Aluguei na Memória Charming House para os meus pais durante uns dias!! Foi sem dúvida a melhor escolha. Eles adoraram! Obrigada à D. Teresa e ao seu marido por toda a hospitalidade!

Raramente metto un 10, ma questo posto li merita tutti. Il memoria è bello, accogliente, pulito, comodo in ottima posizione a Angra per visitare la città e l'isola. Letto comodo, abbiamo dormito molto bene. Stanza piccola ma con tutte le comodità. Doccia super! Il top è l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità! Siamo arrivati tardi quindi Helena ci ha mandato tutte le informazioni necessarie per il check-in e parcheggio. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un set di benvenuto con tisane, biscotti e dei dolcetti tipici buonissimi con un biglietto di benvenuto. La colazione è buona, con prodotti tipici, spremuta fresca, yogurt naturale, granola, semi, frutta, marmellate fatte in casa e tante cosine buone! Poi Sergio ci ha dato tutte le informazioni sull'isola, dove andare, dove mangiare etc. Parcheggio in strada vicino con parchimetro o sulla salita è gratis.

Manca qualche gancio per appendere gli asciugamani in bagno. La nostra camera era affacciata sulla sala colazione e la mattina si sentivano gli ospiti chiacchierare, quindi se volete dormire fino a tardi chiedete l'affaccio su strada o mettete i tappi 😁 Ci sono diverse scale e non c'è ascensore, quindi da considerare se avete bagagli ingombranti (chiedete stanze al piano terra)

The hosts are very kind and ready to help and give useful advice. The accommodation is very neat, clean and comfortable, and we were especially delighted with the breakfast with homemade and quality products. We felt really welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

I liked everything, they didn't have an elevator but staff helped us with luggage up the stairs.

La camera e il bagno ampi e pulitissimi, l'ambiente molto curato e arredato con gusto, la colazione che propone prodotti di ottima qualità, con dolci e marmellate fatte in casa da Helena e il suo staff, con uno yogurt davvero superlativo. Parcheggio libero a pochi minuti, possibilità di transfer da e per l'aeroporto. E per finire, importantissima, la gentilezza e la disponibilità di Helena e Sergio, due persone squisite sempre pronte a consigliare cosa vedere nella loro bellissima isola.

O espaço é muito bonito, limpo, decorado com bom gosto, um toque de cuidado e familiaridade. O pequeno almoço é excelente. Tudo muito cuidado, com produtos locais e alguns de fabrico próprio. Extrema simpatia e disponibilidade dos proprietários e da funcionária. Explicam ao pormenor o que ver na ilha e dão sugestões. Foi uma estadia muito agradável. Recomendo. Vera Ramos

L'accueil très bienveillant et professionnel d'Helena et son mari. Ils donnent de bons conseils pour visiter leur île magnifique.Ils ont su résoudre un problème et nous ont permis de faire un check out plus tardif. Belle chambre, super petit déjeuner avec de bons produits locaux. Bien situé super resto Taberna teatro à proximité. Nous recommandons !

La struttura è molto curata nei dettagli si trova in posizione centrale, vicino a tutti i luoghi d’interesse, al parcheggio e al terminal dei bus che abbiamo usato per andare a Biscoitos e Baia di Vitoria. La proprietaria Helena è davvero una persona speciale, attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti e sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità, ci ha fatto trovare il dolce tipico dell’isola in camera come benvenuto con un biglietto di accompagnamento. La colazione è varia con prodotti locali squisiti, lo yogurt in particolare è davvero delizioso. Assolutamente da tornare!😍

Great location, very charming place with a familiar feeling. The room was cosy and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic with high quality local produce and homemade items. The owners were very nice and involved, and we met them everyday for breakfast. Get ready to get an overload of tips about the city and the island :)

We had a lovely stay in Memoria Charming House. The staff and owners are super welcoming, and they give you great tips over the region. The breakfast is really good with Azorean products and homemade goods. It is located next to the city center. We would come back with pleasure.

The room was facing the road so it was a bit noisy.

La struttura è curata nei dettagli e ha tutti i confort necessari. La posizione è buona, vicina al centro anche se un pò in salita. La colazione è ricca e abbondante con prodotti del territorio. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e lo staff ha fornito molte indicazioni utili.

Helena and Sergio are the best hosts.

La gentillesse et disponibilité des hôtes…ils font tout pour que vous vous sentiez bien et que le séjour se passe à merveilles. L’établissement est très bien situé. Chambre confortable, climatisée. Bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons du partir tôt un matin et nous avons eu notre petit déjeuner prêt a emporter…ce fut très agréable. Nous nous rappellerons longtemps de cet établissement qui a rendu notre séjour à Terceira formidable.

Das Hotel ist ruhig und dennoch nah am Zentrum gelegen und wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, bekamen viele Informationen und Tipps zur Insel. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend mit vielen lokalen und selbstgemachten Produkten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Les hôtes sont adorables et l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Terceira.

Helena et son mari sont des hôtes absolument charmants, aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Ils s'assurent que vous ne manquez de rien. Un briefing d'une vingtaine de minutes est consacré à vous aider à découvrir la ville de Angra et l'île avec plein de petits conseils sur les lieux à voir, les randos, la baignade et les restos ... l'hôtel est très bien placé, d'une propreté impeccable et une décoration soignée. Le petit déjeuner est réalisé avec des produits frais, du fait maison, un régal! Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, je recommande !!!

Sehr gepflegtes, schönes Haus - das Besitzerpaar lebt Gastlichkeit im besten Sinne , stets aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. An Alles ist gedacht, vom Regenschirm bis zum Gute-Nacht Tee bei der Anreise , auch das Frühstück ist sehr liebevoll zubereitet. Wegen unserer frühen Abreise haben wir ein Frühstück als Box mitgegeben bekommen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung !

Alles klopte tot in de puntjes: van het heerlijke ontbijt waar alles zelf gemaakt is tot aan de nette en verzorgde douche, waar je je eigen spulletjes handig in een persoonlijk bakje kon opbergen. Juist die kleine details maakten het verblijf extra comfortabel en zorgden ervoor dat je je meteen op je gemak voelde.

Alles was perfect super schoon en netjes.

Toutes les personnes sont absolument charmantes. On se croirait invité chez des amis. Le petit-déjeuner fait maison délicieux. Yogourt, granola, confitures home made. un vrai régal. Propreté exceptionnelle. Petits gâteaux dans la chambre en signe de bienvenue avec eau. Parking gratuit un peu plus haut à 350m. Possibilité de débarquer d'abord les bagages. Vraiment chouette endroit, bien central.

Tout était très bien. Cependant avoir des crochets dans la chambre pour suspendre sa veste après la pluie aurait été bien.

2. Stock nur mit Treppen erreichbar, starke Hanglage des Gebäudes und des Parkplatzes, vor der Ankunft wurde man ca 6 x angeschrieben, wann man eintrifft, auch noch, nachdem man ungefähre Zeit der Ankunft mitgeteilt hatte und dies innerhalb der Eincheckzeit lag

In all your travels you will never find a more welcoming and caring set of owners than Helena and Sergio! Really! Breakfast is made with care and local ingredients. Rooms are well designed but ours was just a little on the small side. Quality design makes up for that though. The center of Angra and lots of restaurants are a walk away (and a little downhill). A room away from the street (like ours) is really quiet.

Be warned, parking is located a 1,100 feet (330m) walk away and it is up a steep hill. If this is unacceptable to you, then it is a deal breaker.

Tudo: o acolhimento da Helena e do Sérgio foram perfeitos. Uma atenção impecável para todas as situações. Sentimo-nos como convidados e não como hóspedes. Pequeno almoço com produtos regionais e fresquinhos foi delicioso. Atenção dos funcionários também fez a diferença. Localização perfeita. Voltaremos com certeza e vamos indicar.

O hotel é extremamente aconchegante e a Helena e seu marido são muito simpáticos e recebem a todos de forma muito acolhedora. A localização é excelente.

Ficar no Memória Charming, em Angra do Heroísmo, é muito mais do que uma simples estadia — é uma experiência que se sente e se guarda. Desde o primeiro momento, o atendimento destaca-se pelo cuidado genuíno e pelo afeto com que somos recebidos pela Helena e pelo Sérgio. Há uma atenção aos detalhes que faz qualquer visitante sentir-se verdadeiramente acolhido, quase como se estivesse em casa de amigos. O espaço revela um enorme bom gosto, tudo está criado com harmonia e um respeito evidente pela história e identidade do lugar. Cada recanto é bem cuidado, transmitindo tranquilidade e um charme especial que convida a ficar e a apreciar. Mas o que mais marca é a forma como a ilha é partilhada connosco. Há uma paixão evidente na Helena e no Sérgio: falam da Terceira como um espaço quase sublime, cheio de alma, de histórias e de beleza natural. Essa entrega contagia-nos. Das Memoria Charming House ist etwas oberhalb der Altstadt von Angra de Heoismo in einem ehemaligen Wohnhaus gelegen. Die Straße ist sehr steil und Kopfsteinpflaster, parken ist nur kurzzeitig möglich, am besten oberhalb an der Kirche. Das Haus ist tipptopp sauber und wird liebevoll von Helena und Ihrem Mann Sergio getrieben. Wir hatten etwas Probleme bei der Anreise, Helena stand uns immer per Messager zur Seite. Alles ist sehr dekorativ eingerichtet und wirklich sehr neuwertig und gepflegt. Auch die Zimmer sind sehr ordentlich, unsere Suite war aber etwas klein und ein paar Haken für Kleidung o.ä. würden nicht schaden, aber wir hatten den Blick in den Innenhof, das war ruhig. Die Zimmer zur Straße könnten etwas laut sein. In der Frühe gibt es ein tolles Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten und alles, was wirklich in guter Qualität zur Verfügung steht, wird einem gut erklärt. Es ist alles da. Die Terrasse in Innenhof ist sehr schön, dort kann frühstücken oder den Abend ausklingen lassen. Helena und Sergio stehen einem am Vormittag immer für Tipps oder Anregungen bereit, erzählen auch über das Leben auf den Azoren. Man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Wasser oder in den kleinen Gassen von Angra. Das Einbahnstraßen-Labyrinth ist manchmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Tout ! Nous mettons très rarement des avis mais cet hôtel mérite qu’on s’en donne la peine. Helena et Sergio sont des hôtes super : chaleureux, accueillant, de bons conseils et toujours prêts à rendre service. Et le petit déjeuner est top. Notre séjour était en tout point parfait !

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and the ocean view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast was excellent. All food was mage from local products (jam, bread, cheese, granola). The Helena and her husband are super nice hosts. They told us a lot about the island and things to do there. Great location, all amenities in the room. So I highly recommend this place to stay in island.

The hosts were very nice and forthcoming. They made you feel at home. It is in a very central position in Angra. The breakfast is very good with local products such as cheese and honey and fresh fruits.

The room we booked was very small, which we did not realise while booking. The walls are quite thin.

Excelente alojamento no centro de Angra do Heroísmo. Devido à sua localização é possível percorrer toda a cidade a pé. Adoramos o ambiente familiar e a simpatia e disponibilidade dos anfitriões, Helena e Sérgio. Altamente recomendado!

Helena y Sergio, hicieron que nuestra estancia de 4 días en Terceira fuera muy aprovechada. El Memoria Charming House, es muy bonito, con todas las comodidades posibles. Muy acogedor y limpio. Su personal, nos preparó unos desayunos deliciosos, no faltó de nada, huevos, embutidos, yogurt, pan, leche, café, te, cereales y hasta pasteles. Helena ea muy detallista, cuida mucho por la comodidad de los huéspedes. Te aconseja sobre los sitios a visitar y restaurantes en la isla. Fue muy agradable. Recomendamos este alojamiento. Rosario y Manuel.

Super behulpzame gastvrouw en gastheer. Ze staan altijd klaar voor extra uitleg of om tips over het eiland te geven. De kamer was heel proper en het ontbijt was heel verzorgd en lekker. We hebben genoten van onze 3 dagen Terceira!

De todos os alojamentos que estivemos, a Memória Charming house está no nosso top 5. Desde os quartos impecáveis, ao cuidado incrível que tem com os hóspedes. Funcionários muito simpáticos, sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar e sempre prontos a ajudar. Fomos muito bem recebidos e é notável o todo o cuidado que tem, tanto a nível de sugestões a de gastronomia e locais a visitar como o miminho que nos deixam. Não poderíamos recomendar mais. Um grande obrigada à sra. Helena e ao Sr. Sérgio pela hospitalidade. Sem dúvida que, se tivermos a oportunidade de voltar a visitar a ilha, ficaremos de novo convosco.

Uma óptima localização, permitindo caminhar até ao centro (embora a rua seja algo inclinada). A simpatia da Helena e do Sérgio, mostrando-se sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Um pequeno almoço completo com produtos locais óptimos.

Nada a apontar. A rua é de facto algo inclinada mas não relacionado com a qualidade do alojamento. O nosso quarto era o mais próximo da sala de pequeno almoço e houve dias que se ouviu um pouco mais de barulho.

Hier gäbe es sehr viel zu schreiben. Genial war die Lage (zu Fuss zirka 5min ins Zentrum), das Frühstück mit vielen regionalen und hausgemachten Produkten sowie - allem voran - die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft des gesamten Teams. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Kontakt via Mail bis hin zum Check-Out unglaublich willkommen.

Charming, c'est ce qui caractérise le mieux le couple de propriétaires, avec de bon conseils de visite de l'ile. Très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux.

Äußerst engagiertes, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Personal. (Bereits vorab wurden wir auf Nachfrage ausführlichst über Transportmöglichkeiten zwischen Flughafen und Unterkunft beraten und bei der Mietwagen-Buchung unterstützt. Vor Ort gab es viele tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, etc. - vielen Dank dafür! Es hat uns viel Zeit für eigene Recherchen gespart). Tolle Lage zentral in der Stadt zum fußläufigen Erkunden der Stadt. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr sauber und süßer Willkommensgruß im Zimmer. Frühstücksbuffet mit leckeren, regionalen Produkten. An unserem Abreisetag haben wir ein liebevoll gepacktes Lunchpaket mitbekommen, da wir früh morgens vor der Frühstückszeit aufbrechen mussten.

Es ist ein wenig hellhörig, aber es war dennoch sehr ruhig.

Zuallererst die Herzlichkeit, Gastfreundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams, das sich immer Zeit für ausführliche Tipps und Beschreibungen genommen hat. Zimmer und Bad waren top; sehr schön und absolut sauber, das Frühstück war einfach toll - mit selbst gemachten (Marmeladen, Joghurt, typische Küchlein auf dem Zimmer, spitze Granola!) oder mindestens regionalen Produkten (Käse, Brot, Brötchen). Wir haben uns einfach rundum willkommen und verwöhnt gefühlt.

Es gab wirklich gar nichts auszusetzen!
