Every thing was lovely

Très bel hôtel, authentique, original et bien entretenu. Le père et sa fille sont adorables et chaleureux, ils organisent toutes les excursions. Très bon petit déjeuner, mention spéciale pour l’omelette délicieuse ! Belle petite piscine dans la roche. Le restaurant sur place est pratique.

Literie un peu dure. Cuisine du restaurant très inégale.

Habitación excavada en roca preciosa y amplia. El lugar en sí es muy bonito. El personal es muy buena gente y el desayuno es un espectáculo. Tienen un watsapp al que estan superatentos, nosotros gestionamos con ellos la excursión de quads y fue muy bien. La piscina interior es una fantasía, para relajarse despues de día duro viene genial. La relación calidad-precio ha sido la mejor en todo nuestro viaje por Turquia.

Está separado dd Uchisar y Göreme por oo que solo puedes ir si tienes coche como era nuestro caso.

Bardzo pomocny, sympatyczny personel. Łatwy kontakt, duża gościnność, pyszne śniadania, rodzinna atmosfera. Hotel przepiękny, klimatyczny, widokowy. Spokojna okolica. Warto rozważyć wynajem auta, ponieważ daje dużo udogodnień.

We have a very good stay at Ennar Cave Hotel. The staff and owner are very very helpful. Our 1st hot air balloon ride was canceled due to high winds. For 2nd attempt, the staff(I wished I got her name) whatsapp me immediately as soon as she heard it was canceled, so we could plan our 2nd day accordingly. And helped us book the last day we were there. We needed to catch our flight, she made sure we were on the first 'flight'. The owner was very kind and ensure us he would make sure we can are on the first balloon flight, we needed to leave the hotel by 3:30am, he even rung our room doorbell made sure we were ready to go. Helped us carry our bags down 3 flights of stairs. Talk about excellent service. The pool was really nice especially for the kids. The daily Turkish breakfast is the best we have had during our 17 days trip even better than the restaurants ones. Hamdi restaurant at the bottom of the hill of the hotel, excellent Turkish food, the pottery kebab, curry chicken and lamb shish really delicious. Great service as well

The wifi most didn't work, kept dropping, my preteen and teen were not happy. We parents were fine with it. After 3rd day, we felt the musty smell in our room, well after all we are staying in the cave. Overall we would recommend Ennar Cave Hotel.

Ha una graziosa piscina riscaldata interna, ma sopratutto la camera bellissima, in parte scavata nella roccia, super accogliente e in tema con tutto il territorio circostante, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Cibo abbondante sia a colazione che a cena, con prodotti tipici locali!

Nulla, non tutto perfetto... Forse unica nota negativa il massaggio che rispetto al costo del soggiorno è un po' caro

Tour: Our Cappadocia tour was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. We covered so many incredible highlights in just one trip, including the Göreme Open Air Museum, the famous fairy chimneys, several breathtaking panoramic viewpoints, and even an underground city that gave us a fascinating glimpse into the region’s history. What made the tour truly special was the variety—we didn’t just see the major landmarks, but also had the chance to explore local pottery workshops and onyx shops, which added a unique cultural touch to the day. A huge part of our positive experience was thanks to our guide, Umit. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the region.

The room was large and comfortable. The restaurant was very comfortable, and we enjoyed our meals. It felt warm with a fire burning heater and the staff made us feel welcome.

Le lieux est très beau, le personnel est exceptionnel, agréable, souriant, et à l'écoute. La chambre est confortable, le petit déjeuner copieux et typique.

Smještaj je bio odličan — upravo onakav kakav je prikazan na fotografijama. Osoblje je uvijek bilo dostupno i spremno pomoći u vezi bilo kakvih zahtjeva.

Hersey beklentimden cok daha guzeldi ,temizlik ,calisanlar hersey mukemmeldi. Ama kahvalti aksam yemekleri cok take ve harika idi ,gonul rahatligi ile 10/10 diyebilirim herkese siddetle tavsiye ediyorum.... Everything was far better than I expected. The cleanliness, the staff, and the overall service were all excellent. The breakfast and dinner were also very tasty and wonderful. I can honestly say 10/10 with complete confidence, and I highly recommend it to everyone...

Sadece spa havuz kullanılması konusunda çocuklu aileler icin aksam 7 ye kadar kullanılim verilirse cok daha iyi olur ,cunku aksam 9 a kadar cocuklarla ciglikcigliga spada pek dinlenme gibi olmadi o yuzden ilk gunden sonra spayi kullanmadik.. The only suggestion I would make is regarding the use of the spa pool. It would be much better if families with children were allowed to use it only until around 7 pm. Because when children were in the spa until 9 pm, it became quite noisy and it wasn’t really possible to relax. For that reason, we didn’t use the spa after the first day...

- Jacuzzi and the whole room was good. - Lunch and dinner was ok.

We paid a decent amount for our room but regretted as there was nothing special apart from the Jacuzzi. We had to drag our luggage all the way up to level 2 (the staff helped us on arrival). On our checkout day there was no one to help us with our luggage or nobody even bothered to see us off despite letting them know a night before that we will leave early in the morning and may need help and as soon as we stepped out of the main door we heard the door closed immediately yet no one bothered to say Good bye probably in fear that they might have to help if interacted. We received a good bye message though which was the silver lining. We had to drag our luggage through their steep road up to the main road at around 5-6 AM in the morning (It was dark). Do red and green tour all on your own as it will be much cheaper and worth it.

Staff was amazing!! They helped us with everything. Arranged our transportation and did it all through whats app! AMAZING!!! Food was great! Eggs in the morning-so delicious! They even pulled out christmas decorations for us even though they dont celebrate Christmas themselves.

Water in the pool was too cold :( there were some broken items in the rooms like for example curtain hangers

When we arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the reception. We had to bring our luggage from the taxi to the hotel.

Κάναμε 5 διανυκτερεύσεις, ήρθαν μια φορά να καθαρίσουν το δωμάτιο μια μέρα πριν φύγουμε. Ήταν πολύ οικονομικό το ξενοδοχείο γι'αυτό το λόγο ίσως δεν ήταν στις παροχές του. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα

Das Zimmer war ein Erlebnis. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren super lecker und sehr liebevoll und ansprechend präsentiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Der Hotelbesitzer/Manager hat uns auch kurzfristig und zu jederzeit bei jeder Frage geholfen- egal ob wir ein Aktovität buchen wollte oder ein Taxi zum Flughafen. Wirklich erstklassiger Service vom gesamten Team, den wir so gar nicht gewohnt sind.

Стаите в хотела наистина са разположени в скала, обзаведени са много подходящо без излишни неща и са големи. Беше много топло в стаите. Хотела е супер

Водата в басейна не беше достатъчно топла. Закуската не беше разпределена добре - ние бяхме 4 възрастни с 2 деца и получавахме почти същото като стая с двама души. Нямахме десерт към вечерята. Накрая за 6 чаши вино платихме 50 €, което далеч не беше такова качество. Ресторанта разваля оценката. Бебешкото легло е за новородени. Нашето бебе е на 10 месеца и се изправя и леглото изобщо не беше подходящо за него.

Zona superbă , camere foarte frumoase,personal foarte amabil, mâncare foarte buna, piscina cu apa calda . Informativ pentru cei ce nu au condiție fizică , îți va da bătăi de cap sa urci și să cobori pentru că hotelul este făcut într-o stâncă de piatra iar camerele sunt sus.

No sabría decidir si el ruido del rotomartillo por las remodelaciones que hay se estan haciendo; o tambien podria ser el que se haya roto una tuveria de aguas negras encima de mi habitacion a causa de las remodelaciones; o mejor aun los dos escorpiones que encontramos en nuetra habitacion de los cuales tenemos fotos; o por ultimo pero no menos importante el enfoque de todo el personal en cobrar que en ofrecer un buen servicio

Que el dueño haya tratado de subizar las cosas tratando de utilizar estrategias como: "te devulvo tu dinero", pero el costo seria de haber accedido a su propuesta que nos hubieran sucedido algo peor?

The hotel was splendid, the host were really kind and helpful. Small family hotel for rest and sightseeing. It is not in the city center but in a quiet aria. Recommend it to all.

I like how helpful the staff from bringing my heavy luggage on top of my room. I also like the unique cave rooms and facilities. I appreciate also that they booked a successful balloon tour for me, because the one I booked didn’t pushed through. That was the highlight of my trip.

There’s no internet connection in my room the whole time, so I keep on going out of my room just to have signal. The breakfast is also the same selection everyday.

洞窟ホテルという名前の通りでお部屋も良かったです。朝食も美味しかったです。 ツアーも良心的な値段で対応してくれました。急なツアーキャンセルも受け入れてくれて、スタッフの対応が素晴らしいです。

立地が徒歩圏内には何もなく、本当にホテルでゆっくり過ごしたい方や車やバイクで来てる方にはオススメです。カッパドキア初心者はギョレメ周辺のホテルをお勧めします。
