Het personeel was heel erg vriendelijk! We konden last minute nog een betere kamer krijgen, dus dat was heel fijn! Ook konden we wat later uitchecken. Ze dachten heel goed met ons mee. Het ontbijt was lekker en het zwembad was ook fijn!

De bedden bij het zwembad zijn niet heel comfortabel, dat was het enige minpuntje. Verder alles top!

La ubicación en sitio muy tranquilo pero bien para moverte por la isla y cerca de la ciudad, el desayuno muy variado, la habitación muy amplia para tres personas. Muy bien la terraza al jardín con la mesa y las sillas y el tendedero

La habitación muy desangelada, las avispas del desayuno eran muy estresantes, no podías comer, el olor del baño y sobre todo la ducha daba un poco de repelus. Faltaba algo de fruta en el desayuno

Anlage liegt ruhig außerhalb Korfustadt, ist gut mit dem Bus erreichbar, kleiner Fußmarsch, Kleiner Supermarkt ,mit wirklich allem ,fußläufig erreichbar. Toller Pool. Gouvia ist auf der anderen Straßenseite, ein nettes kleines Städtchen mit vielen Restaurants. Wir waren rundum mehr als zufrieden

El alojamiento es acogedor, la piscina está estupenda. El desayuno es bueno. La habitación tenia 4 camas en la parte de abajo y 2 más en la parte de arriba. Ambas con su terraza y con baño en ambos pisos, para una familia o grupo es ideal. El alojamiento es limpio y muy tranquilo. Ideal para descansar

No está céntrico pero está cerca de ipsos y allí hay bastante restauración. De la ciudad no está lejos pero sí, te lleva un rato por el tráfico y los semáforos.

We stayed at the villa. It was newly renovated, everything was spot on, modern and very clean. The pool is shallow on one end, but gets deeper on the far end - so perfect for families with small chilldren. Although it is next to the apartments, the location is set that You are totally private and not bothered. We could also use the larger pool in the main area.

Luca Mare to mały, kameralny hotelik położony z dala od ruchliwej ulicy, ale w odległości 10-15 minut od uliczek z tawernami, kawiarniami i sklepikami. Świetny basen, bardzo czysty, ciepła woda, pokoje czyste, ręczniki wymieniane co drugi dzień, pościel raz na cztery dni. Jedzenie pyszne, duży wybór, systematycznie uzupełniane, w postaci szwedzkiego stołu. Ponieważ nasz lot powrotny mieliśmy o północy, a musieliśmy opuścić pokój do godziny 11.00, właściciel nie miał nic przeciwko, żebyśmy zostali tak długo jak potrzebujemy przy basenie. Mogliśmy również skorzystać z łazienki znajdującej się na terenie hotelu ( na zewnątrz budynku), by wziąć kąpiel po całym upalnym dniu, przed powrotem.

Wszystko mi się podobało.

Η πισινα ηταν πολυ ωραια και καθαρη και το δωματιο ανετο και δροσερο.

Στις 8 μερες μας αλλαξαν μονο μια φορα πετσετες και το δωματιο δεν το σκουπισαν ποτε!!

Pour le reste je ne comprend pas les commentaires précédents: petit déjeuné de qualité médiocre café imbuvable ainsi que les jus de fruit tous les jours là même chose. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées et les rideaux aux fenêtres ne sont pas opaques. Bref si vous souhaitez vous reposer passer votre chemin.

Good value for money . Clean comfortable but most important very friendly staff . They were very helpful and friendly answered all of our questions and help us with everything that we needed which made our experience even better . They were very genuine and understanding even when we accidentally took the key with us after we left .

Heerlijke villa met 3 slaapkamers met ensuite badkamer. Een ervan zelfs beneden naast de woonkamer. Grote keuken. Maar het echte pluspunt was het eigen zwembad met zes ligbedden eromheen. Apart zitje waar je in de avonden heerlijk zit. Mooie olijfboom die schaduw biedt. Echt een klein stukje paradijs aan de zijkant van de hotelkamers. Fijne communicatie met Igor. Wij komen hier graag nog een keer terug.

Qua woning niet veel. Alleen misschien wat meer licht in de badkamer beneden. En de heuvel terug oplopen vanaf de restaurants maar gelukkig hadden wij een huurauto bij ons.

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, ideale per raggiungere comodamente a piedi il porticciolo di Gouvia, dove si trovano numerosi ristoranti, bar, negozi e locali. Pur essendo vicinissima al centro, è immersa nel verde, il che rende il soggiorno molto piacevole: anche nelle giornate più calde non abbiamo mai sofferto il caldo grazie alla tranquillità e alla vegetazione circostante. La camera era davvero molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. L'unico piccolo appunto riguarda i letti: avremmo preferito trovare un vero letto matrimoniale anziché due letti singoli. La colazione a buffet è stata varia e soddisfacente, con un'ampia scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati, adatta a tutti i gusti. Nel complesso è una struttura che consigliamo, soprattutto a chi desidera un soggiorno tranquillo in un'ottima posizione per visitare Corfù e i dintorni.

La cobertura y WIFI… señal muy mala… pero compensa todo lo demás

La habitación correcta, baño reformado, aire acondicionado … La piscina muy bien y incluyendo baño con ducha privada. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta si tienes pensado moverte en buses de línea.

La única pega ha sido el abastecimiento de la comida en el desayuno, si ibas sobre las 10 de cerrando 10.30 era común encontrarte con cosas acabadas. De todas formas, las reponían a petición. A gusto propio, eché de menos piezas de fruta.

Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione per 4 notti ma siamo scappati via dopo la prima notte rinunciando a quanto pagato per il soggiorno. È stata una delle più brutte esperienze vissute in una struttura ricettiva.. Materassi e cuscini erano una caricatura, impossibile dormire. Il letto non era stato preparato e sul letto matrimoniale era presente solo un lenzuolo per un letto singolo. La tenda, se così la si può chiamare, non copriva a sufficienza la finestra e così alle 5 del mattino la stanza era super illuminata. Nessuna zanzariera alle finestre e quindi tante zanzare in stanza. Non vedevamo l'ora di andar via e così abbiamo fatto. Nessun contatto da parte della struttura per cercare di capire cosa fosse accaduto che ha semplicemente segnalato il "no show" quando sapeva perfettamente che avevamo dormito la prima notte. Non capisco perché questa gente tratta i turisti come spazzatura anziché pensare che sono la loro ricchezza.

Camera ampia, colazione buona e sufficientemente varia. Staff gentile.

La stanza non è stata pulita neanche una volta in sei giorni. Ci sono stati problemi con la doccia.

Ολα ωραία!

Zadbane otoczenie, ładny ogród, basen wystarcza do ochłody. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie, wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Spokojna okolica, blisko centrum. Przystanek autobusowy 2 minuty spacerem od hotelu. Śniadania na tyle urozmaicone, że z pewnością każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Bardzo pomocni właściciele, doradzą co zwiedzić, jak się tam dostać. Dziękujemy za super wakacje.

Jeśli miałabym się przyczepić do czegoś to w pokojach mogłoby być więcej gniazdek elektrycznych. Jednak dziś potrzeba ich chyba nieco więcej. Czasem również internet działał słabiej. Ale takie drobiazgi nie są w stanie zepsuć dobrego wrażenia, jakie pozostawia pobyt w tym miejscu.

El hotel está muy limpio y nuevo. El desayuno súper rico y el personal muy atento y agradable. El parking tiene bastante sombra y es amplio. La zona de la piscina y las hamacas está cuidada y limpia. La localización es perfecta para visitar la isla, tiene un supermercado “grande” cerca y una gasolinera a 3 minutos andando. Se puede bajar al pueblo a pie también sin problema.

Das Mehrbett Zimmer sehr ungemütlich eingerichtet und hat Krankenhaus Charme. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und nicht gut , sehr wenig gesund und frisch , der nächste Strand ist zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten aber es ist kein schöner Strand

Hôtel très bien situé, à 10 minutes de Corfou centre. A proximité des supermarchés, pas très loin du nord de l'île également. Literie confortable, logement spacieux, équipé d'un petit frigo, balcon et salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne Le petit déjeuné est bien, suffisant avec salé et sucré (pain, beurre confiture, œuf brouillé, bacon…) Le personnel est très sympathique, que ça soit pour l'accueil, le nettoyage ou la dame qui prépare les repas. Le logement est équipé de serviette de douche petites et grandes, tapis de bain et gel douche Petit parking devant l'hôtel, cadre sympathique avec piscine et transats Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de notre séjour au Luca Mare ! En basse saison c'est un hôtel très appréciable

Je pense que la machine à café ainsi que la machine à jus de fruits sont un peu vieillissantes, le café à plus goût d'eau que de café et jus de fruits qui à le goût du plastique de la machine La chambre à l'étage manque d'isolation, on entend les voisins aller au toilettes

De kamer was erg schoon en werd dagelijks gereinigd. Vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was lekker met onder andere broodjes, eieren, bacon en yoghurt. Goede locatie ten opzichte van de restaurants. 10 minuten lopen. Parkeren was prettig tegenover de accommodatie.

Dobrze wyposażone pokoje, wygodne łóżka, balkon. Duży basen przy samym hotelu. Pyszne śniadanie.

Great value. The place was pretty quiet and laid-back, although in a close vicinity of main road as well as walking distance from stores and restaurants. Pool was clean and with plenty of sunbeds and umbrelas and with variety of offered refreshments. Cleaning staff took out garbage on daily basis and changed the towels every other day. The owner was very friendly and they let the guests stay around the facilities even before/after check-out time. The lady taking caring of breakfast bufee was very nice and pro-active and nothing was ever missing.

Plenty of mosquitos, so be sure to something to repel them (in our case there was an electric repelent device, which we only had to buy the filling for). The breakfast did not offer any varieties - just same basic stuff every day, so not ideal for longer stay than a week. I would definitely ban smoking in the dining area, as that was very annoying from some of the other guests. The beds require maintenance (we were 2 persons and luckilly 2 out of 3 beds were ok, but the third one made loud noises with every move).

Muy lindo complejo, con pileta y espacio para estar afuera, muy rico desayuno, muy cómodo, excelente lugar, a pocas cuadras del centro de Gouvia que es muy pintoresco y con restaurantes, bajando del complejo al llegar a la avenida está la parada del colectivo

lo único que no me gustó es que hay q subir dos o tres cuadras empinadas pero no es culpa del lugar, es la geografia de esas zonas

Appartamento in struttura molto curata, su due piani con due bagni, confortevole, pulito e organizzato in stile “camerata”, ideale per un gruppo numeroso di amici. Molto utili i doppi terrazzini, Presenza della piscina. La colazione a buffet è semplice ma sufficiente.

Essendo in stile camerata, ospiti vicini abbastanza rumorosi e poca insonorizzazione. La colazione era di poca qualità, ed era servita in una veranda all'aperto, ottima sicuramente in estate, ma troppo fresca per ottobre

Petit déjeuner, varié et copieux mais de qualité moyenne par contre, le centre-ville était très facilement accessible à environ 10 minutes à pied et le cadre était soigné et joliment décoré

Les rideaux pourraient être changés pour des plus opaques afin de plonger la chambre dans le noir pour la nuit

Uitgebreid ontbijt was zeer goed, ligging best ok, ook om te voet uit eten te gaan 's avonds, en best wel centraal op 't eiland gelegen voor uitstapjes.

Hygiene aan de douche kon beter, alsook de toiletbril was pover kwaliteit. Het zwembad was half oktober niet meer zo warm. Kan verder echt geen negatieve puntjes bedenken.

Obiekt bardzo czysty, room service codziennie, porządek na obiekcie, na basenie, śniadania smaczne. Obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna. Blisko przystanek autobusowy, wypożyczalnia aut, market i restauracje. Na pewno bym poleciła dalej.

De tuinen en zwembad. Vriendelijkheid van gastheer bij het verblijf. Als er wat is, kun je daar terecht.

De douche in onze kamer was wat minder schoon. De rest van de kamer en verblijf was proper! De bedjes aan zwembad lagen heel hard.

בגדול לא היה משהו חריג. השכרנו 5 חדרים , לא בכל בחדרים יש מיטות זוגיות. ברובם לא היה.

מלונית קטנה במיקום די קרוב למרכז נמצאת על גבעה מעל העיר. מי שמבוגר וקשה לו לעלות עליה אז פחות מתאים סה״כ מקום נחמד נקי ומטופח יש בריכת שחיה חיצונית חדרים גדולים במיוחד הדופלקס . לא היה שמיכות רק סדינים הזרם מים היה מעולה . הלובי נסגר מוקדם אין שם 24 שעות שרות ארוחת בוקר מצוינת יש מקרר בחדר המרפסת המלון שקט מאוד ואין רעש מסביב סה״כ תמורה טובה למחיר

אין שמיכות ואין מעלית לקומה השניה אם קשה לכם לעלות קחו חדר בקרקע

Brak szklanek, personel nie sprzątał hotelu, raz podczas wymiany ręczników zostały zabrane tylko brudne a nowe się nie pojawiły. Śniadania były szykowane dzień wcześniej i warzywa były wyciągane z lodówki, co nie sprzyjało świeżości

Le logement n'est pas adapté pour un couple car pas de lit double. Pas de bouilloire ni une bouteille d'eau de fournie.

Minden megtalálható volt, amit a megjegyzésben feltüntettek. A törölközőket és az ágyneműket két napot cserélték. Mindennap takarítás volt a szobánkban.

Acogedor, impecable y muy comodo

Der Pool war groß und sauber, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, da sie ein paar Gehminuten von Gouvia entfernt ist, das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt und die Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt. Das Bad war neu, jedoch hat uns die Halterung für die Duschbrause gefehlt. Das Personal war großteils freundlich.

Die Wände sind sehr dünn, man hört sogut wie alle Geräusche aus den Nächbarzimmern, und diese vor dem Zimmer, wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer, welches sehr groß war aber kein Doppelbett hatte. Was wir ein bisschen Schade fanden, da wir extra das Dreibettzimmer gebucht haben (teuer als das Vierbettzimmer), damit wir die Wahl zwischen Doppelbett und getrennte Betten haben. Es gibt in dieser Unterkunft viele größere Zimmer und weniger kleine Zimmer mit Doppelbett, ich empfehle diese Unterkunft daher eher Familien/Gruppen, und nicht unbedingt Pärchen.

המיקום היה מעולה וקרוב להכל, יש חניה שזה יתרון לרכב שכור וכביש הגישה נוח, הבריכה נראית טובה למרות שלא נכנסנו אליה.

החדר היה עם ריח בלתי נסבל של ביוב ולא נקי במיוחד. לא מנקים את החדר בזמן השהיה, לא החליפו מגבות ולא רוקנו את הפחים. משהו שפחות התחברנו אליו בהתחשב בזה שאנחנו 5 בנות בחדר. ארוחת הבוקר טעונת שיפור רציני, אין מבחר מכולם אפילו לחם בקושי היה.

El personal en la recepción, me pareció como director de escuela 🙂, éramos tres, llegamos sobre las 3 pm y primero nos dice que la habitación no estaba preparada, aunque le habíamos mandado un mensaje de nuestra llegada, por la mañana, y tuve que pedir agua, no había nada en la habitación, cosa que no vi en ningún otro sitio de Grecia! Contando que he estado en 16 islas :) En gerenal bien !

Private swimming pool, 20 minutes drive to the old town

While the property looked great in pictures and had certain good features like a private swimming pool, our overall experience was horrible. Firstly, the private pool water was cold, even during peak summer, making it almost unusable despite being one of the main reasons we chose this villa. Secondly, we were unaware that Corfu experiences frequent power outages, which directly affect running water, toilets, showers, washing machines, and overall electrical usage. The owner did not inform us about this in advance. On 30th August, we faced a major power outage around 9 AM. At that time, there was no electricity, no running water, no lights, no AC, and no functioning toilets, which was extremely inconvenient. Additionally, we encountered electrical issues within the villa itself. One evening, we returned to find that the main gate remote stopped working. When we checked inside, we discovered that the entire power system had tripped. Even after resetting the switches, the electricity kept cutting off repeatedly due to what seemed like an electrical load issue. This caused several problems — the AC, induction cooking facilities, fridge, and microwave stopped working, leaving us unable to cook or even cool the villa. We had to sleep without AC in peak summer, which was very uncomfortable and disappointing considering the premium price we paid. We believe that for a property listed on Booking.com at this price range, basic facilities like electricity, water, AC, and cooking amenities should be consistently available, or at the very least, guests should be informed beforehand about known limitations like frequent power outages and potential electrical issues. Given the inconvenience we faced, we also believe that some form of compensation or partial refund would be fair.
