Das Frühstück war in Ordnung

Die Auswahl an süßen Aufstrichen

Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Sheraton und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders möchten wir erwähnen, wie problemlos es im Restaurant in Punkto glutenfreie Ernährung gelaufen ist. Mein Mann leidet unter Zöliakie und benötigt daher glutenfreies Brot resp. Speisen. Schon bei der Buchung bestellten wir daher ein glutenfreies Frühstück. Der Service hat tadellos geklappt, jeden Morgen erhielt mein Mann frisch aufgebackene glutenfreie Brötchen so viel er wollte. Auch bereitete man für ihn extra frisches Rührei zu um jede Verunreinigung zu vermeiden. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant verlief problemlos. Obwohl an dem Abend ein Anlass stattfand und daher nur kleine Karte war, wurde speziell für meinen Mann ein Essen hergerichtet, das er problemlos genießen konnte. Wir werden gerne auch in Zukunft im Sheraton Offenbach übernachten, wenn wir wieder ans jährliche Main Matsuri gehen.

Pros: nice staff , convenient parking, central location, quiet, clean Cons: -Air Conditioning did not work in our room.Had a sleepless night. - rooms need to be renovated - couldn’t call front desk from room phone.Number not listed. Staff attempted to correct the problems in the room but it was not possible. Renovation of hotel is scheduled soon - call ahead and make sure to stay in a newly renovated room if not find a different hotel.

Check in was quick and friendly and the receptionist explained dinner and breakfast times. When I asked if he knew about train times he researched on the receptions computer for me and was very helpful. The train station outside the hotel, (1 minute walk) and takes 30 mins to airport. Our room was very comfortable and very quiet, spare pillows in the wardrobe. Water available, coffee machine. Free WiFi and easy to log in. A lovely beer garden seating area outside for a cool drink in the sun. Beautiful Busing Palais within the grounds. Nice setting, nice rooms, nice staff and a calm experience.

Breakfast was excellent!

Early check-in was an additional 100 Euros. Seems pretty high.

L’hôtel est propre, tout comme les chambres. L’emplacement est très pratique et permet de se déplacer facilement. Le parking souterrain est également un vrai plus : propre, facile d’accès et peu fréquenté lors de notre séjour

En revanche, point négatif concernant notre réservation familiale : nous n’avons jamais obtenu le lit d’appoint demandé pour notre enfant de 9 ans. Le personnel nous a attribué une chambre avec un grand lit double sans supplément, ce qui est appréciable, mais une chambre avec deux lits simples et un lit d’appoint aurait été nettement plus confortable pour notre famille.

Central location to trains, buses, restaurants and shops. Very clean room and breakfast was a great choice

Das Zimmer war schön groß mit einem wunderbaren King-Size-Bett. Sehr gepflegte Räume. Das Frühstück und auch die Speisen im Restaurant sind absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine ausreichend große Tiefgarage mitten in Offenbach.

Leider war der Aufenthalt zu kurz.

We were booked in here as part of a Trafalgar Tour, so we staying one night prior to the start of our tour. Being Sheraton, and we were advised that the hotels on the Trafalgar tour were of 4 star quality, we were very disappointed in our room. It was very dated, there was a big mark on the wall behind the bed that looked like a blood spatter that had been rubbed out. The bathroom was very mouldy and the tap fitting was half off the wall and you could see the pipes going into the wall. Not at all what I expect for a Sheraton that's for sure.

Das Personal hat die Worte Freundlichkeit und Lösungsorientiert nicht gelernt. Absolute Katastrophe. Frau Zosel (Front Office Managerin) ist definitiv fehlbesetzt auf dieser Stelle, ich schüttele immer noch den Kopf über so viel Arroganz. Sheraton ist nicht mehr das was man früher mit der Marke verbunden hat. Abgewohnte Möbel, Frühstück nur halbherzig (es wurde nicht aufgefüllt).

A very poor experience from start to finish. As soon as I arrived for check-in, the receptionist responded to my “hello” with a blunt “ID please.” It honestly felt more like going through border control than checking into a hotel. I asked if my date modification had been processed without any additional fee, and I was told that it had been confirmed. Then came the room: a dark, ground-floor room that felt very outdated. The bathroom was old-fashioned, some power outlets were barely attached to the wall, and the TV was so old that you have to wait about 30 seconds between pressing the button and the channel actually changing. There wasn’t even a coffee machine in the room. The bar staff, however, were very friendly. Unfortunately, the snack served with drinks was a extremely salty soft cardboard that they call “homemade chips.” The snack was so salty that it actually woke me up in the middle of the night — I had to drink almost two liters of water just to get the taste out of my mouth. At checkout, I was told that I had to stay one more night because my date modification had supposedly not been processed. After about five minutes of searching, they finally found the correct reservation — but then informed me that I now had to pay a modification fee. This fee was not clearly indicated in the Bonvoy app. I travel every two weeks and regularly stay with both Accor and Bonvoy hotels, and I modify reservations quite often. Hotels are usually understanding and flexible. That was not the case here. The manager simply told me to read all the terms and conditions and ended the conversation. I’m very disappointed with this Marriott experience and especially with how my complaint was handled. I would not recommend this hotel for business travel — unless you enjoy paying a high price for something that feels closer to a prison-like experience than a hotel stay.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war sehr warm. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regeln.

Geen laadmogelijkheid voor electrische auto. Veel rumoer laad op de avond (na 2300) door housekeeping, die nog kamers aan het schoonmaken zijn. Onbeleefde receptionist, toen ik hieromtrent melding van maakte. Ontbijt Eur26 ipv Eur10, zoals in de booking bevestiging. Is na reclamatie wel aangepast.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at this hotel, specifically regarding excessive noise disturbances and the unprofessional conduct of one of your managers. During my stay, I was subjected to significant noise levels that continued late into the day, making it impossible to rest. This is unacceptable for a hotel of your reputation and standard. When I brought this issue to the attention of the on-duty manager, I was extremely disappointed by the response I received. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and constructively, the manager’s behavior was dismissive and unprofessional. Rudness and absence of customer care are his values. Total lack of empathy, understanding and customer care. Even the receptionist appeared to be surprised with his behaviour. Such a poor approach of one of your managers made the entire experience very unpleasant. I made it clear that I arrived from long range flight amd that I needed to rest, however I experienced total lack of understanding from your staff. I made it very clear that we are in the European Union, where such a level of hospitality and lack of customer care should not exist—especially in an international hotel brand such as Sheraton. Guests should feel respected, heard, and properly assisted when raising legitimate concerns. This experience falls far below the standards I expect from a hotel of your standing. I trust that you will take this matter seriously, investigate the incident, and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent similar situations in the future. I would appreciate a formal response regarding how this issue will be addressed. Kindly let your staff know that customer carenis about empathy, understanding and eagerness to find appropriate solutions. There is no space for rudeness, passive aggressive behaviour and lack of interest for the role. They would benefit from receiving training and feedback.

The property is quite outdated. The box on which the coffee pods were, was dirty, you could see it has not been cleaned as it had sugar spelled everywhere, and some cookies crumbs.

Room with internet, absolute zero connectivity the whole day nothing was done about the same. It strange in 2025 customers are given rooms with no WiFi when they advertise WiFi on the website

Freundliches Personal, im Grunde gute Lage zur Innenstadt (Marktplatz) runde 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß.

Die Bettwäsche knistert etwas, was aber nicht schlafstörend auswirkt.

Due to a postponed flight, airline directed me to this hotel. I spent one night only. Rooms are clean, with necessary amenities. I had dinner in hotel restaurant. Food was prepared well, tasty and price was reasonable. Breakfast selection is quite big and all are tasty. Thanks.

Put up here overnight by Lufthansa, after their flight delays caused us to miss our connecting flight. Slept well and shower was good. Staff lovely & helpful, gave us toothbrushes ( as our luggage was retained by the airline) and an adapter plug. Breakfast pretty average but did the job.

Ruhig und sauber. Frühstück sehr gut.

The room was impeccably clean, just like in the photos. The staff were very kind, from the housekeeping team and the wonderful bartender to the friendly reception staff. We were cold, and they immediately brought a heater to our room. Breakfast was decent. It would be nice if the room included slippers, cotton swabs, and a shoehorn from the start. Everything worth seeing in Offenbach is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with excellent connections to Frankfurt and the airport.

De bedden mogen best wat langer, 1,90 is te kort als er wel hele grote kussens op liggen, zeker al met mijn lengte laat staan echt lange personen

I first stayed early in September and had some minor irritations with my room not being ready and the resturant. But two weeks latter I returned after touring Germany and have had an excellent stay, the rooms are excellent the service is excellent and the food is some of the best I have found, so I attribute my first stay irritations to be just life's coincidences.

Obsluha na recepci, nepřipravené rodinné pokoje, zaúčtována platba snídaně a parkování , i když jsem již vše měla v ceně , reklamace byla obtížná a pro mě velmi nepříjemná - tohle by se nemělo stávat. V restauraci po objednání pití jsme čekali 30minut. Na večeři jsme šli raději do města.

Personal an der Rezeption machen tlw. unterschiedliche Aussagen, eine "Kaution" von 100 € erforderlich, vorher gibt es keine Zimmer karte (obwohl Prepay); die Kosten für den Parkplatz sehr hoch (Tag = 22 €), das Zimmer roch nach altem Rauch, Dusche könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen

This was an unexpected longer stay in Frankfurt due to some flight delays. I just wanted to mention our stay was made much more pleasant by the staff here at Sheraton Offenbach in Frankfurt. A special mention to F&B Service Manager Tarik Yegin for his exceptional customer service delivery throughout our stay. He was busy but still took the time out to be personable and friendly with the guests. I whole heartedly recommend this hotel in the heart of Offenbach, Germany to anyone who might be travelling here.
