Definitivamente si este hotel no tiene en funcionamiento sus amenidades como la alberca y el restaurante, NO vale la pena pagar lo que cuesta la habitación, mejor hospedate en el centro de la ciudad.

Para 4 personas solo nos dejaron en el baño dos toallas, no cuenta mas que con dos enchufes para cargar celulares y al destender la cama había muchos cabellos lo que me hizo pensar que quien limpia no hace cambio de sábanas entre huéspedes lo que fue muy incómodo aparte había mucha polilla en las camas justo donde se acomodan las almohadas.

Reviewed May 30, 2026El lugar era precioso, con unos jardines muy lindos y un estilo arquitectónico muy hermoso. La atención de las personas fue muy buena. El restaurant era muy rico para comer. Tenía una vista hermoso y estaba alejado del ruido.
La cama no era muy cómoda, quizás el colchón algo viejo. Salía poca agua de la llave del lavamanos.

Se supone que vas a un hotel a "DESCANSAR" y el día sábado a las 10am la Sra. De limpieza toca nuestra puerta para hacer la limpieza de la habitacion a lo cual respondimos que fuera mas tarde y nos contesto que no se podia por que ella salia a las 4pm, a lo que se le pidio regresara en 2hrs. Y a las 1pm comienzan a marcarnos de recepción que si ya podian ir a limpiar porque la Sra de limpieza se iba a las 4pm, como es posible que no tengan personal de limpieza para todo el dia, y si se derrama alguna bebida o se cae un plato de comida? Muy insistentes por que nos salieramos de nuestra habitación.

Posiblemente que en el restaurante al haber sido en fin de semana largo fue más lento. En lo habitual el servicio es muy rápido y la relación de la calidad y precios excelentes

Too much noise, first night they had a band playing loud at the pool, it is a very small hotel so I actually felt the singer screaming right next to me. The noise stoped at about 1 am. Next day they had to separate events happening at the same time, noise again, this happened during the evening . Besides the room we got was old and needs urgent improvement. Bathroom has an awful smell.

El baño no baja bien, tarda mucho en irse el agua, tarda mucho en salir agua caliente y sale poca, la cama nada cómoda. Toallas muy deterioradas y la de manos estaba sucia y hasta que solicité que me la cambiaran. Muchos moscos en la habitación y hasta una cucaracha en el baño a pesar de la tapa de la coladera. La crema de las amenidades huele horrible

Únicamente hubo un inconveniente y es que el baño al amanecer tenía un olor fuerte a caño, además de que la puerta de la regadera, en la parte de abajo tiene una fuga, provocando que el agua salga hacia la zona de la tasa y hay peligro por resbalón
