La piscina se enturbiaba muy rápido puede que tenga algún problema la maquinaria de la piscina algunos muebles desgastados se nota que tienen sus añitos

It was a great experience, the villa was very clean and the location was excellent, will definitely book again in the near future 😊

Romslig, stilt og fredelig.

Løse elektriske kontakter, løsledninger til diverse kjøkkenredskaper. Løs kran/blandebatteri på kjøkkenet. Bassenget var veldig skittent.

The house was spacious and comfortable. It was good to have two showers and three toilets. We enjoyed sitting in the enclosed garden. Nice views.

No sheets in the third bedroom. We are 3 single ladies and expected/ wanted a bedroom each. I messaged Marta several times on WhatsApp, asking for the sheets. I know she saw the messages but she never replied. The electric kettle was missing which made it difficult to make tea and instant coffee. Marta didn't reply to my request. The pool was very dirty/ unusable. No information how to access wifi.

Buena ubicación, no molestas a los vecinos y bastante grande y cómoda.

La piscina estaba muy fría, no pudimos disfrutarla ningún día. Debería estar climatizada.

Detter var en perfekt plass for oss. Fin utsikt i et rolig område. Deilig med basseng og kjekt med grill. Bra standard på huset. God plass. Åpen løsning for stue og kjøkken.

Hole in the bath the size of a brick . Which i wasnt made aware of before we got there ment our big family of 6 had to share 1 bathroom . Travel cot was only available 3/5 night of our stay Drive way was tight for the 9 seater van we hired

Spacious rooms, the house wasn't hot, the view, the pool, the appliances worked

The pool wasn't cleaned when we first arrived. Only one house key available. The floors weren't very clean, we had to clean the floors, oven and tables ourselves. The water kettle didn't work. The power sockets weren't secure and moved a lot in the kitchen. All the knives were very blunt. There wasn't any dishwashing liquid, we needed to get it ourselves. The car entrance is very narrow for regular cars, only compact cars could fit comfortably

Absolutamente NADA.

La limpieza no es correcta. El sofá tiene m para parar un tren. Había fundas de almohada con sangre. La zona del jardín no tiene luz, por la noche estás a oscuras, no se puede ni hacer una bbq y cenar fuera. La piscina tiene demasiado cloro, sería conveniente revisar los niveles. El primer día nos quedamos sin agua porque saltaba un diferencial y la bomba de agua no recibía corriente. La propietaria ni siquiera contestaba las llamadas... tuvimos que esperar a que contestase pasadas unas horas por WhatsApp. Se le avisó a las 14:00h y fue alguien a arreglarlo pasadas las 00:00h... más de medio día sin agua. La propietaria no ha pedido disculpas ni ha ofrecido ninguna solución, no hay ningún tipo de compensación. La puerta del jardín estaba abierta y sin llaves para poder cerrarla, falta evidente de seguridad, cualquiera puede acceder al apartamento. La comunicación con la propietaria es nefasta, no contesta o lo hace súper tarde, nos costó mucho coordinar la entrada en el apartamento y un día antes de marcharnos ya estaba preguntando a qué h nos ibamos.

Location was good with great view of the ocean. Proximity to the Europa Centre was also walking distance with lots of bars and restaurants.

No welcome pack was provided, and we could not use air conditioning as no controls could be found in the villa. Also, Wifi password was very difficult to obtain. Again usually included in a welcome pack or folder.

Spacious, private and comfortable with easy access to shops and entertainment.

Bit tired in places, electrics need looking at. A couple of sockets weren't fixed to the wall properly and very loose internal parts. Couple of lights didn't work which I think was due to the loose socket in the main bedroom as when it wobbled, the light came on. A few cockroaches spotted in the evening in the pool area.

The Villa was lovely. The views were amazing. It was so quiet and relaxing.

Reported a broken umbrella on the first day and it was not replaced (the only one in the villa). Pool towels were advertised and none were there, when i asked where they were i was told at the launderette. They never appeared. 6 people staying there and only 4 wine glasses so we bought 2 more. All these things are trivia but basic things that we should have had. I would still stay there again though as it was beautiful.

La casa era bastante cómoda

Había varios desperfectos en la casa, luces que no funcionaban, algún pomo roto, el agua caliente en uno de los baños no funcionaba, la limpieza de la vajilla dejaba que desear. Una de las cosas más sorprendentes fue que intentaran cobrar el aire acondicionado por separado con un precio de 15 euros el día.

Pues la verdad que todo en general , lo único fue el día de la entrada que no estaba preparada y que estuvo todo OK a las 8 de la tarde pero la anfitriona nos pidió disculpas amablemente y que nos dejó salir más tarde el día de la salida. Volveremos a ir

La ubicación, limpieza y tranquilidad.

Me dieron otra villa, la 1, cuando yo había alquilado la Deluxe , que es la 2 y es la que aparece en las fotos, el sol no da en la piscina hasta las 12:30 y a las 17:30, todo es sombra. Deberían renovar un poco las cosas, es una buena casa pero está descuidada.

El apartamento en líneas generales está bien. Las camas son cómodas y las habitaciones amplias. En lo referente a la ubicación está un poco apartado pero eso es algo que ya se sabe antes de llegar con lo cual no es nada negativo. La zona es muy tranquila.

Aunque en líneas generales estaba limpio no se puede decir lo mismo del sofá del salón, con manchas y un estado de limpieza deplorable. En las características del alojamiento se indica que las sábanas se cambiarán 1 vez por semana y las toallas 2, allí no cambiaron nada. En cuanto al mantenimiento de la piscina vinieron una única vez a limpiar y el agua estaba demasiado clorada. Otra cosa a comentar es la escasez del menaje en lo referente a vasos había que estar lavándolos constantemente y solo éramos 4 personas.

Big and spacious house. Nice kitchen, washing machine and drying machine full available.

The top room’s bed is spread out and is quite cramped for two people. The accomodation is ideal for a maximum of 5 adults - if the top floor’s bed remains the same.

The villa and facilities were very good - comfortable clean and met our needs. Entrance to property with lock box works.The location is beautiful at the top of the cliffs - its a 10 min walk to the shopping centre - and 25 min walk to the beach/centre of puerto rico. Steep hill mentioned can include 700 steps unless you have a car or taxi up and down each day.

Location can been seen accurately on the map so it is on the outskirts but hadnt realised just how high up it was away from the main resort front.

The privacy and peacefulness of the villa. The bedrooms were spacious & one had a balcony perfect for sunset.

Photos on Booking.com are of the villa next door, which has more outdoor space, better pool and better views, disappointed by this. The villa is at the very top of Puerto Rico. Its a walk up the very steep hill.

Villas are in very good location as all services are close by, but still enough far from any traffic/noises (car is nearly mandatory). The view to the sea is absolutely a big plus (great sunset). Villas are clean and having nearly all you need

The previous owner (Antonio) had villas with heated pool, but the current owner is only having villa 1 and 2, and those are not having heated pools, which is a slight minus. We have stayed in villas 1 and 2 (and in villa 4, when Antonio owned the place) and villa 1 is not that good condition as villa 2 (e.g. second floor master bathroom was leaking water to the kitchen). Anyhow, the location is nice and villas having good potential. Hoping to see some facelifting in villas 1 and 2, getting small things fixed and hoping also to see heated pool in some day.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, very peaceful, only 10 minutes walk to centre. Highly recommend.

Nothing

Everything was perfect. Villa was beautiful. Great location. Spotless. Pool and bbq facilities were excellent. Would 100% stay here again.

If i was to be really picky. Fresh sheets and toilet roll should be provided. We washed towels in machine and rotated them. But this was not a problem overall

Views.

Staff so unprofessional. Lack of pool cleaning, was told bed sheets changed twice weekly. Did not happen. Way overpriced for what you get, there is far better villas in PR. would not recommend.
