Mountain Plaza Hotel

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück Schönes großes Zimmer mit großem Balkon

-

Excellent hotel and highly recommended! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

gute Lage, Preis-Leistung voll ok

harte Matrazen Wellnessbereich etwas in die Jahre gekommen

The interior design, the quiet surrounding.

Nothing, really.

Everything! We were upgraded when we arrived to a lovely room. The spa facilities were excellent, the breakfast choices were very good and the staff were friendly and very professional.

Nothing

Great breakfast.

Paying for parking. Flat pillows.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, zweckmäßig,rustikal

Die Bettdecke ist viel zu warm !!

It was very clean, very nice. Great facility but noisy of all the staff was fantastic!

spa and hotel cleanliness

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, gute Lage. Preis-Leistung in der Nebensaison gut.

Die Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem.

Preis leistung

Personal einfsch TOP, freundlich, flexibel, unkompliziert.

Nichts, rundum zufrieden

Really lovely room. Staff were so friendly and efficient. Extensive breakfast buffet.

Nothing

Gut

Die.duschen

Gute Lage, Schwimmbad mit optimal Temperatur für Schwimmen.Gute Früschtuck

Nichts

Super poloha, pokoje krásně i prakticky zařízené, snídaně nadočekávání

- Very friendly and helpful staff - all of them - Cosy and inviting lobby/bar area with tasty food and drinks options - Nice and functionally ideal room (Superior Double 410 in the end) - Indoor pool, saunas, steam room, etc. was much appreciated - Fantastic breakfast buffet (I don’t say this lightly)

Two things: 1. I originally booked a standard double room, like we always do when travelling with our toddler. He sleeps in a baby crib for the first half of the night, later with us in the double bed. However, the standard double rooms (without balcony) do not fit a crib as we were told after the booking. We were offered a free upgrade to a double room with balcony (which fits a crib but has two separate matrices, not ideal for co-sleeping). In the end we decided to upgrade to the superior double room for a surcharge of 40 CHF. Everything was handled nicely by the hotel staff, but it is still worth flagging, as we did not that in any other hotel before - and we travel a lot with our toddler. Key takeaway: just book the superior double room from the beginning - but then use the nice pool and saunas as well to make it worth it. 2. Many of the staff did not understand Swiss German at all. German somewhat, English worked best. Same experience at the Restaurant/Hotel Ochsen „Heisse Stei“, where we had dinner - also belonging to the Mountain Hotels Davos. Don’t get me wrong, all the staff everywhere were super nice and helpful. I just would love that I could speak Swiss German when I, as a Swiss person, spend a weekend in a Swiss mountain resort. Our language should be part of our identity - or not? This is a feedback to the “Mountain Hotels“ chain in Davos.

Free upgrade from single to double room, coffee machine in the room, comfy bed, nice bathroom, very clean, big balcony with lovely view, delicious food for breakfast- buffet with several savoury and sweet options, hot and cold, spacious breakfast room with great views. Wellness, swimming pool, sauna for free! My 2nd time in this hotel, and I'll happily come back 🥰

Breakfast and Sauna

The staff didn't know about assistance dogs and I had to explain it to several different staff members.

Breakfast and calm atmosphere

I had to discuss at the beginning to explain that assistance dogs are allowed everywhere. After that it wasn't a problem anymore

etwas harte matratzen ;-(

Fantastyczny hotel. Bardzo piękny i klimatyczny. Pokój elegancki i komfortowy. Uroczy widok z balkonu. Personel życzliwy, miły i kompetentny. Świetne śniadanie. Motocykl zaparkowany przed samym wejściem

Lovely room with great spa facilities. Staff were very friendly

Slightly overpriced for a one night stay

Espectacular!

Struttura molto grande, comoda e ben tenuta. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, buona posizione.

Nulla

Nice people at reception, spacious and comfortable room, very good breakfast. Good swilling pool and lot of space everywhere.

Sometimes noisy when big groups are present
