Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The hotel’s location is very convenient, especially because it is close to the train station. We were also upgraded to a larger bed room for free. The room was modern, very clean, and equipped with a washer dryer combo, which was extremely convenient during our trip. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the lobby offered complimentary coffee and juice. There were also many restaurant choices nearby, and both ancient towns were easy to reach by taxi.
The only minor downside was that the hotel is a little far from the city center, although it is still easy and affordable to get there by taxi.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026The hotel is brand new and very clean. They upgraded the room and I had a great 2 floor apartment for the same price. There is everything you need: a hairdryer, iron, fridge, all the dishes in the kitchen. They even have a scale in the rooms.
Everything was sooo great that I definitely will recommend this place to my friends and will be back here again

1. When checking in I asked for a quiet room. I was given a room opposite the cleaning staff's office, who started slamming doors in the morning. 2. The hotel's fitness center includes a bench and two treadmills. Plusa a few dumbbells. Small space and very poor in exercise equipment. 3. Sweet breakfasts contained only chemical bread with two jars of jam. All second courses were always cold. 4. The hotel is located next to the high-speed train and when it passes you feel like you are at the airport. Closed windows don't help! 5. The hotel manager who invited us to breakfast knew absolutely no English and constantly and persistently tried to speak exclusively in Chinese. QUESTION: Why did the hotel post its information on the booking.com??? 6. The deposit is returned within a few weeks!

Reviewed Oct 3, 2024Fantastic stay in a spacious loft room with a big super comfortable bed. The washing/drier machine in the unit was a bonus. Citadines Keqiao Shaoxing, is in a very vibey location with lots of eateries, shops and entertainment all around.
Some of the reception staff could be more friendly & helpfull.

I experienced two power cuts on the first night of my stay - most likely because of a faulty AC unit. Breakfast was plentiful but mediocre. Location is not as shown on booking.com or Google and needs to be corrected.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2024그냥저냥 가성비로 묶어야 합니다. 호텔 아래에 편의점과 식당들이 있어 편하긴 했어요. 조식은 솔직히 먹을게 거의 없네요. 그래도 음식을 간단히 조리해 먹거나 세탁을 할수 있어서 긴 출장동안 요긴하게 이용할수 있었습니다. 1~2번 사용할수 있는 세제도 준비 되어 있었어요!
