Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Beautiful room, very clean, great location
Construction noise from outside and next door noise through the connecting door. The room looked beautiful and comfortable but you can hear everything happening through the connecting door with next door. Everything! I could hear they talking, watching Netflix, sneezing, etc. Also they smoked all night which means I could smell through the door. Additionally, staff are not friendly at all. No hand when you want to store your luggage or any smiles. When I was checking out, they told me I wasn’t paid which obviously it wasn’t the case and I had to show them my bank account which I found it rude.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026We enjoyed staying at O2! The staff members were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with many, many options, ranging from fresh fruit to eggs to pastries. Our room was well-appointed and clean. The hotel is located in town, right near many good restaurants and stores. The public bus station is a short walk from the hotel, which is very convenient. We definitely recommend the O2!

There was a door that separated my room from someone else's, and I could hear them, so it wasn't the quietest room. The spa is not really a spa, more like a locker room for a gym, so don't expect anything luxurious when it comes to that.
