Very poor communication with the venue made it difficult to know what to expect when we got there. The restaurant is not open on sundays or Mondays in winter so I was enquiring about the included breakfast but got no response. The reality was fantastic with generous breakfast ingredients in our fridge on arrival, but it would have been good to know this in advance.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2024Stunning lakeside location Extremely comfortable bed/ pillows Hot and fast shower Beautiful views Hot tub Sauna Breakfast box available from check in so can eat whenever you want On site golf course. Sufficient towels and slippers / bathrobes
All on site restaurants were closed and many in the local area were closed Sunday/ Monday evenings. Had to shop at a supermarket and bring own eve meal ‘picnic’. There is a hob/ microwave and fridge so was ok to heat something up. No WiFi code but 4G very fast.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2020The overall experience was nice, but not awesome as one could expect. The igloo itself is nicely decorated but the final touch is missing. The reception is most likely the same for all the resort quest - if you’re staying in a motel room or in one of the igloos. There are diverse saunas beside a lake and the igloos but none were available. The personnel’s eagerness to sell more was none existing as we requested a possibility for the smoke sauna. Also the receipt was brought to the table without request 15 minutes before the closing time. All and all - all good, but the extra mile missing which could have made the stay spectacular
