L'hôte est merveilleux. Aux petits soins avec nous, tellement généreux, serviable et aidant. De bon conseil. Nous avons décidé de prolonger notre séjour ici tellement nous étions satisfaits. La nourriture au petit-déjeuner est excellente.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was great, a short walk away from the centre of Tam Coc but quiet and peaceful. The rooms were lovely- spacious and clean. The owners and staff were brilliant- very kind and accomodating. We were able to rent a bike for a few days from the property which was fantastic for exploring. We ate at the property both nights of our stay as we enjoyed the food so much.

An absolute gem of a stay, located down a quieter road but with access to the main area. Bikes are free to rent and make everything very accessible. The owner is lovely, providing local information which is helpful to plan the stay. Rooms are bright and airy, pool is lovely for an afternoon.

Die Anlage ist sehr platzsparend gebaut, heißt es gibt keine liegen am Pool, nur 2 Hängesessel. Es gibt kleine sheds am Rand mit Hängematten, wir hätten uns halt gern gesonnt. Was uns wirklich gestört hat: morgens ab 6/7 Uhr haben die Welpen des Nachbarn konstant gebellt, Grund: sie wurden zu sechst in einen Mini Käfig gezwängt, neben der Mutter, ebenfalls im Käfig, lag auf dem Rücken, konnte sich nicht umdrehen. Das mag einen Vietnamesen nicht stören, die Unterkunft kann da auch gar nichts dafür, trotzdem hat uns jeden Morgen das Herz geblutet…

Dejlig rolig beliggenhed tæt på Tam Coc og mange seværdigheder. I varmen var det rart at kunne bruge poolen til nedkøling efter at have cyklet på de gratis lånecykler. Derudover god aircondition og meget venligt personale, der hjalp med vasketøj, gode råd til cykelruter og andre seværdigheder.

The staff was extremely kind and thoughtful and cared a lot for the whole length of my stay. The place itself has beautiful views and the room was very comfortable. I would gladly have stayed more. I totally recommend staying there if you're visiting Ninh Binh

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff and owners were absolutely brilliant—so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely looked after and made to feel at home. It really was a home away from home. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning. We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The pool was lovely and well maintained, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the day. The food was also very good, with plenty of choice and everything we tried was enjoyable. Combined with the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, it made for a really pleasant stay. Overall, a great property and somewhere we would happily stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El personal de l'hotel ha sigut molt simpàtic, proper i servicial. Ens ha facilitat lloguer de moto, transport i hem pogut utilitzar bicicletes de forma gratuita. L'habitació és moderna, molt confortable i ben equipada. La zona exterior és preciosa, tant la piscina com la zones de descans. La ubicació és extraordinaria. L'esmorzar molt correcte, es poden triar diferents opcions. Se'ns dubte, tornariem a repetir si tornem a Tam Coc.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in diesem kleinen, familiengeführten Boutique-Hotel. Die Besitzer, Ha und Tuan, sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns von Anfang an herzlich willkommen geheissen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der wunderschöne, gepflegte Garten – ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Auch der Pool war sehr sauber und perfekt für eine kleine Abkühlung nach einem Ausflug. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, ganz in der Nähe von Tam Coc und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

We had an amazing stay at Nan House in Tam Coc and would definitely come back! The hotel has everything you need and was perfect for our family. The location is excellent – close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The service was truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay and took care of every little detail. Every day we were treated to fresh fruit and thoughtful touches that made us feel so welcome. They really made our holiday stress-free and unforgettable. We highly recommend Nan House to anyone visiting Tam Coc, especially families. Thank you for giving us such a fantastic vacation!

Staff were so friendly and the facilities were amazing. The free bicycles was an added bonus. They even provided us with a packed breakfast when we left early.

I stayed at Nan House for 3 nights and had a great stay. All of the staff were really helpful, kind and welcoming. The location is also great, it’s just a short walk away from the centre of Tam Coc so a nice quiet getaway without being too far from restaurants shops etc. The swimming pool was also amazing and a great way of cooling off from the heat. Rooms were also perfect, a good size, very clean, and with air conditioning!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber waren jederzeit da wenn man etwas brauchte. Der Pool ist schön und sauber. Die gesamte Anlage und die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Wir haben eine 1 jährige Tochter und sie konnte sich im Zimmer viel bewegen, draussen im Restaurantbereich war auch sehr viel Platz und der Pool war optimal für sie.

L'accueil de notre hôte était parfait. Early check in possible car nous sommes arrivées à 7h du matin après une nuit de bus, donc une solution très appréciable. Lit très confortable et très belle décoration et jardin. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Piscine parfaite pour se détendre. Calme et proche des activités. Prêt de vélos très pratique. Tuan, our host was so helpful and accommodating. Lovely natured person. The rooms have plenty of space and are clean. Bed was very comfortable. It was so hot and we used the pool on many occasions for our 2 day stay. Breakfast was delicious each day with you choice of about 6 dishes.

About 15 min walk to restaurants and shops. Not a big deal.

Best stay in Vietnam! traveling with 2 kids, this was the perfect homey stay with the greatest hosts Tuan and Ha were lovely, helpful, inviting and just made us feel at home. My boys loved it! special attention from Tuan that took them fishing and bonded with them. The place is 6 years old made with love and full of though how to have nice corners and spaces to just be. location is PERFECT, 5 min from the main street and right at the feet of wild nature and rice fields. Just take NAN house bike ( free of charge) and go.....it was by far our favorite stay and favorite place in our Vietnam trip! Room are better than their booking pictures! very nice great beds and super clean . Breakfast super great in the best atmosphere! POOL in the front is also great , good siye and super well kept. Can not wait to visit NAN house again!

Great location, Moon was amazing in helping me organize transportation to and from and extend my stay… as a solo traveler it was nice to get some assistance with all of the logistics. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Das Hotel hatte eine sehr schöne Lage, wir konnten uns kostenfrei Fahrräder nehmen was toll war da man alles gut mit Fahrrad erreichen konnte. Die Hotel Besitzer waren auch sehr sehr lieb und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, copieux et avec beaucoup de choix, la piscine ferme tard, les parties communes et les chambres sont très agréables et des vélos sont en libre service (en état moyen) Je recommande vivement !

Un corridor de verdure qui serpente le long des chambres. Ces gens là ont vraiment la main verte. En fin de journée, après une excursion il fait bon s'y retrouver un peu a l'écart du centre ville toujours tres animé.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly, it felt like home. The atmosphere was quiet, fresh and clean. The location was great, in a quiet area but easy to walk to the busy part of tam coc.

The hotel was very charming, set among peaceful paddy fields and framed by stunning mountains. It’s clean, quiet, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The host and owner were exceptionally helpful and flexible, which really made the stay even more enjoyable. And Ninh Binh is truly underrated—easily one of the most beautiful places in Southeast Asia.

Très bon accueil. Moon est très gentille, aidante, ainsi que le reste du personnel. Nous avons très bien mangé, le petit déjeuner était copieux. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Petit ++ pour le bain d'herbes pour les pieds très appréciable en fin de journée. Nous avons pu louer un scooter très facilement directement au homestay.

Lovely property in a great location. Close to walk into the main high street also with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent stay. The owner is so welcoming and took care of all our needs, from early planning of transfer and activities to last minute changes in our program. He was very friendly. His tip to visit Tam Coc at 7am was completely correct. We had the place for ourselves, amazing! The rooms are very comfortable and the garden is very cute. Plenty of food options at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Not that we didn't like it, but maybe to avoid surprises for other visitors. The property is very small. It's very well arranged for the size but the garden is not very spacious. It is neither close to the city center (walkable but not directly there) nor in the middle of nature. The street it's on is actually being built up quite a lot. It didn't bother us though since we used the hotel as a base to explore the region.

Hotel run by a family, they were very accommodated with our arrival times and last-minute requests. Food is delicious. Wifi works. Laundry services are done in a couple of hours. They have bikes for free that you can use which was very helpful and fun. We had a great time.

Perfect place to stay. The best homestay in Ninh binh. Came back the 3rd times, still love the landscape, the garden, the breakfast, the hospitable owner, and cute cats We will definitely come back soon

Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns in jeglicher Situation geholfen. Als mein Kind krank wurde, haben sich alle direkt gesorgt und gekümmert. Es war sehr familiär. Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet und war absolut köstlich.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Nan House : la résidence est charmante avec, juste en face de chaque chambre, un petit coin extérieur pour se reposer composé de hamacs, une piscine et un espace extérieur pour le petit-déjeuner et les repas. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Par ailleurs, Tuan est un hôte très agréable !

Il y avait beaucoup de moustiques dans la chambre : mais nous avons fait la chasse au moustique le premier soir et ensuite plus de soucis ! Au niveau de l’emplacement, Nan House se situe au bout d’une rue un petit peu isolée et parfois pas très bien éclairée.

Een klein paradijsje als je de poort van bamboe binnen loopt. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Je mag het ontbijt 1 dag van te voren doorgeven en van de kaart uitkiezen. Extra is het zwembad, de gratis fietsen en een kruiden voetenbad die al op je kamer klaarstaat. Wat wil je nog meer als je lang gereisd hebt. De eigenaren zijn hele lieve mensen. Staan altijd voor je klaar.

Eine liebevoll gepflegte Oase mit familiärer Atmosphäre und freundlichstem Service. Wir sind extra einen Tag länger hier geblieben und haben per Roller und Fahrrad die wunderschöne Landschaft erkundet.

Frühstück a la carte. Wird am Vortag erfragt und frisch zubereitet. Asiatisch und westlich. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gute Lage, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Hauptstraße mit Restaurants, Massagestudios und Geschäften sowie zur Bootsanlegestelle. Man kann aber auch sehr gut, lecker und preiswert im Nan House essen. Überraschend große Auswahl. Wird frisch zubereitet. Außerdem gab’s noch ein paar kleine niedliche Kätzchen. Anlage recht ruhig gelegen, so dass man gut entspannen kann. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausflugszielen per Fahrrad, Roller oder Taxi ( Grab) zu erreichen. Man muss allerdings höhere Preise für Grab wie zB. in Hanoi kalkulieren.

This was the best. Nan house and team helped us with every detail of our trip and made it the most amazing. Great location. Lovely staff. Great Bun Cha! This was the highlight of our stay in Vietnam!

The accommodation is in a quiet yet convenient location, allowing you to reach Tam Coc and the surrounding area very easily – whether on foot or by using the accommodation’s free bikes. This is a big plus, as it gives you the freedom to explore the beautiful landscape while staying flexible. I’m really glad I chose this place. There are many locals living nearby, so it didn’t feel like a typical tourist area, unlike the centre of Tam Coc. The room was clean and tidy, perfectly adequate for a few nights. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back. Breakfast is included in the price. It’s quite simple and the portions are on the smaller side, but still tasty and a good start to the day. And you can even choose from many options. The hosts were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast portions could definitely be a bit bigger, although I’m sure if you ask, the host would happily accommodate you. The accommodation itself is quite simple overall, which may not suit travellers looking for more comfort or higher standards – but for me, it was just right! You will hear chickens in the morning, but that’s part of staying close to nature - and honestly, part of staying almost anywhere in Vietnam. The only small thing I could mention is that a smile here and there from the staff would make the experience even nicer. It’s absolutely no problem that English isn’t widely spoken, but as they say - a smile never hurts. Still, this place remains for me a 10/10.

Les hotes étais super acceuillant, la localisation et le logement est super, nous avons egalement put faire notre lessive sur place, petit dejeuner a la carte chaques matins. Les hotes ont egalement accepter de garder notre bagage et nous preter des vélos la journer malgré alors que nous avions check out à 12h00. 10/10.

Accommodation was in walking distance to the shops and restaurants and other attractions not too far away. We loved using the push bikes provided to go see some local areas. The herbal footbaths were lovely. Our host was friendly and helpful and our room was comfortable and clean. We would highly recommend staying here!

The location was a plus, close enough to the center and to the stores, but far from the noise. We liked the calmness of the bungalows. The owner was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Sehr schöne Lage, super bemühte Gastgeberin, sehr saubere und schöne Zimmer mit guten Betten und schöner Einrichtung. Leckeres Frühstück! Wir haben Räder und Scooter auch ausleihen können und unsere Wäsche wurde auch gewaschen.

Der Pool war nicht so 100% einladend, das hat uns aber nicht gestoert.

Det er en dejlig oase, der ligger i perfekt afstand til mange turistattraktioner. Alle er så søde og venlige. Det er en god idé fodbad på værelset. Det er fantastisk at tage lige inden sengetid. Der er mange forskellige menuer både morgen og aften.

Sheets could’ve been a bit cleaner (found some hair, etc). Also, would’ve liked a lighter cover. Perhaps a flat sheet and lighter weight comforter? Updated towels. Milk alternative for my coffee would be an extra bonus.

Un super accueil de la part de la propriétaire, nous nous sommes rapidement sentis comme à la maison, les bouteilles d'eau remises chaque jour, le jardin... l'emplacement a moins de 800 m du centre-ville, petit déjeuner à la carte, la possibilité de faire sa lessive, jolie chambre bien décorée...

I appreciate the hospitality of Mr. Tuan, that was very nice and helpful. He helped us with everything we needed. The room was large, with a lot of space that is very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were wonderful. All the stuff is so sweet and warm. We ate dinner in the hotel that was fresh and tasty. We also rented a motorbike in the hotel so it is very easy to go out and travel around.

Nan House is about a 10-15 minute walk to Tam Coc. The setting is lovely, especially the back garden off the breakfast room. Breakfast was fine. My favorite thing was the foot baths. After 2 days of serious walking, my feet were happy to be treated so kindly. The light in our bathroom was out. We reported it and they brought a temporary light for that night and had it repaired the next day.

The front desk was empty most of the time. Sometimes we had questions and there was no one there to answer. We booked transportation through Nan House but it was confused (left an hour earlier than we were told) so not sure I'd do that again.

Die Unterkunft ist in dem recht touristischen und wuseligen Tam Coc eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir wurden von Linh sehr freundlich empfangen. Trotz der Tet-Festlichkeiten hat sie alles möglich gemacht und uns toll unterstützt und Touren organisiert. Die Lage ist perfekt, da man in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum ist. Zudem kann man umsonst Fahrräder ausleihen. Der Pool ist auch super und gerade mit Kindern eine toller Ausgleich. Wir kommen wieder und haben uns im toll angelegt an Garten, sowie im wohlriechenden Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Absolument tout était fabuleux. La famille propriétaire de l'hôtel est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables. Nous étions avec notre bébé de 18 mois, ils sont été au petits soins avec nous. Nous aurions pu rester 2 semaines de plus sans problème !

Obwohl es ein Missverständnis mit dem Zimmer gab, das vor allem ich verschuldet habe, haben die Besitzer super flexibel und offen reagiert und direkt eine tolle Lösung gefunden! Wir bekamen unser Wunschzimmer mit schönem Balkon. Generell war es ein sehr geräumiges und geschmackvolles Zimmer mit gemütlichem Bett und tollem Bad mit regendusche. Man ist bezüglich des Frühstücks auf spezielle Wünsche eingegangen und hat uns ein Taxi zum Bahnhof organisiert. Die kostenfreien Fahrräder waren auch sehr praktisch und ein späterer check out zu fairem Preis wurde auch ermöglicht. Gerne wieder! Vielen Dank für alles!
