Staffs was very friendly and helpful.

No regular housekeeping.

Location was okay for other services. Homeless, & criminals or potential for criminality appeared every where. One female continued to stagger through parking lot. Not sure for prostitution, break & entering vehicles, free food or all of the above. I was quite concerned for the safety of my truck & trailer. Security was frequently seen in the lobby, sitting around looking at his cell phone. I WOULD AVOID

The room carpet flooring THROUGHOUT was wet. No idea why. The bathroom shower curtain had a good sized yellow, pee, or rust type stain in it. The air conditioner didn’t do a reasonable job of keeping the room at desired temperatures. Television did not function until we, the PAYING CLIENT had to sort it out. CLEANING STAFF, this is a simple review before leaving room. The breakfast was reasonable except for burnt eggs, limited bacon, staff were not attending the breakfast room but hanging out with front desk staff most of the time.

The hotel was booked through booking.com and we received a confirmation email, with a confirmation number, from Ramada. When we arrived at the facility, the manager and the front desk person informed us that there were no rooms available. The whole point of a paid in advance reservation and a confirmation is that there will be a room when you get to your destination. The managers were defensive and evasive about why this had happened. You have a very poorly run hotel here in Prince Albert Saskatchewan.

There was a pile of laundry on the floor in the hallway, I had to put all my weight on the door to get it to lock properly, the tub in the bathroom leaked so much that it would have filled the tub in a couple of hours, the fridge smelled like rotten milk. The bedside tables were sticky, there is no soundproofing- I could hear people talking in neighboring rooms. I could hear doors slamming all night. If you want a peaceful night then do not stay here.

No conditioner oh the bathroom. Paid on line on PayPal and was charged bunch of different charges on my credit card when checking in. On Sunday went down for breakfast at about 8:45 and there was no bacon muffins or cinnamon rolls. The tables were all dirty and when I went to the front desk to see if anyone was working the breakfast there was about 3or4 staff laughing and visiting behind the desk. When I went and asked someone finally went over to fill up the empty container. There were a lot of people waiting for food also not just me.

The pool smelled bad. The room smelled musty. Weird strange good of people that hang around in the from and in the lobby; they were scary.

During the stay we had multiple issues, walking into the suite after a super long drive we noticed there were pubic hairs on the toilet and hair in the bathtub, I really wanted to take a bath but was unable to do so because there wasn't a drain stopper, my partner went to the lobby to see if someone could get us one so we could regrettably use the bathtub. While my partner was down in the lobby, I looked into the drain and it was FULL of hair. Disgusting... The front desk person sent someone to get us a drain stopper but never came by with it. We had to shove a rag down the drain so we could have a bath. Once the rag was removed it was so brown and had hair stuck on it from the drain. So foul... There is a BIG intoxication issue in the building/parking lot. Tons of homeless people and drunks hanging around, sleeping by the cars. We felt so unsafe with our regular possessions in the vehicle that we brought everything up. My partner was getting harassed by homeless/intoxicated people outside of the hotel while he was having a smoke. On one of the mornings there was a homeless man in the breakfast room, taking quite literally, all the food. My partner and I were only able to get a bagel and 2 pieces of bacon before going forward with our road trip. There was a pool, waterslide and hot tub advertised on booking.com, the pool is green and has a film on top of it. My partner and I walked by it and saw a little kid (probably around 3-4 years old) swimming in the pool while his mother was sitting on the chair nodding off from intoxication. There was no hot tub too, it was sealed in. Waterslide removed as well. The parking lot is a complete mess too, full of pot holes and garbage. Overall a filthy location and a waste of money.

First of all going into the parking lot, the parking lot was not paved at all. It was rough, potholes pretty much the entire thing there was no real way to drive up check-in and exit on the other side.. I was put in room 223 where the thermostat on the wall did not work once I went to go and check the furnace on the windowsill. It was broken. The window itself was broken. One of the window pains there was no blow dryer in my room. The tub looked like it’s seen better days. The carpet was stained awfully. You could see a lot of wear and tear throughout the entire room… I would definitely only ever use this place as the absolute last resort if all of the hotels in Saskatoon were taken and PA.. sad to say but true.

Refused to eat there because we had enough poor service and had no choice that night to stay in awful accommodation and frankly just wanted to get out of there.

Room wa absolutely horrible I mean very dirty and damaged. The staff did not follow through on what they promised. Horrible experience. This room should not have been rented out. Wyndham you should be ashamed. The floor was absolutely filthy with grease and grime. Bed was grossly dirty. We bought 100.00 worth of blankets at Walmart to put over bed so we were more comfortable. We had 2 towels only. No blow dryer as it had been ripped off wall. Huge black wet oil stains on the floor. We approached staff they could not offer us another room. House keeping was up promised to do some cleaning but never did show up. Staff promised us a discount but on checkout didn’t happen.

It is a nice clean hotel. Nice brrakfast.

The pool was closed both days we were there and we were told twice it would be open and it obviously was not going to be opened as there was all kinds of construction equipment in the pool area. We saw no sign of work being done.

The gym was good, although a little grungy and dated. Was disappointed there was no hot tub and to hear they're permanently removing it. The parking lot had a lot of garbage in it and the garbage cans were overflowing.

The pool wasn't very clean, and the Jacuzzi was under renovation. The ceiling leaked, and the towels were pretty old – you had to go to the front desk to ask for them, which can be inconvenient, especially if you're wet. The floor by the front desk was also wet, and it took a while to get mopped up.The room smelled odd as soon as we opened the bedsheet, which had a stain, and the bathroom was worn out.

I liked that the beds were comfortable.

I did not like that the breakfast was awful. Not many options, and the "hot foods" that were made were terrible. The hotel accommodations states it has a pool and hottub. The hottub does NOT exist and the pool water was GREEN 🤢 gag! Disgusting! Our bathroom door in our room did not close all the way, and rhe carpets had disgusting blood like stains and gum on the carpet. Again gag!

The couch had no sheets nor blankets. I had requested them at the front desk, only for them to tell me, ask housekeeper, I did so I waited and waited. I also asked for two beds and the desk person said you asked for a sofa and a bed. I also asked and asked for towels.

The pool/water looked yellow in color, so we didn't use it and the hot tub was empty. The room door needed help closing to be secured. There was a loose tile on the bathroom floor and extremely slow to fill the tub.

Quite sketchy looking. Had expected much better for the price. Very disappointed in the pool hours as it was the main reason I chose the hotel and then I was not able to use it because it closed too early and opened too late. Breakfast was also very disappointing: ready made bacon (probably microwaved) and powdered eggs in the omelette. Yuck! Definitely not soundproof as was advertised. Definitely would not recommend.

Probably the better part of our stay

The elevator had a bad smell and carpet was stained all colors. The hallways had there own type of smell. We had to go buy febreez for our own room. After our daughter used the jacuzzi tub the was a lot of weird brown guck left behind. Were there 3 nights and no room service or towel replacements provided. Was told there was a fire lit behind the building which was concerning. Lots of strange people wandering around and the pool and hot tub has a weird tint to it. Will be staying at another location next time we visit.

Staff were friendly and helpful when answering questions. We had to leave too early to have breakfast, but appreciate it is available if we had different plans.

We asked for a wake up call but did not receive. Access off the main street was not good and the parking lot needs repair.
