Even if the location looks good, do not book a hotel near the pyramids. The biggest problem is the hotel's rating. They use fake accounts to increase their score on Booking.com. I sadly accepted a discount for this, but I regret it now. Don't trust the high points. Also, they lied about early check-in. They said it was free, but then they charged me $20 for 3-4 hours. The towels were never changed during my stay. Turkish travelers especially should be very careful with this place.

Everything was great. The room was nice (big), the views great and the breakfast was a lot of different things. The price is also hard to beat.

Great terrace with superb views. Very comfortable beds. Good shower. Fridge in room and kettle. Plenty of breakfast options . Staff were very helpful and attentive.

Location is impossible to beat, best view ever! Very good breakfast and comfortable and clean beds. it's worth it, especially if it's just for one night as Giza can be very noisy at night, but it's not the hotel fault. I'd stay again!

The payment ... The rate used was not good. I had to pay in EGP pounds and use the price in Dollar with the rate of Euro.

The location is great. The view from the roof top is just mesmerising. The food was amazing. The breakfast served in the morning was nice and fresh. The staff was very helpful. We saw the light and sound show from the rooftop. Had a great time. Will surely visit again.

The terrace has the best view on the pyramids. You can watch the laser show in the evening as well, while having a drink, dinner or taking photographs. I have stayed already 3rd time in this hotel! The owner is great and provides always a personal welcome with a drink.

Brilliant hotel. Only a couple of minutes walk to the entrance to the pyramids but on a surprisingly quiet and calm back street. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were super helpful and friendly and arranged a few things for us, including airport transfers. The view from the roof terrace was amazing!! Breakfast was a huge buffet with lots of variety.

All'arrivo dopo il check in ci hanno portato su altro albergo a qualche centinaio di metri di distanza (Cleopatra Tower) e sistemati in stanza piccola e non proprio pulitissima dicendo che nella struttura non c'erano stanze libere anche se noi avevamo prenotato li. Praticano overbooking. Anche qui personale cordiale e colazione abbastanza soddisfacente. Dopo un paio di giorni in questo albergo abbiamo richiesto di tornare in quello prenotato e la nostra richiesta dopo verifiche varie è stata esaudita.

Great location to the pyramids, the rooftop area is also really nice. Breakfast was great and good location in front of the pyramid. The room was really nice, bathroom topped up well with toiletries. The laundry service was also good.

Nous avons eu une très grande chambre avec terrasse ce qui était très appréciable mais elle n’était pas dans l’hôtel que nous avions réservé. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable mais pas dans notre hôtel du coup 😊

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de ce que nous avions lu, on vous conseille d’aller plutôt dans une boulangerie et de prendre un jus dans la rue.

View of hotel is awesome. You can see 3 pyramids. Their breakfast was good. We also eat in hotel's restaurant. Their food has quality and they were all quite tasty and service was good.

Fantastic brand new renovated rooms with hieroglyphics on the walls, new and very clean bathrooms with a huge overhead shower. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Mohamed at reception was great and made sure to accommodate all our needs! Awesome rooftop with the best view of the pyramids!!

Highly recommend as exactly as per description, a few meters walking from the Pyramids, with great rooftop view on the Giza site, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant /food is great, and the value for service provided is totally justified, will book back here without any reservation when back in Cairo.

Location doesn't get any better. Timeless view of the pyramids from the restaurant at the rooftop. Staff are very friendly. Sunset views are amazing. Pyramid entrance is just a few minutes away. Breakfast was good.

The distance to the pyramids was decent. We had close by Pizza Hut and KFC, which was great. The staff was very friendly and walked us to and from the location. Tito the hotel taxi service did very well taking us to sight see.

Our room was amazing, the top floor restaurant has the best view of the pyramids. The reception and restaurant staff were very accomodating, assisting us in arranging tours local to the hotel and authentic in their treatment of all patrons, knowledge of local availability was also helpful.

ATTENTION,cet établissement pratique le surbooking. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 jours , depuis 2 mois. À notre arrivée le 31 décembre il y avait soi disant des problèmes d’électricité, en fait, il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible pour nous. Nous avons attendu 2 h , il était possible d’avoir une chambre au double du prix nous et avons refusé , ils nous ont envoyé dans un autre hôtel qui n’avait pas de disponibilité .Nous nous sommes retrouvés sur la route avec nos valises et avons fini par trouver un petit hôtel, mais ATTENTION, PERSONNES MALHONNÊTES, À ÉVITER. (nous sommes Genius 3 depuis 15-20 ans)

Instal·lacions de l’allotjament que diuen (a Booking) oferir, però que NO existeixen a la realitat: - No hi ha assecador a les habitacions. - No hi ha articles de bany. - No hi ha cafetera. - No hi ha bar - No hi ha restaurant. - No hi ha aparcament a l’allotjament. - No hi ha caixer automàtic. - No hi ha supermercat petit a l’allotjament. - No hi ha calefacció (sí hi ha unes estufes elèctriques de resistència, que no funcionen). - El wifi NO FUNCIONA (literal). - No hi ha caixer automàtic. - No hi ha estris per planxar. - No hi ha servei d’habitacions. - Accessibilitat: una cadira de rodes no entra a l’únic ascensor que hi ha i l’única entrada a l’hotel no te rampa. Les habitacions són velles i brutes, els banys estan en males condicions. L’ esmorzar és d’una qualitat molt limitada (i et volen fer pagar per coses bàsiques, com demanar un cafè amb llet). El mobiliari (habitacions i zones comuns, com el menjador) està brut i trencat. No hi ha neteja d’ habitacions si no la demanes (política de no entrar a les habitacions i has de demanar sovint que et donin paper WC) Vam reservar dos habitacions triples i quan vam arribar ens van fer un upgrade a una mena d’ habitació amb dos estades (una d’elles d’uns 8 o 9 metres quadrats amb un llit doble al wue no es podia accedir perquè no hi cabia) amb un lavabo al mig (veure fotos) per 5 persones, vam demanar dos habitacions tal i com vam fer la reserva i ens van dir que no hi havia fins l’ endemà (i la reserva per què serveix?????) vam trigar dos dies en aconseguir fer el canvi. Les habitacions no tenen assecador, l’ has de demanar a recepció i compartir amb altres hostes.

Most of all I liked the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. I loved being so close to the pyramids. They have an excellent view and their food is good too.

The view from the top floor where breakfast is served was unbelievable, and the breakfast while simple was very nice. The hosts were very friendly and they went out of their way to make me fell welcome.

Petit déjeuner trés moyen pour un hotel. Pas d'omelette,il ne faut pas arriver trop tard car ils ne réapprovisionnent pas. Soirée du réveillon très chère par rapport aux prestations. Nous avins réclamé 5 fois notre plat principal, et quand on l'a eu tard il était presque frois. Même chose pour dessert 1 banane coupée en 4 et 4 petites friandisrs pour 4 personnes, alors que l'on a vu d'autres assiettes servies avant nous très copieuses. Vraiment décevant. Pas de feu d'artifice alors qu'il y en avait plein partout.

Nada. El lugar fue una estafa. Se promociona con un nuevo nombre con mas de mil comentarios en Booking pero en realidad es Comfort Inn Giza. En ese nos hospedaron y la terraza y todo el lugar y la ubicación de google para llegar al hotel eran las de este, que además ya tenía pésimas reseñas.

Todo. El ingreso, todo estaba sucio, descuidado, a medio construir, nos llevaron por la que no era la entrada principal, los comentarios de booking eran falsos y no corresponden con la realidad del hotel, la comida regular, la atención aparenta ser buena y ser amables pero si no aceptas lo que te ofrecen son groseros. Todo fue terrible. Llegamos en un vuelo a las 3 am y nos llevaron a la dirección que aparece en booking pero luego de registrarnos nos subieron a un carro y sin decirnos a donde íbamos, aunque preguntamos insistentemente, nos llevaron al otro hotel. Todo era falso!

Die Unterkunft stimmt nicht mit den Bildern überein. Nach Eintreffen an der Rezeption sorgen die Mitarbeiter, dass man über booking storniert und man wird dann in eine andere Unterkunft mit Auto gebracht. Von dort sind die Bilder in der online Anzeige, aber auch die wurden manipuliert. Baulärm bis mitten in die Nacht, Abrechnungsbetrug, das Klo war undicht! Absoluter Reinfall!!! Wir sind früher abgereist und versuchen überhaupt die Kaution zurück zu bekommen…

Excellent location, just 2 min from the Sphinx entrance. The area appears to be a bit murky, but is completely safe. We stayed there for 5 nights and walked around a fair bit to buy supplies and go to restaurants,and never felt unsafe. The rooftop terrace is the absolute highlight with stunning views in the morning and evening to the pyramids (you actually can not really see the sphinx as there is a tree in front of it). The breakfast buffet is decent and often resupplied,so you can enjoy your time there as long as you like. The staff was super friendly and helpful whenever we needed something, and they were also just letting us enjoy our stay (only exception was the arrival, more to that below). Rooms are clean, though pretty dark as there are only small windows. Kettle and fridge in the rooms are really helpful.

Actually, our arrival was quite distressing: they asked us to pay in Egyptian currency as their card reader would only accept this. At first, the exchange rate was 10% above the regular one, but they agreed to go down to 5% above. But then, they asked us to cancel the booking to arrange a new one, saying that they would need this for their system. We refused. Next thing was that we had booked 3 rooms as we were 6 persons with one elderly person). We were told to be shifted to another hotel, which we refused. The other hotel obviously belongs to the same chain (all called „comfort“), but is much further away and on a big street. Having checked, we refused as our booking was for this hotel. After quite some forth and back, we finally got the rooms we booked. To be fair: after this stressful start, everything was really positive,and they were super friendly and helpful. But we really had to insist to get what we booked. So, I advise to be careful on the details.

Everything was excellent, I did not have the view from my room I would have liked but was very accessible to all the views, the view of the pyramids from the restaurant was beautiful, I was very happy with the hotel and staff everyone was exceptionally pleasant and professional
