Reviewed Mar 10, 2026The hotel was so elegant and beautiful but most important were the staff. From the time you entered, the check-in, housekeeping, breakfast, check-out, everything was so customer friendly. I believe the staff made our visit such a memorable experience!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, es wurde auch renoviert, man hat den ganzen Tag gehört wie renoviert wurde. Das Bad ist recht klein.

Reviewed May 17, 2025I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel. The place was calm and elegant, and the staff were very respectful and professional. The restaurants and room service were excellent. This stay was a gift for my mother, and I truly appreciate how all my requests before check-in were fully respected. Thank you to the amazing team — this won’t be my last visit, Inshallah!
The only small comment I have is that the bed sheets could have been a bit cleaner. Other than that, everything was great — thank you, and Inshallah I’ll visit again
