리되어 있으며 주방에서 음식 준비하고 식사할 때 바다 전망은 그저 5성급 호텔입니다. 객실은 트윈 룸을 예약했는데 침대에 누워 아침 커튼을 열면 태평양 바다가 펼쳐집니다. 베리 굿. 정원에서 바베큐도 가능하고 언덕 아래로 내려가 야자수 바닷길 산책도 할 수 잏어요.
공용 주방은 괜찮은데 욕실도 공용 욕실인 것은 모르고 예약샜어요. 그래도 방에 화장실과 세면대는 있어 괜찮았어요.
